Despite some order issues that caused a delay in my appliance installation, the representative made sure that delay was minimized. Kudos to ABW Appliances in Pikesville...great service and a good price on a Whirlpool 30-inch double wall oven! From the pre-site visit through the installation, everyone at ABW was professional, responsive, and nice to deal with, even including a prompt refund of a charge in case any cabinet cutting was needed, which it was not.

One item took forever to arrive, but that's not on ABW in this current supply chain situation, and Roy kept me up-to-date on timing and even helped me shop for some alternatives when I started to get nervous about the wait. From start to finish the ABW staff was extremely professional and courteous. My fiance and i contracted ABW to find and install a new washer and dryer and we could not have had a better experience. ABW provided us with a wide range of options and gave us great advice throughout the selection process. Once we received the quote we were very happy with the price, and the delivery process was quick and easy. Every staff member that i spoke to was very knowledgeable and on point. Moving forward I highly recommend ABW, this has by far been our best purchase in our new home!

The ABW sales person was very good at helping us find exactly the appliances we wanted, and not purchasing anything unnecessary. They also worked with us for several months while we experienced long delays in ordering the cabinets to start our kitchen remodeling project. ABW's prices are not so low as the big discount chains, but the extra service is worth it. I cannot comment yet about delivery, because we have just put in our order and do not want to take delivery for at least two months, but ABW said they are very flexible about holding the appliances until we are ready for them.

My experience with ABW has been incredible from start to finish. I needed to replace my stacked washer/dryer unit and contacted ABW after a referral from a friend. Betty Burciaga was SO helpful; she replied to a few of my emails well after business hours and on a Friday night! I also spoke with her a couple of times on the phone and she was professional, patient and very knowledgeable about both products and process. Next, I had a virtual appointment with several people, including account manager Jose Martinez. Everyone was so kind and patient - even when I showed them the four flights of stairs that led to the laundry closet on my top floor. After the meeting, Jose reached out to me - he was concerned that the unit I had chosen was not the best option. I had concerns as well, but had decided to move forward (I was doing laundry in my bathtub!). When Jose contacted me, I was so thankful, because he found three more options that he believed would be a better fit. He was 100% right and I am so grateful. I would have moved forward with a unit that I wasn't really thrilled about, only because I wanted to get the whole thing done and over with. Jose went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and had the best unit for my needs. The install went well too; the crew worked quickly and efficiently. I had two small concerns to discuss with Jose after the install (nothing major) and he replied immediately, cc'ed his supervisor and the issues are being resolved. I have already recommended ABW to my entire neighborhood on our Facebook page, and four people told me that they are now working with ABW! Thank you to Betty, Jose, my install crew and Joe for going above and beyond. I love my Miele washer/dryer and while I don't want any of my appliances to break...if/when they do, I'll definitely be calling ABW!

Fantastic experience ordering a new Samsung washer and dryer from ABW. They were able to advise us on the best units to fit our needs - customer service was excellent! Awesome company! So far ABW has installed a refrigerator, beverage center, dishwasher and microwave in my home. They offer top of the line appliances at a fair price. The only issue I had was a small leak in my beverage center. They had a technician come out right away to fix it. We will continue to buy all our appliances from them.

Great experience with sales associate Steve Scarborough at ABW. We worked with Steve to purchase all the appliances for our new kitchen. Steve was knowledgeable, trustworthy and always a delight to deal with. If Steve did not know the answer to something, he would find the answer and get back to us quickly. Steve patiently explained the pros and cons of each appliance. He did not try to sell us something unless he thought it was well-suited for us. Steve clearly is not just selling appliances but great service. He spotted issues that helped us avert problems down the road and was always accessible to answer any question. Steve was respected by our cabinetmaker and contractor, which made life easier for us. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the team, we have a lovely new kitchen!

ABW has been my go-to appliance supplier for over 20 years. As a design professional I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge of their products. Their prices are great, they are very responsive before AND after you have placed an order, and their show rooms are beautiful. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and pleasant (not at all pushy). On the outside chance that you do require a repair, the repair department is great. Occasionally I have shopped around to be sure I am getting the best possible price and they have never disappointed me. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Incredible service highly recommend above and beyond perfection wonderful people. I had a major issue with my kitchen and an important family event only days later. Not to mention we moved an hour and a half away from Abw in recent years. They have always taken such incredible care of us we reached out to explain our situation. There sales person worked right away going above and beyond to find us a solution that would work. The problem was we were only days away from our daughter first Communion and we had family coming in from all over. I explained the details and spoke with their leadership. Everyone was extremely caring and wanted to do all they could but being the best in the business also means you are extremely in demand. They told me they were very backed up on scheduling for install and it didn’t help that I was so far away on my end. After only mins they were able to figure out a way to make it happen which was incredible. They worked me into their busy schedule and arrived exactly on time. The service team was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Even during install they discovered a concern with our kitchen that almost made the install impossible. That said, with their experience they were able to figure out a solution and make it all work in incredibly fast time. They tested the unit and waited to make sure everything worked perfectly. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Dressed really well I must add too with major care taken to every part of our home. Basically we went from a major kitchen concern to a perfect incredible new appliance purchased, delivery and professionally installed by incredibly talented genuinely caring staff in only days. I am more than thrilled and I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. For those needing any type of kitchen remodel or need for the house where appliances are involved please do not hesitate to contact Abw. Their team is not only amazingly knowledgeable they have a staff that really cares for you. Not to mention after all the amazing service we received I was shocked at the savings we received too. We researched the same items with three other surrounding dealers after the fact and were astonished at how great a deal we received too. To know you are being taken care of on every level without having to push on my end for anything is rare with any business. I will be telling all I know about our recent experience because any remodel right with all going on in the world is certainly stressful and a challenge. By choosing Abw I know I made the right choice and will continue to do so please do the same so they continue to thrive in this difficult environment we are all dealing with. Ralph and his crew came early, but I was warned 1/2 hour in advance so no problem. They did a quick and efficient job of attaching the door handles and leveling the refrigerator, picked up the trash when all was finished. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.
