Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us decide on a washer. He wasn’t pushy on trying to upsell. This place had the best price out of the 3 we looked at. They stayed after closing to go to the warehouse so we could have the washer same day as ours had broken. The older gentleman, maybe the owner, was also very friendly and helpful.

We shopped for all news appliances recently. Lytton's beat all the box stores and the other appliance stores on pricing. We thought they would be higher, we were wrong! Matt provided Great customer service too!

I’ve been purchasing appliances here for years, both for rental property and my own home. As many appliances as I have to buy it’s nice to know that I can go get a great deal and not have to haggle every time. Bob, the owner, helps me personally (although when he can’t the rest of the family is just as kind and amazing ) and makes sure I get what I need. I trust them enough Ihonestly just call up and tell them to deliver it most times. Absolute Wichita GEM! I’ve never heard of anyone going in that didn’t feel like their business was EARNED. I’m very proud to write this review for them.

Great experience! My family was in the market for a dishwasher, but we wanted to buy local. I spoke with Matt, and he was very polite and informative. Spoke to my wife and I about the different brands of dishwashers. We ended up going with the Bosch 500 series! We had them come deliver and haul away our old dishwasher, it was very painless and easy from when I walked into the store. Thank you, Matt, and the Lytton’s team!

Prices are mid to high. Showroom appears dumpy and limited inventory, but are will to order for you. But very knowledgeable about their products and can refer you to a service repair phone number. This was IMPORTANT FOR SMALL REMOTE TOWN of Winfield. They did deliver and set up appliance for a fee. Their recommendation for service GUY WAS AWESOME! He really knows his stuff...at Ask appliance repair. Small Town no nonsense service. Tell them what features you need, and they'll go over your options on the appliance. They're not interested in pressured sellingbut good old fashioned FEATURES AND BENEFITS. No hype here.

I ordered an appliance from Lytton’s that took FOREVER to get in thanks to the CHIP and labor shortage. No fault of Lyttons. They came through with great pricing, service, and delivery. Don’t assume the BIG BOX stores are a better deal. Lytton’s customer service was better and pricing was just as good or better!

Finally had to replace a washer and drier set from 1992. Bob knew exactly what set I had and guided me through what Lyttons had that was comparable, right down to the type of motor. You won’t find that knowledge at a big box store! Shop Local! You’ll be impressed by the customer service all the way to deliver and set up.

This year we have needed a new dishwasher and refrigerator. Lytton's has been amazing all around. Their staff is knowledgable and are very helpful. Their prices are competitive. I also appreciate that they only sell quality brands. The fridge I ordered was not in stock as expected and they gave me a free loaner fridge to hold me over for a few days so I didn't lose all my food. I highly recommend them!

Lytton's is the very definition of amazing customer service. I needed to pick out an appliance with very little time and a particular budget in mind. They found exactly what I was looking for, explained the differences in the brands and I was finished and leaving the store within 20 minutes. And they delivered it the next day! They are very knowledgeable and even moved my existing fridge to my garage without an upcharge. I would highly recommend and will absolutely go back for every purchase from now on.

I love this store! It's local. Bob and Lonnie have helped me buy a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and now a dryer. They know their products. I bought both the washer and the dryer over the phone, sight-unseen. I've had no problems with the appliances I've bought from them. Delivery and installation were great. But the best part is Lytton's has what I need in stock, and I have the appliance in my home almost as fast as the old appliance died. The time i save working with them offsets any savings I might get shopping and shopping the ads at the big box stores. I will continue to turn to Lytton's each time I need to replace the household appliances.

My old washer broke and I had company arriving so I was in need of a new set quickly. After doing online research, I ended up at Lytton's. Everyone was polite and helpful and patient with all my questions. I bought a Speed Queen TR7 set. Delivery was quick (2 business days). The 2 young men that delivered the set were punctual, very polite, answered questions, and cleaned up after themselves! Couldn't be happier with the experience from the time I walked in their showroom until delivery of my washer and dryer.

We bought our first home and bought our appliances from Lytton's. The employees were friendly and helpful. Their prices don't seem lower than anyone's and they charge extra for delivery. They also have a decent selection of "scratch and dent" deals in the back of the showroom.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, ALWAYS willing to give the extra effort, delivery and set up staff were fast, efficient, and very careful with EVERY detail. I cannot recommend them enough. They are in business to serve the customer and your needs. We will be going back for another appliance soon.

3rd time today buying appliances from them. Great customer service and advise in choosing the best product for me. I really enjoyed them calling years after a dishwasher purchase to inform me of a warranty fix Whirlpool had issued for several units. Overall, this is the only place I'll buy appliances.

After many hours of research trying to find a range hood that we were looking for, I ended up emailing the manufacturer for a product that was available in other countries. The manufacturer put me in contact with their US distributor, who then put me in touch with a local retailer that would be able to get the product I was looking for. This happened to be Lyttons. While it was certainly a mess finding someone that could sell the item, the process went as smooth as could be once I was working with Lyttons. It was a special order item, which Lyttons made very clear, and had it ready for pickup in less than a week. If our contractor wasn't handling the rest of our appliances, I would certainly be shopping at Lyttons for them.

Small locally owned appliance store with large mural on back of building next to parking lot. Plenty of parking with easy on/out into traffic. Saturday afternoon and only one salesman? Four couples shopping, two left as we waited. We too got tired of waiting for information about appliances and left. Went to metro appliance and saved $150.

I bought a GE washing machine per their recommendation on March 28, 2023. Had a very pleasant experience. Love the machine! Gets the clothes clean and is very quiet. I buy all my appliances from Lytton's. Would recommend them to everyone if you want hassle-free appliance shopping.
