They were very careful taking my old refrigerator out and bringing in the new refrigerator. They explained all the functions of the new refrigerator. My new Bosch dishwasher was installed today. It was worth the wait. Donnie and Q did the install and they did a thorough and professional job. It was tested for leaks after the install was finished. I’m confident that it was done correctly. It was secured so it can’t move around like the last one. I can highly recommend Millman’s Appliances. They have great customer service and an install team you can rely on. It took some time to get the dishwasher here because of the pandemic and chip shortages, but Millman’s kept me informed.

Rose was great to deal with and got refrigerator located that was available and had it ordered. . Delivery and install was excellent with Pat and Danny (Good Job Guys) My one and only great disappointment was calling 4 times after paying for appliance to confirm delivery as planned. Unfortunately not one call back and I had to go directly back to store where Rose and another took action schedule delivery a week after the appliance had arrived in warehouse. As it was explained 2 persons left the company and one that tried to take up their work ended up in the hospital. Truly frustrating experience as I have been been bought appliance several time in the past.

I am so pleased with your company. We purchased all of our appliances from you and they are beautiful. Rose helped us pick these out and she knows her appliances. Very happy with the choices she recommended. We did have to have a service call on the dishwasher. The young man that came for the service call was so knowledgeable of the appliances. Actually, it was not the appliance itself but the fact that a plug was not removed in order for it the dishwasher to drain. He explained each of the appliances to me, how each of them worked, and was so professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was a very, very nice young man. I hope Millman’s ‘s hires more people just like him. We will be back to Millman’s ‘s for any other needs that we have.

Who knew that buying a new washer/dryer could be so quick and easy? Our entire experience took less than an hour! We worked with Rose who was phenomenal. While they don't have a lot of inventory onsite to actually look at, Rose was able to guide us through selection and making recommendations/suggestions throughout the process. This is our second purchase from Millman's and will definitely be back again.

Update: Friday 11/18/22- Today Rose was very helpful in getting an adjustment made to the price of the range so I am upgrading the rating to 5 stars. The delivery teams should also be commended for their polite and professional service. Update: Monday 11/14/22- I look forward to upgrading this review after Rose called on Friday to apologize for the chain of events and to say she will be making an adjustment. Stay tuned! **************** I had the opportunity to assist my sister-in-law with her purchase of a propane gas range recently. Because of a series of mix-ups, our experience with Millman's Appliances did not go as smoothly as we hoped. *The range we purchased at the showroom was not in stock, even though Rose assured us it was available and that it could be installed before Thanksgiving. *When the alternate range we chose was delivered, it could not be installed on the first attempt because it had not been converted to propane even though we had paid for propane conversion. *On the second delivery, they were able to install it, but forgot to bring the grates for the stove top. After followup phone calls to the store, the grates were eventually delivered. While all's well that ends well, there was frustration along the way that could have been avoided.

Small family owned business that's been around for many years (they must be doing something right). No fancy showroom, however, if you do your research and know what you want they are the one. They were able to locate my item within minutes and secure it for me. Darlene in sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So much better than dealing with the "big box" stores since the items are delivered and serviced by their own employees and not by a third party.

She took her time to look at our kitchen photos to help us choose the best fit and style fridge for our particular needs. I have trouble making decisions quickly, yet never felt rushed. My shopping for a new Washer/Dryer set could not have been easier. The whole staff were very personable including Darlene the salesperson who did all the paperwork for the sale. I went in yesterday and the LG set is due for delivery tomorrow. Very accommodating and friendly store. The price was spot on also. Stress-free. My wife and I had gotten prices from Lowe’s, Home Depot and Shore Appliances but Millman’s had the best prices by a long shot. We are very happy with the delivery of our new refrigerator. Kevin and Mike called 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to notify us that they where on their way. When they arrived, they assessed the best course of action for moving the old fridge out and the new one in. After measuring, they took all necessary steps (taking off the new fridge doors and the old fridge handles) to make sure the fridge would fit without causing any damage to the appliances and our doorway. Once the new fridge was in and the water line installed, they gave us some pointers on the operation of the ice/water dispenser and changing the filters. Kevin and Mike were great guys! They were very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. We appreciate how efficiently they got everything done. We would highly recommend Millman's delivery team.

Pat and Travis did a great job installing our new LG refrigerator. They had to remove an exterior door and navigate some tight spaces but got the job done quickly. The refrigerator we wanted was in-stock. We purchased it at 9:30am on December 30th and it was installed by noon the same day. Over the years we have purchased a half dozen appliances from Millman's and have been very happy with everything, especially the outstanding service.

