After a terrible experience purchasing cabinets at Lowe’s we needed somewhere much more reliable for appliances. Thank goodness a friend recommended appliance connection! Melanie was amazing to work with. I gave her a general idea of the type of appliances I wanted and my budget and she led me to exactly what I needed. She want pushy at all and explained different options and features in a way I could easily understand. Every part of this purchase was quick and efficient. I had my appliances installed within a week!! The installers were great too. I even had my young daughters with me when selecting appliances and it wasn’t a problem. On top of having lower prices on the 4 kitchen appliances I needed than big box stores, I also got a rebate from GE for $400 and a $50 rebate from Dominion VA power! This is the ONLY place I will purchase appliances from now on!

My boyfriend and I recent visited Appliance Connection as we are in the market for a new washer and dryer. We came with a small idea of what we wanted but asked our wonderful sales associate, Meme, for her salesmanship. She walked us through the pros and cons of each machine and helped us select the best pair for our family of 7! They have the machines ready for delivery in 1 week and are taking away the other appliances for $18ea. We got a great deal thanks for their competitive pricing. I will come back here to update once we’ve received the machines!

We had our old fridge go down and Appliance Connection had a great deal off a really nice refrigerator. Their site was user friendly and when we talked to a representative she was friendly and polite. We used the white glove service which was very convenient. We would use again!

While others have to wait months for appliances, they can help you get what you need quickly, and are knowledgeable of lead times and suggestions for comparable items. Customer service was great and helped navigate some challenges with the 3rd party delivery company. They provided support all the way until the appliances were fully delivered/installed.

I was able to find pretty much everything I needed appliance-wise for my new house and get 'free' shipping that was delivered in about 48 hours. The prices were higher than some other sites, but after considering the "total" price considering shopping multiple online stores, out of state pick-up, and delivery fees, Appliance Connection was the best deal. They even were able to source at a good price a high end European refrigerator, freezer and water heater (although they are on back order) ... So far it has been an incredibly good experience.

Appliance connection provides outstanding customer service. The assistance I received in selecting the appliances for a kitchen remodel was wonderful. Even better, after the original contractor was unable to do the planned renovation, Appliance Connection offered to either refund the money or hold the appliances for the remodel with another contractor. It is taking longer than anticipated to find another contractor, and there has been no pressure from Appliance Connection to come up with a date for installation. Even though I didn’t ask, they have offered to honor the post-installation warranty time period that I would’ve received with the original contractor. I will definitely be back for future appliance needs.

We had several attempts in just our experience certain many others can relate. Never accept damage goods when paying premium cost.. I would recommend just be aware of delivery concerns.

Our dishwasher stopped working on the 29th of January so I started looking around. We decided to go ahead and get the matte black cafe since we already have the matte black fridge. I looked all over and nobody had it stock. The soonest we were going to be able to get it was from Costco and that was going to be around the 22nd of February. I was really hoping for sooner and while doing a google search I found Appliance Connection. We had never purchased an appliance over the internet so I had some reservations. On line it said there was only 1 in stock so I decided to call. The man who answered was super helpful and answered all my questions. We decided to go for it. He said we might get it by Friday February 3rd, but he made no promises. Instead we got it on Wednesday February 1st. The delivery guys were super. Carried it in and put it in the kitchen. I asked them to open the box so I could make sure there was no damage and they were very happy to help and had a very positive attitude. It’s not always that way. It is now Thursday February 2nd and my appliance repair guy is done installing our new GE Cafe matte black dishwasher. It’s running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Start to finish it has been a most positive experience!

Appliance connection has a very large inventory display to allow for customer options. The delivery department in particular Tom and Claudia are customer focused and Alan delivery team is excellent. Alan gave my husband and I peace of mind in his handling of our new appliances and in dismantling the front door plus removing door knobs to allow access for the large refrigerator. Thanks to the sale folks Scott and Charlotte we love our new appliances. My 4 Star is reflected towards Quality Control at the warehouse Big problem with damaged goods. Craziness we had two attempts with microwave and three with the refrigerator. The boxes were sealed with no evidence of damage makings yet the products were notiacbly damaged. We purchased all GE products not certain where the big problem sits interms of accountability. But a lot of goods are being delivered damaged and No one should accept or believe that's the norm as the cost for consumer goods continue to rise. I would recommend as the inventory selection is large just beware on delivery. cheers!

