Our fridge/freezer suddenly stopped cooling. I found this company online and submitted a request for same-day. They called me right away as soon as they opened and scheduled someone to come later in the afternoon. Sammy was very professional, responsive, and replaced the broken part in the fridge. Several days later it’s working well. Highly recommend if you need quick service.

Sammy is outstanding - I can’t appreciate him enough! He is pleasant and respectfully: answering my many questions, showing me how to take the dryer apart, telling me what he was doing when changing the sensor, coached me how to keep clean the hard-to-reacher inner parts of the dryer, even recommended a dryer duct cleaning person (however, I did that myself). I’m glad I know how to contact him for any future needs. Sammy is like finding a unicorn! Thanks, Sammy.