Millman's came highly recommended by a friend of ours in Bethany Beach. Went it came time to renovate our condo and replace all of our appliances, that was the first place and only place we went. We recently purchased 3 appliances from Millman’s. Today they were installed by Donnie and Dave. It was one of the best experiences we have had during our kitchen remodel. They are so knowledgeable about the products and so efficient in the overall installation. I was somewhat nervous given other issues we had with our remodel and they assured me it was all going to work out and it did! Darlene took our order over the phone and arranged for delivery/installation on our first day back (called on Saturday and delivery on Tuesday). Talked to Mary in service and Tony came out the next day diagnose problem and said parts were in stock. Okay, due to the current supply situation with all things, it took us a bit of time to get our wall oven. However, we certainly had the A team with Logan and Gary as our install team. We will continue to deal with Millman's Appliances whenever we buy appliances and couldn't be happier with the install for this wall oven. My mom’s microwave was on its last leg. I searched Home Depot and Loews. The cost of the microwave was nothing compared to the installation. And don’t forget the wait time to have the work done. Within 15 minutes we were in and out of the store with a delivery date scheduled within less than a week. Fantastic experience! Rose, Gary, and staff went out of their way when we came to them and told them our new home did not have a working refrigerator. Not only were they able to get us the fridge we loved but they worked us into their delivery schedule as well to get it to us asap! Here's the cherry on top, we were also in the market for a stove top b/c it was reported the existing one did not work. It's an induction stove. We were not aware it takes special cookware for this stove to turn on. They let us borrow a pan to check that it worked! Sure, they could've turned a blind eye but not these folks!! She is knowledgable, helpful, and most critically really works hard for her customers. As you probably have witnessed - ordering appliances throughout the pandemic has been a herculean chore. I went to many places that refused to take orders or simply stating I needed to buy whatever they could get. HOGWASH! Miss Rose sat me down, explained the current and continuing inventory situation carefully and completely, apprising me of possible ship dates for the various models I had selected. Nothing was immediately available but at least I could place an order with an expectation of delays in advance. I think that's called informed decision making. Millman's has been around forever and they service their appliances. Another plus! Finally the price was competitive! ALL IN - Millman's Appliances and Miss Rose, Vicky et al are SIMPLY PURELY GREAT! Josh gave us a call 30 mins before arrival to let us know he was on his way. When Josh arrive he introduced himself and took the time to prepare the location for the new units. Julian and John prepped the units to move inside the house and were very cautious coming in through the doors. They were professional, fast and cleaned up all debris, leaving it better then the way they found it. After the units were set up Josh explained the paper work, went over the operations of the each machine and help us with all our questions. Three years ago we were wrapping up building our new home in Lewes and had purchased our entire suite of appliances from Millmans based on several conversations I had with Patrick the general manager. At that time reviews were mediocre and I was worried we would not get service after the fact. Patrick made me a promise that he would always make good no matter the issue. Well I am really thrilled to say, that promise came through this week!!! Our LG dryer was acting up over the last 9 months and already had millmans service out once to replace master boards (unheard of in a relatively new machine). The second time the dryer died just a few months later the same service person came out and saw the boards burnt out again. He’d never seen this and decided to check further and saw the harness wiring was incorrect - opposite in fact from the manufacturers schematic. Since this was not millmans fault, I went to LG to get it straightened out. I tried for about 6 weeks going back and forth to no avail. Basically, even though this was clearly a FACTORY DEFECT right out of the box, because we had had the dryer for over a year, they unequivocally refused to make good on this dryer!!! I could understand not covering wear and tear but they themselves wired their own dryer backwards!! Pictures to prove it did nothing to convince them that this was their issue. LG clearly doesn’t care about accountability and I will never ever patronize them again!!! I finally called Patrick at Millmans to see if he could do anything with LGs regional sales rep to get their attention. When he did not get the response he wanted from the LG regional mgr. he decided to just give us a brand new dryer!!!!! I felt very reluctant to take it because this was not millmans issue but he convinced me to take it because he made me a promise 3 years ago and he wanted to make good on it. He’s a man of his word - I’m not sure what more we could ask for as consumers!! God bless you Patrick!!

Altho the range we purchased was damaged, it had a concealed side dent, not visible once installed and had a rubber piece on top that isn't flush, they did come out and level the range and remove all the glue residue from the front of it. The technician they sent out was very nice and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find. He was good and the appliance is really nice and works well. We will buy from them again.

Although the factories are taking time getting caught up and we had to wait a little longer than we anticipated initially, it was not the fault of Millman’s. Our first freezer had an issue but Millman’s was able to get us a replacement immediately. The delivery people, Easy and the other name I failed to get, were great. They had to bring it to our basement and bring out the previous one (both quite heavy). It was quite hot and humid as well. I hope Millman’s is able to get the air conditioning fixed in that delivery truck so they can recuperate between deliveries.

An appliance store conveniently located by the DE beaches is a full service store. I was referred to them from Ace Hardware to replace my melted dishwasher wheel assembly. Gary, the store owner, looked up the part and informed me that they are out of stock nationally. He offered to look through his excess bins of parts in the warehouse. Only a few days went by when I received a call from Patty, in the service department. She let me know they were still looking. The next day she called to inform me that Gary found an entire bottom rack to try out; with confidence that it should work. Much to my delight, the rack was a match. It even accommodated my utensil inner rack. While there I also inquired about Viking range replacement parts. Gary said that they were bought out. No parts on models over ten years old. My biggest concern was the six burner saucers. The previous owner never cleaned them properly. Gary instructed me, step by step, patiently waiting while I typed his instructions into my cell phone. I have not begun the process, but I am confident that Gary's advice is spot on. Patty, in the service department kept me abreast each step of the way. Melissa, in the scheduling department, had it at her desk, ready for pick up! Millmans Appliances is a top notch business with outstanding customer service . I would recommend this store everyone!

