We've purchased major appliances at Gerhard's on two occasions and have been very pleased with our experiences. We found sales staff to be very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they also made some good recommendations. In both cases the appliance we wanted was in stock and delivery was very timely. To top it all off we found their pricing to be the most favorable in each case. Doesn't get much better than that!

I've had two excellent appliance purchase and delivery experiences (GE electric range and microwave, Frigidaire dishwasher) this year with Gerhard's. I did my homework before coming into the store, that is key, it helps to know what you REALLY want w/in your budget bracket first. The sales person, a different one each time, knew their products well. I asked them to upsell me if they thought I'd get more value for my money. They didn't push, just presented great choices in a matter of fact way. Gerhard's prices were competitive with all others, sometimes better. Delivery, install and takeaway went great. I had plumbing issues for the dishwasher install and the guys handled it there and then. Yes, I had to pay for that extra work but the cost was fairly close to what a plumber would charge --should I even be able to get one w/in a month. Gerhard's has got the entire appliance buying experience covered very well. Need a fridge later, I will get it from them. Done deal.

We had a great experience with Gerhard’s in Ardmore. We called and spoke with Rachael, who was able to answer questions about a dishwasher we were looking at online. She helped us purchase and set up delivery very quickly. We were glad to learn their delivery fee was lower than big box stores. They supplied tracking and updates for the delivery and the technician was patient while I finished prepping the house for him to come in. Installation went smoothly. We’d certainly recommend and use Gerhard’s again!

Gerhard's provides a top notch experience from beginning to end. A professional sales and delivery team with great communication and no third party services which is where the issues usually arise. Our installation crew delivered our new refrigerator, hooked up the water line, and took our old one away all in about ~20 minutes. They were on time, friendly, experienced, efficient, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome on something that I spent hours stressing about for no reason at all. Thank you Gerhard's for everything, I hope our next appliance doesn't die soon but when it does there's no doubt about where I'll be taking my business.

We purchased the set of stainless steel Frigidaire major kitchen appliances from Gerhard's in Ardmore. The installation was on-time and speedy. We are very pleased. The installers were pleasant and thorough. I had to subtract a star from the rating because the delivering installers left our storm door wide open the entire time and house flies and mosquitoes took full advantage to invade our house! I've taken care of the flies, but I'm allergic to mosquito bites, and they LOVE me! Fortunately, I have plenty of anti-itch cream available so it was not as bad as it might have been. Had I seen earlier that the door was propped open, I would've held it open for the installers and closed it after they brought in each appliance--but it is the door to our enclosed porch so I failed to notice it until they left. Otherwise, we were quite pleased with the purchase, price, delivery, and installation of our S/S refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven! What an improvement to our tiny, 100-year old kitchen!

We had a really good experience purchasing a new dishwasher at Gerhard's Appliances in Ardmore. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Matt Ashley who helped us choose the perfect dishwasher at a very reasonable price. Matt also helped us navigate some minor install issue and at the end, we were very happy with the results. Thanks to Matt for his quality service and the guys who came for installation!

Gerhard's in Ardmore, especially Rachel, understood our size limitations for a washer/dryer because we have an older home. She helped us find what would work at a reasonable price. It turned out we had to wait some time for the items to arrive from the supplier but Rachel took care of us in that regard, too. The delivery team was excellent - prompt, pleasant, and careful with our narrow doorways. All in all, I'll go back when we need another appliance.

Sales and installation were flawless. I knew exactly which refrigerator and dishwasher I wanted, the sales person did not try to sell me something else. I got detailed information on how and when the delivery would happen. Installer was knowledgable and friendly.
