I will never shop at a big box store again for appliances. I have purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from Southland, yet I have never entered the store. I was able to do all my shopping over the phone! Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike big box stores, if servicing or instillation is needed, you have a technician out to your house quickly. Prices are matched from big box as well, so even pricing is great (usually you expect to pay more at mom and pop places). Thanks Southland! I appreciate YOU!

Fantastic experience! The washer model I researched before contacting them ended up being the same model the salesman recommended. Called on a Wednesday and with only a 15 minutes conversation, they delivered on that Saturday. Troy the salesman was outstanding and the install team was very courteous and mindful. I couldn't of asked for anything better. This was my first experience using Southland but they will be my go to from now on!!!!

Do yourself a favor and buy all your appliances from Southland. Honestly, you're going to pay a few dollars more up front...and I'm talking just a few. The washing machine we bought there was about $15 more than we could have paid at a box store. However, for that $15 we received an excellent installation from an experienced installer...no shortcuts, just a professional job all the way around. I know from a sad experience, you're not getting that level of service from the other guys. The dryer we bought there 10 years ago had a problem, and they promptly sent out an experienced and honest technician to diagnose and repair it for us. There are very few businesses left anymore that do things the right way every time, so they can earn your repeat business. We live in a military town after all, and most places just try to reel in the new fish and couldn't care less about repeat business; but that's not the business model at Southland. I will never make the mistake of buying anywhere else again, and I recommend you don't either.

I was referred here by another company who couldn’t work on GE refrigerators. The person I talked to understood my issue and made arrangements to come out the next day (I called around 5pm). The cause of the issue was identified quickly and replaced. It was an easy experience and I will definitely call again in the future for any appliance issues!

Patrick came out in the time frame he told us he would. He was nice guy who fixed our problem within 20 minutes. The pricing was fair. Hopefully, my dishwasher wont break again in the future, but if it does, I will be calling Southland appliance back.

I've used Southland Appliance since the company i purchased my refrigerator from had the worst service department I have ever experienced ! (I won't even go there!!). Southland is prompt and reasonable and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The technicians arrive when they say they will and call if there is a problem. I use them for all my appliances.

If you need a part today, come here. The part may cost a bit more than you can find on line but you get it today at a reasonable price. Great experience, friendly staff and reasonable prices, I won’t go anywhere else.
