I did not end up purchasing an appliance from here. I did really appreciate that the salesman told me that the one fridge that "may" work for me, had the door open on the wrong side. I asked if it could be reversed. He said yes but, possibly the seal would have to be replaced due to the age of the fridge. The door/seal was used to closing/sealing a certain way. Great to know! That would add $$ to the price of the unit. That is not why I did not buy, we went with new. But, I will be coming back because of his honesty and being upfront with me. I feel I can trust what they have to say about their used appliances. It was nice and refreshing to have someone be honest about a used appliance. Thank you.

My brother and I bought a stove and a washer and dryer here at Mid America. Now we're looking to buy a another washer and dryer only this time we want a front loader set. The service is friendly and the prices are great. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased 3 washers and 1 dryer here. The staff is courteous, the store is clean and each trip has been a pleasure. I had an issue with my plumbing and they let me swap the washer I bought for a different one. They even picked the old one up and brought me the new one! Both of the men who delivered have been helpful and thorough. The manager has always given me helpful and accurate advice and he has made it clear that getting me the right solution is much more important than making a sale for himself. I never once have felt any pressure to buy or make decisions on the spot.

Found exactly what I was looking for, quick, pleasant service. Edit: when the fridge was delivered and we got it set up, we found that the door didn't close properly and seal. We contacted Mid America who sent a repairman out. He removed the door, added a spacer and it works great, dood closes and seals. The fridge is cold and the freezer keep stiff frozen. We wanted a garage fridge, we got a great working one at a reasonable price.

We were so tired of having to pay to fill up a laundry card at our old apartment so we moved out! The only problem is that we didn't have a washer and dryer. After spending a good amount of time looking at overpriced new models, we came here and they had everything we were looking for, especially in terms of price. Tommy was absolutely fantastic and answered every question we had, and was willing to work with us on price, too! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My 2 roommates and I desperately needed and new washer. We came into the store 10 minutes before closing and still got great service. The salesman stayed late and helped us find what we needed as well as get the cost split 3 ways. All in all we were in and out of there in no time at all but felt very good about the purchase. Weren't pressured to buy, no cheap sales tactics, extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Will do business here again without hesitation! They were so friendly and helpful. Can't beat there prices and how they back up their warranties. Went out of their way to replace a faulty water bladder on our refrigerator. I will definitely spread the word! Great honest people. Love our new fridge. Thanks guys!

Shopped several used appliance stores for a used fridge. The best prices on the nicest ones were here. They were great to work with and even offered a 90 day warranty. When we need any other used appliances we will skip the chase & go straight to Mid America Appliance next time. Highly recommend!

Washer we got was broken. The delivery guy was very respectful and top notch and very helpful. I was a little disappointed and discouraged because of the time that it took to get replaced of course we did have the memorial weekend to contend With and due to delays I had to wear basketball shortstop work a few times. however Overall satisfied after a few hiccups.

The manager here is friendly and helpful, straightforward. I asked to test my stove before I bought it and they wheeled it to the back and plugged it in. They loaded it into my pick up bed as well. Over all, a good place. All sales are final, so keep that in mind. They do give a store credit, however.

Excellent deal on used appliance! FAST delivery! 4 stars for that. ** Nine months after buying freezer, it broke down. When I called to get service, HA! I had to take it to them, no home service calls. No openings for 5 days, tho. And, if they could fix it, they'd keep it for 3 xtra days to make sure. This was 2 days before Thanksgiving. So, I called Able & Ready Appliance. Got it fixed that day with a years warranty.

Bought a Gas stove from them. It did not work. They traded it out for another.The oven died in a few week (right after the guarantee) and I kept finding bugs after delivery. Had my home warranty send someone out to look at it and it was infested with roaches. Had not had a single bug before they brought it. Watch what you buy. I bought previously from their store on Douglas and everything went very well.

We had a few issues with the washer we purchased. Had to turn back the first one and a replacement was given. Few issues with the replacement washer but associates have worked with us on the problems and things have been and are getting resolved

Can I just say WOW!! Tommy (the GM) was absolutely amazing in helping me find exactly what I needed, a huge 5.6 cu ft washer and like a 7.4 cu ft dryer for only $600 for both, and both in excellent condition. Freakin' epic deal for these name-brand appliances. He also looked at the picture of my washer/dryer plugs on my phone and determined that I needed a vent and decided to throw it in for free for me. As a young gal in my twenties, I asked a lot of blonde questions to make sure I understood how the machines work since I've never boughten one before and he was super patient and very kind and helpful! Drop off and installation is only $35, so reasonable, and that price is for BOTH units. Cannot believe the prices here, absolutely unbeatable and total steals. Will definitely make this my first stop the next time I need something like this again, highly recommend these guys! Thanks, Tommy!
