So far so good. Great service! I called them last minute and they came to me on the same day. Fixed my dryer within an hour and it’s working well. Keep in mind fees are probably higher compared to others. To be transparent to fix my dryer it was $275. I think they charge a $75fee to check what’s wrong with it then they charge you for the work. I was personally fine with it and I had great customer service so I couldn’t complain.

I was really impressed with Vision Appliance Repair. The pricing was reasonable, communication was clear and prompt, and the service was excellent. What started out as a routine new dishwasher installation ended up getting more complicated once the old one was removed. Chad was courteous and professional and explained why it would be best to have an electrician address the wiring issues prior to installing the dishwasher. He even rearranged his work schedule so he could return on a Saturday to complete the installation after the electrical issues were addressed. Chad took his time to get a difficult installation just right and ensured I was satisfied with the job before he left. I will definitely be using Vision for any future appliance-related needs!

Really appreciative and thankful for Khalid, the technician, who came on Labor Day to check my fridge as it was not cooling properly or fast enough. Then today, I called in the morning, because I was doubting myself as the fridge was working again. As they guarantee the diagnostic for 10 days, Khalid was kind enough to come later today and while he was patient with me and checked everything, he was right all along. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gave me good advice. I strongly recommend for any appliance repair.

So the person who came and did the service was great. But I am a little wary of using this service again since they communicated -- "We have a service fee of $74.95 service call and diagnosis that will be waived if you decide to service with us." Though when no problem was discovered, they still charged me the fee, saying that it only applied if I had a repair. While I understand the distinction, it was not clear, and when I said you "might want to update that language," I was told that everyone else gets it. So I feel tricked and probably won't reach out again. But again, the person who came out to service my washer was friendly and knowledgeable. So, maybe you won't have an issue if you choose to go with them.

Chad did a great job fixing my dishwasher. The diagnosis was the repair, and took less than 15 minutes, so I was “only” charged the $75 trip fee. I appreciate the honest billing.

Vision Appliance Repair was assigned by GE Customer service to take care of an issue with my new dishwasher (it was still under GE warranty). After a small # of uses, an Ld (leak detection) error occurred. Vision Appliance Repaired called to set up an appointment on Friday evening, rather than waiting for Monday to contact me. The call was early in the 24-hr call back window. Seif came out within a 2 business days. He found the problem (ie hose loose) within a hour, tighten the hose, ran the dishwasher. All is well. Sief was professional, courtesy, and fixed the issue. He even took off his shoes to protect my floors! Highly recommended.

So the office staff was nice, and got us scheduled immediately, but were not really on top of things when it came to relaying messages or gettingback to us as assured. The repair techs however were amazing. They called before arriving, and when I clarified we already knew the gasket needed replaced rather than just loose, he went back to the warehouse to get the part, verified prices with me, and came right away to install it. They had masks and shoe booties and were respectful of Covid-19 health precautions and our home.

This was the second time that I used Vision Appliance Repair for a service call. They did such a great job with my washing machine that I was hoping they could fix my refrigerator. With everything going on with COVID, the technician was professional and used a face mask, gloves and booties. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was willing to fix some of the initial concerns hoping the compressor would work. Unfortunately it didn't, so he only charged me the service fee. I really appreciated his honesty and great customer service. I'll definitely be using Vision Appliance Repair again and would highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my refrigerator light. Contacted Vision and had an appointment scheduled quickly. Mohamed was assigned to the job and was very punctual. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was courteous, wore a mask, and was cognizant of social distancing. He identified the problem and then found the correct part. He then worked with my schedule to find a day for the final fix after the part had arrived. He installed it quickly and was diligent in making sure that not only the problem was fixed, but that there were no unforeseen problems with the instillation. Overall a good experience, and will use Vision again in the future if needed.

This was my first time using Vision Appliance and they were wonderful from start to finish. I was able to schedule a technician immediately and was assigned Max. I was notified via text throughout the entire process. Max was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed my stackable washer/dryer issue immediately and gave me an honest opinion on whether to fix or replace. He ended up fixing the issue quickly. All repairs receive a 90 day warranty and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Vision Appliance again.

