Tatiana Santa LuciaIt’s a quiet community with a pool and nine individual buildings. My husband and I moved up here from Miami and we are enjoying the friendly neighbors. The road noise from Riverside avenue is our only complaint, but it takes some getting used to. A short walk to UVM and not far from downtown.
MB Taber215 units situated in 9 buildings. Right off the bus line, and a short walk to UVM's Trinity campus via a wooded trail. Large field for dogs, good loop for walking or running, quiet location very close to downtown.