This was actually my 2nd purchase from Appliances Connection and all went smoothly from on-line purchasing to delivery for both. Convenient location to where I live, competitive pricing and quick & efficient delivery are what brought me back to purchase from them a 2nd time. My washer broke and Appliance Connection took my order over the phone since I knew what I wanted to replace it with. The Washer and Dryer were delivered the following week by 3 men who knew what they were doing. They cut no corners with the installation. They found a ding on the side of the Dryer and go the ok to give me a small credit. Will come back when I need a new appliance.

Update as of January 2023 - We contacted Rob and Appliance Connection as a returning customer and ordered a new Washer and Dryer. Rob handled everything with me over the phone and provided outstanding customer service answering all of my questions. On the day of installation, Alan and Antonio were simply amazing. Our home has a smaller laundry room and narrow hallways and they were both very careful not to damage or leave marks on any walls. The washer and dryer were expertly installed and we are so happy with another purchase from Appliance Connection. When researching our purchase, we learned that some larger big box chain stores contract out to various workers for appliance installations. It is very reassuring to know that the team at Appliance Connection focuses solely on appliance installations as their specialty. They are the BEST and we are very thankful and appreciative for all of their efforts as a 2x customer now!! Rob and the entire team at Appliance Connection are the best! As a first time homeowner, I had lots of questions but never felt pressured or rushed at any point in the process. After comparison shopping at other locations, I decided to select Appliance Connection due to their specialty and sole focus on appliances. Rob assisted me with ordering three LG appliances and offered very competitive pricing and honest customer service. The appliances arrived very quickly as well! Alan and Armando assisted with the removal of our old dishwasher and the following week, Devin and Danny returned to install a new range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Our walls had just been freshly painted and the crews were careful not to touch or mark any of the walls during the installation process. All three appliances were expertly installed and I was provided a tutorial of how each appliance functioned. Devin further assisted us with repairing our dryer that had a loose connection with the duct/vent pipe and really helped us avoid a potential safety issue by correcting how the previous setup was configured. We are so happy with our purchases and the customer service that we received, everyone was kind, helpful and highly trained/skilled! We will absolutely plan to use them in the future, when we update our washer and dryer one day. Thank you again to the entire team at Appliance Connection!

We recently purchased a Fulgor Milano 36" Induction stove to replace our 20+ year-old Viking gas stove. As part of the package, we received White Glove delivery and installation services as well as free removal of our old unit. We love the new stove and the service was top-notch. We used their website to purchase and requested about a week delay in delivery so we could get the electrical circuit installed. Appliances Connection kept us well informed and delivery and install could not have been any smoother. Our house is old and some of the doorways were pretty tight but the delivery team was able to navigate these behemoths with out a scratch. We are very happy with the new stove as well as the service, product selection and prices offered by Appliances Connection.

I came to Appliance Connection from the recommendation of numerous neighbors. I first needed a washer dryer combo unit. I replaced my old washer dryer combo unit, and had issues (on my end, not anything with Appliance Connection) because of my pipes being clogged. Rob, with AC, was super patient and even held my old unit in the warehouse. Once the pipe issue was resolved on my end, the washer dryer combo (LG unit) had an issue. I worked with Rob to resolve the issue - and AC was my advocate with LG. I purchased a second appliance (dishwasher) while all of that was going on. The install teams (two separate teams) were super nice people, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Customer service is made during the difficult times - and Appliance Connection shows that their customer service is fantastic. Also, prices are competitive. And when they haul off your old unit they recycle parts (not just junked).