Kal was on time and extremely efficient. He repaired the dryer and the washer in approx. 90 min. He asked for a vacuum to clean the dryer while working on it. I thought the price was reasonable, even though they were the only people I contacted. I chose them based off of Internet reviews and was EXTREMELY Pleased. Bottom line, no one wants to call a repair service. But when you do, you want everything -- responsive answering of your call/professionalism throughout/timely scheduling and close adherence to agreed upon times/competent diagnosis and solutions/reasonable pricing for it all. Then you should save Vision Appliance Repair's contact information under your "Best & Only repair service needed" and tell all your contacts when they ask for a referral. Everything I described is what you will get. I even had the spontaneous opportunity to speak with the owner on one of my phone calls for scheduling service. I mentioned how quickly the technician sent assessed my washer issue last time (user error on my part, and thankfully easy to fix). He replied saying that he tests the technicians as part of their interviews, and then has them go through a training class/refresher that he developed to ensure they are ready. I have their contact information saved. Why don't you?

He quickly diagnosed the issue with our Maytag refrigerator and explained it in layman's terms. He had to order a part, which only took two days. He came back and completed the repair quickly. Truly a great customer experience in quickly and professionally repairing a Bosch fridge that was freezing food. The office representative with whom I spoke initially took my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day; he also asked for the model number so that the technician could have the appropriate part(s) on hand in case what he suspected might be the issue turned out to be the problem. They sent email and text updates to confirm the appointment. And as a landlord who doesn't live locally, I appreciated that they communicated directly with my tenant. Vision Appliance Repair's responsiveness was amazing from the beginning to the end. First, when I made the initial call, they told me that they didn't do our area, put me on hold and came back and said that they would come out. Then within a couple of days, they sent their technician Seif and he was not only a terrific repair person but a terrific human being who diagnosed the problem and said it would require a part that would take two-three days to get. In my experience when I hear 2-3 days, it usually means 7-10 days. But, in 2 days, Seif called and told me that he had the part and could he come out the following morning to take care of it - at 8:00am. He was here at 7:45am and took care of it. He is both an expert in what he does and a truly interesting and good hearted human being that is a credit to Vision Appliance Repair. Kudos to them for hiring him and doing their work at such a high standard. Kudos to Seif for being who he is and doing what he does so well. Vision Appliance Repair is amazing both in absolute and certainly relatively too. I'm a professional in Customer Relationship Management and these guys both personally and professionally check every single box.

They sent two guys out to the house to diagnose the microwave and gave me a quote of over $200 for a part plus another $160 in labor. The quote was for a magnetron. I told them I would order the part myself (Because it was only $130 on Amazon) and ai would call them back. Three days later, I have the part and call them back and they claim to have no record of coming to the house. They send a repair guy another two days later and he claims that he needs one small additional part and he’ll order it and fix my microwave at his home. This was on Saturday. He claimed that he’d have the part on Monday and get me the microwave back on a Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no call. I called them Thursday and the woman who answered laughed at me. Then she said she’d call the repair guy and get back to me. She never called back. So I call on Friday and the guy who answers says that they DONT WORK ON MICROWAVES. He yells at me while telling me that he did me a favor. Then he says he has to call the repair man back. I explained that I would file a police report if my microwave wasn’t returned. Finally the repair guy calls back to say that the small part he needed was lost and they had to re-order it and that he could get me the fixed microwave back late in the evening the next day. After all the shenanigans above, the microwave is fixed and functioning. The company has pressured me multiple times to take down this review. Instead, I’ve bumped the stars up to 3 and amended the review to ensure readers know that the microwave was repaired.

Last week my dryer stopped working which was a bit stressful during this time of caution and concern. The representative on the phone was very kind and courteous and dispatched a technician to my home in 24 hours. The technician arrived according to the current protocol with gloves and mask. A HUGE shout-out to Chad- he managed to execute a herculean repair on our fridge within a very tight timeframe. We were in the middle of preparing our condo for sale when we noticed the refrigerator compartment was not maintaining a constant 40° temperature. I called around a few places, but only Vision committed to a date and time without a long waiting period. Chad showed up on time and was able to ACCURATELY diagnosis the issue. The repair required a new part- which Vision was able to acquirein less than a week. Chad also worked on our washing machine- and again- he provided an accurate diagnosis of the problem. It was awesome that Max was able to come out the same day within a few hours of calling him! I had an oven issue related to gas and I didn’t want to waste a second to find out what was going on and how to fix it ASAP. My Bosch dryer had developed a very annoying rattle a few weeks ago. I called this company and made an appointment for a service call. Shadi and his partner came out, on time, and began working. They were very thorough and diagnosed that a part needed to be ordered. The next morning Shadi called to give me the price for the job. Very reasonable! A week later they were back and the dryer is like new. This was a wonderful experience.