We purchased an entire house full of new appliances for our new construction home and couldn't be any happier with the way Millman's handled every aspect of the transaction. Patrick, the General Manager, was incredible to deal with. He offered highly competitive pricing, he made sure we were picking the right appliances for our needs, and was extremely patient and courteous throughout. We had some delays in construction, so Millman's offered to hold our appliances for several months. Once I asked for delivery, Patrick had is scheduled with a few days, even having the range hood fan delivered in advance of the rest of the appliance, per the builders request. The delivery guys were awesome. They had to park several houses down because of the driveway being installed, and carried everything several hundred feet. They never complained once. Can't say enough about my experience with Millman's. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Nothing about doing business during a pandemic is easy...not for the seller, and not for the buyer. It takes a lot of patience, understanding, and flexibility to get through some of the most difficult circumstances. Our team at Millman's worked extremely hard to navigate the madness, and often doing so with customers screaming at them and being disrespectful. Rose took care of us by finding us the best deal, Heather went ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and get our ordered filled against INSANE odds, and the Delivery team of Anthony and "Bear" took great care to get our new refrigerator installed, water hooked up, and took the loaner away....all while being mindful not to damage our floors, doorways or walls. Each of these individuals should be commended for their professionalism...but I have to give a special shoutout to Heather who felt so bad about the delays, she made sure I had a failsafe way to communicate with her at any time of the day. Would definitely use Millman’s for future appliance purchases. The staff is super helpful and the installers were great. Did we have some hiccups? Yes - 2 of 4, brand new appliances were damaged when shipped from GE- and the installers identified the problem as soon as they unloaded from the truck and removed the packaging. Gary (owner) got involved right away to make sure new appliances were ordered and delivered ASAP. Although not a “perfect” experience, their quick response and follow-through was great. Millman’s also provided an extended (10 year) warranty on major appliance components that the big box stores are unable to provide. The clincher is they service what they sell!

Just after Memorial Day our washer quit tumbling and held the laundry hostage. This had happened to us on a previous washer of the same brand. So we knew that repair was not an economical option. As usual I headed to Home Depot to order the new washer and dryer. On the way I passed Millman's and decided to give a local business a shot. They had the washer dryer set we wanted (a different brand) for the same price as Home Depot. I asked when it could be delivered. The sales person said that the scheduler could tell me but he was out of the store at the time. I explained that I had an elderly parent in poor health living with us and the washer and dryer were needed asap with a definite delivery date. When I began to leave a gentleman introduced himself as the owner and asked if the next Friday would be satisfactory (btw-this was three days earlier than the earliest Home Depot could deliver). I said it would be and he said he would make it happen. That sealed the deal. The new washer and dryer arrived on Friday as promised. The delivery/installer team made quick work of swapping out the units. We've been very happy with the new units. There is one thing that didn't go quite as smoothly as it could have. In my rush to get in and out the sales person didn't have a chance to tell me that Millman's buying coop was offering a $100 rebate on the washer-dryer pair. Fortunately I noticed it on their website and was able to get the rebate. So in the end Millman's was a $100 cheaper than Home Depot and provided much better customer service. My thanks to the entire Millman team.

We purchased French door Electrolux refrigerator on 07/07/2012 and was told 10 days for delivery as it is not a stock item. I called on the 9th day to see if any progress and did get a voice mail. when I tried to get back to the person who called me I was transferred to three different numbers with no results. I called back on 07/24/2012 and someone was suppose to get back to me. No one called. I went to Millman's because I try to support small business's when possible. I just want a progress report like is the refrigerator built , is it in China or in a boat on the way to the USA. I could have bought this model at Lowes or Sears. I know I am now living in lower slower Delaware but we all appreciate better communication. I will visit the store in person this weekend and see if anyone can give me an answer.

Went to Millmans's to get a double over brought back to life after a probable surge. Two CSR's came out on time and removed the oven(s) and diagnosed the issue as the front keyboard. They then left and ordered the part at a reasonable price and would notify me of its arrival and schedule a time to replace the board. They called and scheduled an appointment after the part came in. We had to drive 200 miles round trip to make the app't only to be notified the day of the service call it was the wrong part. Started over and ordered the correct part and rescheduled for another round trip. This time all went well. The service persons arrived on time, actually early, replaced the part and reinstalled the oven(s) in the wall without incident and the oven(s) still work correctly after a month. Cost was very fair AFAIAC as was the labor rates billed. Other than the unnecessary first round trip to the house for us, all was peachy keen. I WILL certainly approach Millman's again whenever needed with a reminder to check for correct part being on hand before setting up the app't. We all make mistakes and have oversights. Compared to other queried service agencies they did quite well for us. THANK YOU!
