On the great company checklist, Baikal Mechanical checks every box. They were so good when I hired them to do work at my store, I decided to hire them to do similar work at my home in Wilmington. Didn’t surprise me at all when they came through a second time, possibly even better than the first. Their workmanship was impeccable both times, and both systems are performing better than expected. Could I be more satisfied? Not at all!

Baikal Mechanical retrofitted our HVAC system with a high-end air filtration device, and I swear you can really notice that the air is cleaner and less odorous. Plus, they told us other ways in which our system could be upgraded that we didn’t know about, so it’s likely we’ll be giving them more business later on. I’m glad a thorough online search resulted in us hiring Baikal Mechanical. They’re dependable, affordable, and innovative, and working with them was an eye-opening experience for all of us (to say the least).

It's been about three years since I had a fan array put in at my manufacturing center, and what I appreciate most is that I don't have to get maintenance routinely. The main reason why is because Baikal Mechanical designed and manufactured a top-of-the-line system for me, and I'm sure I'll get decades of use out of it. You have a very satisfied customer right here. Five stars just isn't enough for Baikal Mechanical. They deserve 50 at least.

Having Baikal Mechanical install a fan array at my plant is easily one of the best things I’ve done in 30 years of business. The fan array is absolutely outstanding. It’s efficient, less intrusive, and so modern. Often I’m told that the place is behind the curve when it comes to tech, but I can’t agree when I see this amazing system working overtime for us. I am thrilled that my wife and I were able to have a HEPA fan installed at my father-in-law's nursing home. He has a range of lung and heart issues, so he should only be breathing in high-quality air. Clearly going above & beyond for the customer is business as usual here. I have worked with a lot of commercial HVAC companies during my time in business, but I have never worked with a company quite as good as Baikal Mechanical. I love their systems, I love their commitment to doing a good job time & time again & I love that implementing their fan array at my factory has improved operations tenfold at least. Moreover, their mini air purification systems are in my home & office, and these are fantastic too. Is there something Baikal Mechanical can do better?? Not one thing. They are firing on all cylinders at all times!!

It’s finally time to write a review for Baikal Mechanical. So many patients ask about my portable HEPA air purifier. It’s not clunky like the last dinosaur I had, and it runs next to silent. Sure, people say “perfect” isn’t a thing, but that’s the only word that properly describes this crew. Unlike other HVAC “experts” I’ve worked with, these guys actually listened to what I needed and bent over backwards to make things happen. And let me tell you, I did NOT give them an easy job. Yet they handled things brilliantly from start to finish, and on installation day they really impressed me. They came with all the components they needed and set the system up on our roof. Took them about six hours to get everything exact. I was so happy when everything was finished. I felt like hugging them. We had a problem with our hood vent system on a Saturday morning, and either had to close our restaurant or get it fixed. I called AC Unit Fan Motor Wilmington DE, and not only were they there within the hour, they brainstormed options to get us up and running as quickly as possible - the parts were found on a weekend (which is usually impossible) and we were able to work before dinner time.