If there is a 6 star rating, I would give it in a heartbeat! We were trying to clean the in-between glass of the oven door (the annoying streak and stain that is showing inside the glass door that we could not reach) by disassembling the door following youtube instructions. We could not assemble the door and glass back properly and decided to call Vision Appliance. Seif came out and told us that the bracket that attaches the door to the oven was broken. He searched online for replacement parts and even a new oven door as possible replacement. We are preparing to list our house in a week and half and therefore timing is critical. With COVID, everything is delayed - the new oven door would have taken at least a week and half even for rush shipping. The costs would also be very expensive and at that point, we were willing to pay to get it ready for listing. Seif took it upon himself to fix the oven door - he took it back to his workshop and worked on it until late in the evening and brought it back the next morning. He came to our house 3 times to provide services. The whole issue was solved less than 24 hours and the oven door is now perfect. The costs were reasonable and the service is fantastic. I have not run into many services like this and would highly recommend Vision Appliance and particularly Seif. He went above and beyond his duty and provided first rate service. We will recommend Vision Appliance and Seif to our friends and neighbors!

I needed my fridge handle, oven door and microwave serviced. They came out quickly - within 2 days of calling - were timely, professional, and wore a mask. They called or texted to let me know when they were on the way each time. My fridge and microwave were repaired. I was informed my microwave's circuit board was going out and if it did to buy a new microwave because to fix it would be expensive. My oven needed a part, which was ordered right away. When the part came in they came back out. Unfortunately even with the broken part being repaired the door was so damaged it couldn't be fixed. Similarly, the cost to replace the door would be as much to purchase a new stove. I wasn't charged for the services that were not fixed. I will keep Vision in mind for all my appliance repair needs in the future.

Fabulous service, highly recommended! My brand new dryer had a persistent performance problem, and I had multiple service calls from another repair service to address the issue, none of which worked. Vision Appliance Repair is great and i will definitely be calling them again if I have other things that come up. My washing machine broke on Saturday and I was thinking that they would charge extra for the weekend call, but it was the same price as the weekday. Sam was great and took the time to diagnose my problem on the phone to see if it was worth replacing my washing machine or fixing. Luckliy they had a cancellation that day and he was able to fit me into their calendar to get my washing machine fixed. I live in a condominium, so where my machine is located is not in the easiest place to fix, but Sam took the time to work on it and was patient. He did a great job and was couteous and professional and even gave me a tip to prolong use of my washing machine. Overall great service and would highly recommend them!!!

I’m very happy with the service I received from Vision Appliance Repair. When my washing machine failed on a Saturday, they sent a team out on the same day. They thoroughly investigated, diagnosed, and communicated the issues. They were transparent on expected costs. Though the parts were no longer available and they could not make any repairs, they advised me of what to look for as I purchase a new one. If my new machine or any other appliance causes me trouble, I will certainly call Vision again.

Good company. I was scheduled for an appointment promptly. I didn’t have to call to find out if the technician was coming—the technician came within the scheduled window. The technician identified shoddy work from another company and explained why we were hearing strange sounds from the dryer even though he was looking at another issue. Called at 4:45 on a Saturday and had a knowledgeable rep at my house to assess the situation by 6:30! He didn’t have to part he needed in the truck but instead drove to the town next door to get it from a colleague, come back and do the repair. 8:30 and everything is running smoothly again. I’ve had three great repair experiences (stove, fridge and washer) with Vision Appliance. I really appreciate that they communicate well, schedule quickly, and fix the problem. They text to confirm their appointment and call when they’re on the way, so you don’t just have to sit around all day. They warranty the work so if the same problem recurs they’ll make sure it gets fixed again, no charge. If they can fix the problem without replacing parts of the appliance, they will. Jed the technician was always on time and stayed close touch to make sure we knew when to expect his arrival. He was far better than the official GE tech who. had previously checked out our leaking dishwasher. The GE tech refused to work on the machine because he said he might scratch our ceramic tile floor in pulling it out. He also said he had no idea why our dishwasher was leaking. Jed from Vision diagnosed the problem after running the machine through a cycle. The GE tech didn’t even do that. Jed had to order a new discharge pump come back and come back to replace the current pump. He was able to do that and pulled the dishwasher out, replaced the pump and put it back without damaging our tile floor at all. The dishwasher no longer leaks!

