No issues. I just rarely give 5 stars. If you can 5ake a credit card pymt over the phone I'll be in to have my sewing machine cleaned n adjusted bcuz my bro lives outta town but he said he'll pay for it over the phone. Other places have done it for us.

They are amazing. Brought my Dirt Devil Razor in after the belt shredded and replacement belts were impossible to identify by model number online. What would have taken me two hours and who knows how many YouTube tutorials to fix(?) on my own (if I could guess the right belt in the first place) took them ten minutes. Very reasonable prices and friendly service. My vacuum runs great. Highly recommended!

Since 1976 I've purchased a sewing machine and 3 vacuums at Midwest Sewing Center. The products are great. The staff is friendly AND knowledgeable. Jon knows everything about every machine in the store! If you ever need service, they're great at that too.

I bought a new sewing machine from here recently. The whole experience was superb. Jon was super helpful in finding a machine that fit my needs and budget. I had brought my two young (4&6) kids with me to look around and he was great with them as well. After looking unsuccessfully in other local sewing shops this was a great change.

The repair person was sooo nice! I had a problem with a sewing machine I bought from them 10 years ago and he just got right after it and fixed the problem. Everyone was so pleasant there. It made me feel like I made a good choice buying a machine from them.

They don’t service Dyson or Shark Vacuums. There’s a comment they made in the reviews 3 months ago that says they vacuum “pretty much every kind of vacuum out there” so I was surprised to see a sign out that said that when I walked in. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly, but then a serviceman came and apologized and talked to me. He was friendly, but it’s very frustrating to have driven 30 minutes each direction with my kids to find that out. Would be nice if that was stated on their website. If you’re looking for someone to repair a Dyson I had a great experience at Kansas Vacuum!

I have been purchasing Bernina machines and going to Midwest Sewing Center since 1974. I now drive there from Fort Worth, Texas. I bought an Imagine serger last year and LOVE it. The automatic threading is wonderful! I highly recommend them. Jon and the staff know their stuff.

Stopped by Midwest yesterday afternoon to pick up some thread for my Babylock Ellisimo embroidery machine. Was having trouble understanding how to set the letter size smaller, so asked for a little help. Without hesitation Mary Boone gave me an entire lesson Without charge!! Credit where credit is due. Being able to reach someone about parts for an old geezer vacuum and not only not have them just try to sell you a new one but be knowledgeable and helpful in supplying you with just reasonably priced parts is very nice to say the very least. Thank you!

Brought in a sewing machine I was just given and they checked it out and told me it works perfectly and it does this place is very organized the only problem is that if my machine needed service they wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple weeks because they had so many other machines to service before mine they definitely need more help in that particular area