Just bought a microwave to replace my old one. I like the appliance just fine, but it came in with scratches. The shipping process was not as straightforward as I expected. I was also surprised that the the delivery people did not have masks to come in for the installation. They didn't complaint, though, when I offered them masks. We have purchased several large appliances from Appliances Connection (online) over the last 10 years. Each time we have received great service, even during the height of COVID. This last purchase was quick and easy as usual, but the delivery was better than ever. They had their own delivery people drive to Maryland from their store and we got our freezer a day early! The gentleman making the delivery made sure everything was unpacked and cleaned up, as well as putting the freezer right where my husband wanted it. They assisted him in inspecting the unit before they asked for his signature. This is exactly why we return to Appliances Connection when we need new appliances. Appliance Connection has good pricing, I will not deny it. However, their customer service and install service is, in short, a DANGER. I ordered a new stove from them. And paid for the hook up kit and install service. Unit arrived. The guys who delivered it did the install, and could see there was a problem. They were having an issue hooking it up. It seemed they were having a problem making the new stove fit the old stove hook up. I told them if they needed a part go and get it. After an hour of working on it, and having scavenged a part from the old stove, they said it was done. It worked. All seemed good. Until an hour later when I smelled gas. I dismissed it at first and then was still there an hour later....after a while I grew concerned, and called Appliance Connection. Their advise was to shut off the gas and they would send someone out...within the next TWO WEEKS. Well, I could not wait 2 weeks. And instead called my regular Plumber who came in. He showed me where they tried to FORCE A FITTING on the hook, and then tried to seal it with Plumbers Putty. In 30 minutes, he has it fixed, and all great. Called Appliance Connection to get a refund on the install. Showed them the Plumbers report and the part they tried to force fit. They claimed it was a defective part on my side..... I REPEATEDLY explained that the part was NOT defective. But you can't force fit a Gas Hookup. I showed them AGAIN the Plumbers report showing "Improper Install". They then stopped responding to emails. Bottom line, do NOT use their install service. If you have an issue, be prepared for BS. Because actions like this will eventually hurt someone seriously, and their lack of willingness to step up says A LOT.

We bought $10k worth of appliances from Appliance Connection. A fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, stove top and down draft, and a microwave oven. Within the first 10 days, the Beko fridge leaked, so the mfg rep came out to replace a part, then the unit stopped staying cold, so they replaced the whole fridge but the second one wouldn't cool or make ice, so Appliance Connection provide a full refund. That was well done on their part, we bought a replacement Fisher & Paykel from another source. Then on the 30th day, Dec 13, the Kitchen Aid dishwasher stopped working. Our only choice from them is to wait until January 3 for service. They said the manufacturer could authorize replacement and the manufacturer (Whirlpool) said it was dependent on Appliance Connection's return policy. So, we are stuck with a dishwasher that won't work through the holidays. Please be sure you understand the commitment of the supplier and manufacturer you choose to purchase from.

We have now purchased several sets of appliances from AC - from a full set of GE Cafe for a home, to two different sets of LG washers/dryers (different properties). Always prompt customer service and friendly/personal salespeople (most recently was Adam, he's great). I give a budget and what I want/need and they work hard to put together a package of appliances that meet those needs and within our budget. Can't complain! Also the last delivery was super prompt and seemless. Not great comms on the shipping status, but a snow storm kind of threw things off and it still was great.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Appliance Connection a few weeks back and it was a great experience. The sales team is very knowledgeable and don't try to hard sell you on anything. If you tell them your requirements they are great at matching you with the appliance you are looking for. They offer candid reviews on all the products - the pros/cons of each so you know what to expect. Additionally, they have a wide variety of options to choose from and they even sell select floor models if you are looking for a great deal. Delivery and setup was a breeze - our fridge was installed perfectly and professionally. The delivery team even explains what to do in the first 24-48 hours (tossing the first few batches of ice, etc.). The store itself is pretty basic - don't expect anything fancy. It's a warehouse type of feel, but again - everything worked out great!

Chris promptly sent me a very competitive proposal for 5 new Monogram appliances for my kitchen upgrade project. Chris was straightforward, reasonable and flexible to set up measurement, delivery and install dates that fit my schedule. His communications with me by phone and emails were timely so I always knew what to expect and when. The delivery and install crew were also excellent and as customer focused as Chris. Even the accounting side was expeditious in issuing me a credit for an install fabrication fee which, once on site, the crew decided did not need be done. I had such an outstanding experience with my new kitchen appliance purchase that a couple of weeks later, when my old laundry machines broke, I called Chris and Appliance Connection once again made a very competitive offer and delivered/installed icy new laundry in just a few days as promised. 6 Stars. Update: they called regularly to let us know everything was on schedule. They arrived right in the delivery window. The service guys were friendly. They leveled the stove, walked us through things, explained the accessories, swept and even asked to mop. (We have white floors.) I will be a long term customer. Previous review: I'm very impressed. We needed to replace our 20yo appliances and having seen my parents' drama finding a fridge, I was really worried. Because of Covid shortages, I was concerned about availability, etc. I bought based on a balance of "what can we get within the next month or so" and features. The price was fair - until I got home and looked it up online. No - the price was insanely low. I checked the model number twice to make sure it wasn't a mistake. Wow. I was stunned with the price. I never would have considered this model but the price was less than a much lower model at the big box stores. We're talking a $1400 range for around $700.

