I am licensed property manager and real estate broker. I have worked with several CAM company in Las Vegas. Each company has its problem and on average, CAMCO is much more above the average. They answered their calls, respond to their emails. Accounting is good.

We currently have Ginny Spencer as our manager and she is awesome. She is available for any question that the board may have and is prompt to respond. Very happy with the service I received from Velvet Stacy! She was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Being a Realtor, sometimes I'm asked by my client to request additional information regarding the HOA resale packages, Velvet was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. She even offered to provide my client with her email address in case my client had any additional questions. That is amazing to me as my experience has been HOA management offices are not forthcoming or clear in providing good information. Velvet provided great information and followed through on my requests.

Hi guys; I wanted to pay my bill via the Internet and finally got a young lady that helped me out with a one time check payment. I had some problems with my computer most people would have been a little upset with me but Velvet did something I am totally not used to. She held in there and got me on the wright track. She was so upbeat I was amazed by her knowledge and of course her Joyful and Happy tones in a frustrating situation. AND if I was still working and not retired I would hire Velvet in a New York minute and you would lose a fantastic employee, no matter what the cost she would be mine. You better keep her as I am positive she would make any business better just by being there. I have worked in a hospital for 34 years and I know a people person when I see or hear them in a people oriented position. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and you should work on getting more stars for employees like Velvet. Please thank her for me. What an amazing experience. I am on my HOA Board and we switched to CAMCO for our Mgmt Company a few years ago. We couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Ginny and others are so responsive and proactive that we rarely have to ask them for anything! They never complain when we ask them to follow-up on even the littlest of things:) They also have such a huge network of reputable companies they have worked with; we always seem to get low prices on bids and high quality work from vendors/contractors. I'd recommend CAMCO without any reservations to anyone looking for a high-quality, dependable management company!

I've been a homeowner where CAMCO has been in charge of my association since 2008. They are very knowledgeable with the rules and regulations for the communities that we live in and help protect the integrity of them. I recently was put on the board of my community I live in and the CAMCO rep (Tracey) assigned to our community has been very helpful in keeping our community looking great. She's very informative and knowledgeable in terms of budgets, rules and helps facilitate our meetings By listening to what all board members have to say and execute according to the best wishes of the community.

Our HOA has been with CAMCO for several years. We have been through our share of managers, but have found the right fit. The website isn't all that with bells and whistles, but you get what you pay for. The most important thing is CAMCO is diligent with providing Board member training. If you are having trouble with your manager, be a professional and identify the issues with them and how you and they can solve the problem. If the manager fails to meet your expectation, then ask for a new manager.

As a homeowner and now, board member, I have worked with this company for almost 3 years. We had never dealt with an HOA before so we appreciated CAMCO's willingness to help us navigate compliance issues as we set up our new home with pool instillation, landscaping and security door. I have been a member of our HOA board for a year and again, never having served on a board before, the staff have been extremely accommodating and friendly in answering my many questions. It has been a pleasure to work with the different staff members and I'm constantly impressed with their professionalism, and patience, in dealing with homeowners. An added bonus are the quarterly HOA board training sessions offered through CAMCO covering many different topics pertinent to issues board members may face. The training sessions are held in a conference room complete with refreshments and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. They even managed to make one on the changes to HOA laws interesting (nice job Angius and Terry!). I have learned so much and in my view, this makes their management style exceptional.

The HOA response time was pretty good. Renters of subdivision homes is always challenging. I'm glad Camco was able to resolve the parking violations within a reasonable time without negative reactions from the renters.

I have served as Board Director for our community, Boulder Garden II, for the past year. I have been the only community resident to be member of the Board. This was so since our community was in a transition phase and a majority of homes were still on the market or in the process of being constructed. During my course of service I found CAMCO to be an open, pro-active and pro-neighborhood management company consisting of highly professional personnel. Our community manager, Ms. Dianitia Flint, has always been there to answer my questions as a Board Director. She has often explained and guided me in understanding State and County statutes as they relate to HOA communities. I sincerely wish her the best as our HOA transitions into a residents-only Board and she is soon released to manage other partially-filled communities. CAMCO has also been very pro-active by providing conferences at local casino convention rooms to familiarize all HOA Board members, under their management, with issues that concern HOA communities. I have found these gatherings as a means to learn about community management and also as a way to meet other Board members in different communities.

This is by far the best management company out there for HOA's. Suzanne is a great community manager for our community. She addresses problems in a timely manner. Most of the people complaining on their reviews are upset about policy's set by individual HOA's. This management company manages the business affairs for communities and pays their bills and filters complaints to the individual bills.

I emailed CAMCO about the new billing statement balance I received regarding architectural design fines that I already paid the agreed full amount decided by the board meeting last January 19,2917. Ms. Tiffany Conder of CAMCO Accounts Receivable replied instantly and told me the fine was removed and the account is closed. I am so grateful that Ms Conder replied instantly in no time and solved the problems also Ms. Shaari Stark confirmed later that the accounts balance is zero and closed. Unlike some other HOA's in the valley. I find Camco very easy to work with should any problems arise. In the 8 years with Camco I think I may have called the office 4-5 times. That's it!!!!
