When my GE refrigerator sprung a leak, Ricks appliance service was great to work with. They were out within 24hr. They quickly, and accurately, diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered for the final repair. They gave a real time bid for fix, we agreed, I watched him order the part, and to my surprise it arrived on time. Darryl, my technician, squeezed me into the end of his work day for the fix. He was very professional, quick, clean, and careful. I would absolutely use their service again.

My Bosch dishwasher that was a little over a year old all of a sudden stopped working. When I pushed the power button I got no response from the machine. I checked the GFCI and the breaker and after that I was out of ideas so I called Rick's appliance repair to make an appointment for a technician to come to my home. As we were setting the appointment the manager asked to speak with me. He had me look under my kitchen sink for a light switch that turns the power on and off to the dishwasher. As you guessed it had gotten bumped and was in the off position. Thank you Rick's Appliance for helping me to troubleshoot the problem over the phone!!!! I appreciate the assistance and excellent customer service!

Even though in the end my refrigerator could not be fixed, Rick's came four times and tried several things to repair the appliance. I appreciated their persistence and patience. I was even reimbursed for a new part that was tried but, in the end, could not fix the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service. First time the gentleman came out. He was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and he was right and he had a few parts that were used. He was going to put in just to make the washer work until the new parts came but unfortunately those parts didn’t exactly match up. They came back today and had the new parts and they were in and out in 30 minutes and it works perfect. What could be better?

This device Tec was very nice and good job replacing leaking door seal on new KitchenAid Dishwasher. Only suggestion I have is we called in for leaking door and Tec should have come first visit with a New Seal. I had furnished the Model and Serial number with work order call in. Saves everybody time and money ftt try on repeat trip!

The technician immediately diagnosed the issue and explained that he needed to order parts. He said it would be 7-10 days before parts arrived and a follow-up appt. scheduled. A week later the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Can't speak to cost since our work was covered under extended warranty but I'm certain that they are in line with other service professionals in the area. BTW, it would have been nice for him to have worn booties into our house.

We had a 4 year old refrigerator that was on the blitz for over a year. After working with another company for over half a year, we called KitchenAid for assistance. They sent Rick’s out to diagnose and service our fridge. Our repair man was very prompt, took his time with diagnostics to figure out what was causing the problem and informative when explaining what the problem was. Our part came in about a week later and he came back, fixed the fridge and it has been working fantastic since then. After going 1.5 years without a full time working fridge, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from this company. Thank you!

Overall pleasant experience. The customer service at the office could use a lot of work but dont let the office personnel determine how you feel about the technician that actually comes out for the services as they don't really have much to do with each other. My technician, Kyle B. was great and professional. No services were performed on my call as the washer was a total loss/more expensive to repair than to replace basically. He showed me a diagram on his tablet explaining what part was broken and why the washer was acting the way it was. Again, when calling to schedule the appointment, I was not impressed by the cold, unhappy voice on the other end, but the technician was great!

I am so happy! These guys know their stuff. They fixed my icemaker. I had been through an ordeal with Sears Home Repair (worst service ever). They came out 3 times to repair my icemaker and basically left it completely nonfunctional. Rick's Appliance figured out that Sears had installed a new return air fan upside down. They fixed the problem and now I have ice. I'll never call anyone else.

Not a friendly, customer oriented company. But one of few in Wichita who do warranty work on Scotsman. The repair tech didn't leave us with a feeling of confidence the new part was a fix. He was very conscientious and careful about my floors and cabinets, though.

Dealing with Rick's Appliance Service was wonderful! I called at 9am because my refridgerator had stopped cooling the night before. I was told a technician would be out that day between 10am and 2pm. The technician called at 10am to say he was on his way! Eric, the technician, arrived and got right to work. He was very cordial and friendly and fixed my problem in matter of minutes and the price he gave me was incredibly reasonable! This is the first time I had my fridge break down and it was a very stressful experience as I had to remove everything from it so it wouldn't spoil. Their service made the entire experience so much better. Then I found out that my grandma used to take her curling irons to get repaired at Rick's years ago. How nice to have a great company that has been around so long! Keep up the great work!

The technician called the night before to inform me I was first on the list so they would call before hand in the morning and be there shortly after 8am. He was there precisely when he said and diagnosed the problem with some help from the manufacturer, ordered the part and helped me schedule another appt. to install the part two days later. Came again within the 4 hour window and installed quickly and was out the door. Was a very easy process.

Initially they did part of the service bulletin (silicone sealing) thinking a previous company (Herb Snow and Son) had done the service kit for my new Samsung refrigerator ice 🧊 maker....they had not.