I've ordered a dryer and fridge through these guys. They had the cheapest prices I could find, and included free "white glove" delivery, which basically means they'll hire delivery bring it to the room of your choice and hook it up. Couldn't be easier. One thing to note, the estimated ship date is when they begin to ship it out, not when it gets delivered. It wasn't an issue for me, and my appliances still came quickly.

How many times can you use the word PERFECT in one review? Customer service? Perfect! Both my phone inquiries were handled by friendly and informative employees and when I went in to the store, I received amazing customer service from Rob. Selection? Perfect! I was looking for a refrigerator and they had a vast variety of brands and models with tons of features to choose from with a wide range in prices. Prices? Perfect! I did my homework. I always do. I placed my order on November 30th, 2020 with Appliances Connection conversation was short and to the point, because I had did my homework on the items. Appliance Connection works with a third party called YF Logistics to deliver its items to you they are great and friendly folks! If any items are damaged the delivery folks will take a photo and place a call on your behalf to get replaced. This issue happened to me and all three of my appliances were replaced. Be patient due to COVID some items are taking longer to arrive to the US, but once they arrive it's shipped out. Appliances Connection has a great tracking system also to keep track of all of your conversation and uploads of picture.

I highly recommend Appliance Connection. I went into the store thinking I was going to buy a specific washer and dryer. We had a great experience. Appliance Connection replaced all of our kitchen appliances. We were referred to them by an friend and contractor after we had problems dealing with another store who wanted over $10,000 up front weeks before the installation. We wanted to only pay half initially and half after installation. Appliance Connection not only agreed to this but beat the other store's price by a significant amount. The 2 gentleman who came out to do the installation were hard working and courteous. They had to cut out some granite to install the new cooktop and trim down a cherry wood cabinet for the double oven. It took nearly 9 hours but it was a perfect job. We highly recommend them.

I don't even know where to start with these guys...they are amazing. My old Miele dishwasher died on December 13. Kaput. Too old to put money into repairing it. We had a houseful of guests coming December 21. I needed a dishwasher pronto! Went to a big box store beginning with L the same afternoon because Mieles aren't always easy to find in a hurry. Bought a Kitchen Aid, maybe it will be as good as a Miele. Big box store sent ridiculously unprofessional and obviously inexperienced installers at 6:30 in the evening, December 18. Dishwasher didn't really fit space but they didn't measure ahead and all but tried to sledge hammer it into place and clearly wanted to be done for the day. Damaged our custom cabinet in the process. OK, Kitchen Aid isn't going to work. Now to find a Miele...every local dealer that I spoke with said they had to order (7 to 10 days, maybe longer because of the holiday) then schedule the install probably 7 to 14 days after that. Miele had a $200 rebate deal going as long as the dishwasher was purchased and installed before December 31. There was one local dealer in Warrenton who had them but just refused to deliver to Chantilly, VA. I tried ordering from a couple of the online appliance dealers who just flat out lied about when they would get it here (the promise of before December 31 changed to mid-January after I placed the order). One (the one who has a similar name as Appliance Connection which must account for the couple of bad reviews here) has a particularly bad reputation on Yelp which I hadn't checked before ordering because I was desperate for this particular Miele dishwasher. Friday morning, December 27 I called Appliance Connection. Spoke with Chris Higgins. Explained which dishwasher I wanted but told him I realized I was never going to get it in time to get the rebate...but oh, well...still needed the dishwasher. He said, "Wait! We're going to make this happen! We have the dishwasher, we'll put you on the delivery schedule for Monday, December 30 so you'll be able to get your $200 rebate." Honestly, I had my doubts after getting the runaround from so many others. But as I write this, on December 30, my beautiful new Miele is installed (to perfection by John, who DID measure first and was so very meticulous with the install!) and my rebate form is submitted. I will never buy another appliance from anyone but Appliance Connection as long as I live in their delivery area. Which will probably be forever.

