Virtual Tour Maps

What a unique place! We filmed the Blind Center of Nevada's 3D virtual tour to share with more people this beautiful venue. The center provides blind people in Vegas the opportunity to become independent by way of personal development, socializing and provident living. The building also is open in the evenings to host weddings, corporate events and party parties. Which in turn contributes to supporting their blind program. There's a unique bowling alley and game room as well. The whole building is impeccably clean, offers comfortable lounge areas and a variety of rooms for hosting any type of wonderful event!

A hidden gem in Las Vegas! The Blind Center helps assist the blind in the community to becoming independent by providing job opportunities and education. The thing most people may not know is that they offer their venue as an event space you can rent - for weddings, corporate events and private parties. The event planning team is super supportive and will help you create your dream event. The building is impeccable. Clean and beautiful lots of comfortable lounging areas. Even has a bowling alley, and fun gaming room. A-class act!

I had my wedding here on the 15th of April I had three weeks to prepare for the wedding Melinda and everyone else did a awesome job. They were so helpful and was accommodating to all my needs and concerns. The center is so beautiful all my family and friends had a awesome time.

This was the most perfect wedding reception venue I could have asked for!! Melinda is a dream to work with - she accommodated all sorts of crazy requests and last minute changes from me and made it all happen! She and her team went above and beyond for us. We rented chairs from an outside vendor, which were delivered dirty and some were damaged. When the outside company’s representative failed to come and clean the chairs, Melinda and her team did it themselves - I only found out about this after our big day! We had The Broken Spectacles play during our cocktail hour - our guests were so impressed with their performance and loved that the members are blind or visually impaired!! DJ Izzy played a wide variety of music and kept our guests dancing all evening! Our photographers LOVED shooting in the great hall. Our young guests had a blast in the game room and our friends thought it was the coolest thing to have a bowling alley at a wedding reception!! My parents have commented on how good the food tasted at least three separate times and all of the appetizers were a hit with our guests! Melinda made planning the reception a breeze and took so much stress out of the planning process. I cannot emphasize enough how great The Blind Center was for our reception!!

We booked Visions of Greatness at the Blind Center of Nevada for our wedding with a total of 55 guests and I'm so glad we did. Melinda & Megan are the coordinators and they have an amazing team. They catered the food, baked the cake, and included the DJ. The food was top tier, five star restaurant quality food. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about it and although we ate a lot, I wish we took some home! We had a cream cheese filled, funfetti, naked cake with fruit and flowers - it was delicious and a true stunner! We also collaborated with them on colors and features during the planning process. They worked so incredibly hard and you can fully tell they put their hearts and souls into making our wedding so special for us. We really couldn't have chosen a better team to share this experience with. They truly made our night. It should be noted that we live in New Jersey and did all of the planning via long distance. We never actually saw any of the space we booked before we arrived in Vegas. We solely trusted Melinda and Megan and were not disappointed.

DJ I-RIZE

This is the hidden gem of Vegas!!! They have an amazing program to assist the blind in our community and help them become even more independent by providing job opportunities and education. In the evenings, they transform their venue into an event hall that you can rent. The event planners are unbelievable! The chef is amazing! The venue is absolutely stunning!!! Give them a call and go check out what they have to offer. Have your next event at this venue!!! They are second to none. You will NOT regret it!!!

The staff is amazing. The DJ from the blind center who worked as the MC kept a beautiful pace for the wedding reception. He played a wide variety of music that satisfied everyone's musical taste. I would recommend this for any small wedding reception. The venue was excellent. There are multiple levels as well as gaming areas / entertainment areas.

This is one of the most empowering environments to be in. The blind center serves food and offers a bunch of cool things such as instruments for the blind along with meals. And other leisure activities like TV, workout gym,8ball and more. They also welcome volunteers!

This is my go-to place for donating electronics and computer items. Drop off is easy but call first to confirm they will take your items. They don't take old tvs or crt monitors but flat screens are accepted. Cables, routers, cell phones, desk tops, laptops...everything.

Great place for holding events. We held a remembrance (wake) here. Pricing was excellent and the facilities are top notch. If you are looking for a place to hold an event, this is the place to do it.

Went there for a Sen Amy Klobuchar rally. This is a BEAUTIFUL facility. They are involved in many wonderful programs. I was proud that Las Vegas offered such a exquisite venue for our blind residents!

A good, trustworthy place for old electronic and data disposals. The tax incentive to give unwanted stuff is awesome. You can write off donations rather than selling stuff on craigslist or letgo for penny's on the dollar. One of the charities I support that can be trusted to do good work in the community rather than pay their CEO's millions with the profits live Savers or Good Will.

One of few places in town where you can actually donate old electronics, and have some chance they will not end up in a landfill - tax deductible, and to benefit a good cause as well. Worth your time and effort to drive here with your unused tech, just for the good feeling.
