Pay is decent, but u do get the option to take overtime when available. By far the best job I've had so far. Also a very good place if you need more support for a family member with needs.

The management in the office are some of the BEST people! They are very understanding and truly care for the clients and their staff. There was some miscommunication at times, but not enough to make someone quit. I have worked with other companies that were AWFUL and downright should NOT be in business. Bridges is NOT one of these! They’re caring and compassionate. JJ and Kristy are some of the sweetest and friendly folks you could have as a boss. Because of a move I no longer work with the company. But I would in a heartbeat if I was living back in Cheyenne. The clients of Cheyenne are in wonderful hands with Bridges of Cheyenne.