Bought a Bosch dishwasher from here a few years ago. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable--nice contrast to the big box stores, and the price was competitive. The installation was very efficient, no issues with power cords or any other accessory. I think it is great to deal with a local business. There an online retailer called "Appliance ConnectionS" that I think is being confused with this one and that may be where some of the extreme negative posts come from. This is not an internet retailer.

Don't be intimidated by the sketchy parking lot and exterior. The spacious showroom inside is clean and easy to browse. Labeled prices are high but they will match pricing from elsewhere. Delivery cost depends on your location so can be cheap or expensive. Melanie was an excellent sales person and helped us to navigate the bewildering number of features and options. They can also order appliances that aren't displayed on the floor.

I am VERY impressed, even after encounter problems--or perhaps because of how they dealt with the problem. I have a Miele washer with a water filling problem; my wife wants to replace it outright. The salesperson I spoke with first tried to get me to repair the washer and NOT buy a new one from them. Five stars for that alone. However, to keep the wife happy I ordered a Bosch washer. They ordered it, the truck showed up exactly when they said it would--and it turns out the Bosch washer will only plug into a Bosch dryer! My drying works fine so I need to work out a plan B. In the meantime I returned to Appliance Connection and had my credit card refunded in less than five minutes, with no pressure to buy something else. Why buy Big Box when a locally owned business works hard to maintain it's reputation. I have no idea where the low ratings on this site came from--these guys are nice, fair, and sell very nice products.

It's our go to place for appliances. They do not over sell or under sell. They figure out what you want and fit it in your budget. They have bare bones to all the frills. I'd be hard pressed to see someone beat their prices and if they do, give them the opportunity to beat it. There are some folks who said they did not receive customer service for issues with appliances. What they need to do is contact the manufacturer. Viking, GE, Samsung.... Call the manufacturer for warranty assistance. Anyway, we're happy returning customers and will return again. Ask for Yuri!

Not sure why the negative reviews on customer service, I've had a great experience working with Melanie. I'm in the market to upgrade most of my kitchen appliances and wanted to go the brick and mortar route as opposed to taking my chances with eBay or other online outfits. I actually assumed that I would pay more by going into the showroom but that hasn't been the case. Melanie has been very patient with me, mixing and matching various mid-grade brands and communicating with me as I try and determine the best bang for my buck. I am close to settling on a KitchenAid suite with a Jenn Air cooktop and am looking forward to having the measurements/estimate shortly. Melanie is setting up the guys that take the measurements with all of the specs that I have identified (which includes a laundry list of different brands/sizes) but has been very professional with her service. Compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc., the pricing is actually more competitive and obviously the personal service has been impressive. They do not hide any costs in their estimates, showing how the installation + tax breakdown works up front so that a full picture can be constructed (because I sure as heck don't want to hook up a gas range, dishwasher, electric oven, etc). The installation went smoothly and I was very pleased with the workmanship from Ben and Mike. I am looking forward to doing business with Appliance Connection in Woodbridge again!!

Go here, even if you don't buy! So I am an avid, Depot and Lowe's shopper. You can get the same or better pricing here as with Depot or Lowe's. That's not the biggest advantage though. The best thing about this place is they actually learn details about what they sell. Most hardware store employees may work in appliance one day, but somewhere else in the store. They are not experts in appliances. They are there to sell and help, but it may just be a part time job for them. Not saying there may be an exception here or there, but at Appliance Connection, you can easily find staff that knows every little detail. From knowing that certain parts for a certain brand is high fail or maybe that part is made in Mexico. Or perhaps they know that a model is being revamped due to a poor valve design. The point I'm trying to make is they know what they sell. Last tip- don't ever buy a Samsung appliance...just stick to them for TV's and phones!

Appliance Connection is wonderful. They furnished the appliances in the kitchen house I grew up in, and then furnished the appliances in my sister's kitchen as well. They set me up with a great washer and dryer, and when I was one day away from my warranty being up, I overloaded the washer and it shut down. Appliance Connection gave an amazing experience to American Legion Post 28 in Triangle, VA! We had one of our main freezers go out overnight & we lost all of the food we had stored it. Being that we are a nonprofit veterans organization having a freezer is imperative to be able to buy in bulk & store unused goods to cut back on costs for meals held in our social quarters.