Since the cost of the fix would be close to the cost of a new washing machine, and given the age of the machine, he recommended that it would make sense for me to purchase a new one. Karim was great. Let me know when he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the issue (clogged pump) and called his colleague who had the part. When he left, my washer started leaking so I called him back. He apologized and offered to come back the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the recent service we received from Vision Appliance Repair for our laundry washer and our stove-top range. For the former, which (as all appliances are these days) gave us continued maintenance codes that indicated the water pump was failing, Khalil diagnosed the real problems (including an underwire that had gone down the exhaust pipe) and quickly found all the solutions necessary to keep us going. We live far out on a small farm and usually the cost to bring service personnel out is a large part of the final bill. Both of his visits were very reasonably prices as were the replacement parts and actual work hours. As to the burner on the range which 'burned out' and is over 20 years old, he found a source for the replacement of that one (out of four) sections and replaced it efficiently and inexpensively. I have never been more pleased with knowing and having such reliable service available and recommend this shop unconditionally. They are great.

Vision Appliance was exactly as advertised by their high concentration of 5-star reviews. Before contacting Vision, I had tried a different contractor to fix my oven. He was unfriendly, inattentive, and asked for $520 to repair my oven saying that multiple parts were broken. Since I didn’t trust that contractor, I got in touch with Vision. The gentleman who came to the house was friendly, thorough, and had to clean up after the other guy who left wires disconnected (which could have shorted the oven), left the gas off, and didn’t put the interior back together. And Vision fixed the problem — simply a blown igniter — on the spot, only charging me $238. Great job, and I now have a go to for appliance repair.

I can’t say enough good things about my service with Vision Appliance Repair! My dryer broke on the Saturday afternoon before Thanksgiving so I looked up repair places on Google and found that Vision had a lot of very high ratings AND they were open until 7pm! They had an appointment on Monday and Sofien, the repair technician, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem (actually two relatively minor issues) and said he would get the parts and return late afternoon on Wednesday. He called me on Tuesday and said he had a last minute opening that afternoon if I was available, which was a huge help since I was preparing for Thanksgiving dinner at my place. The repair involved some extra work for him since my dryer model had been discontinued and he had to add a new part from the current model. The price he quoted me did not change and he cheerfully did the extra work. He also gave me some valuable advice for taking care of my dryer, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be calling Vision for all future appliance repair!

Our 16-year-old dryer stopped heating up so we decided to have it fixed. Having not had any appliances repaired lately, I started looking for repair firms on line. I came across Vision Appliance Repair and saw nothing but 5 star reviews. I now know why they are rated so well. I called on Saturday and was able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Monday morning I called back and asked if it was ok for our technician to also look at our 27 year old washer since it had been having trouble during the spin cycle. I was told that would be ok and the service fee for the washer would only be half since the tech would already be there. Kal was scheduled to be at our house between 4-6pm. He called about 3:30 to let us know he was on the way and even arrived a little early. He replaced the thermal fuse and the high limit thermostat in the dryer and gave us suggestions on how to keep it cleaner from lint. When he looked at the washer he found the hole where the drum stabilizer spring fastened to was rusted and the spring had come loose. He said all he had to do was drill a new hole and reattach the spring. After he put the machine back together, he said he wanted to make sure everything worked well during the spin cycle. While he waited, I asked if he also worked on microwave opens as we have been having an intermittent problem with the fan running on after the cook cycle was finished. He said he could look at it while we waited on the washer to finish. He found two micro switches that appeared to faulty and replaced them. Three appliances repaired in under 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough about Kal. He was very professional and is knowledgeable with all the operation and repair of the appliances. He answered all of our questions politely and in non-technical terms. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after he had completed the jobs. I will certainly call Vision Appliance again if we have any problems.

These guys are amazing. Got their name from two other people on the moms on the hill group. They responded almost right away when I texted at 7am about my fridge problem. Came by to try to diagnose it by 9:30am, but it turned out the compressor was broken. They told me that fixing it would cost as much as a new fridge so they advised me just to get a new fridge and didn’t even charge me extra for all the troubleshooting work they did try to check if it was the starter (he tried two different starters to make sure the one he tried wasn’t faulty!!). Dryer would not spin. Called Vision late on Saturday. They came on Tuesday within the 2 hour window. Determined that the problem, broken pulley, disassembled the back of the dryer and fixed it within a 1/2 hour. Technician explained the problem and showed me the broken part (pulley teeth melted) in a 3 year old Samsung dryer. Replaced the old parts with updated ones from Samsung.
