I have been using Dr. Johnny’s services since they have been in business and as far as I am concerned, they’re the only game in town!

I highly recommend Dr.Johnnys Appliance in VA Bch.I have purchased 2 KitchenAid products An Oven/Convection microwave oven combo and most recently a Gas downdraft Cooktop, and a washer from him. All at the best price in town. The oven was purchased and installed the day-before Thanksgiving! He has the most AWESOME and professional installers Mike Harrison and Vickie! The quality of the work and knowledge of the craft are excellent. I felt at ease knowing the job was being done right and up to code. He also fixed my exhaust vent that was in need of repair! They provide 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ customer service installation! As soon as my dish washer goes out I will be calling Dr.Johnny to buy and to have Mike and Vickie come and install the new one! Thank you to a great team!

Needed a dishwasher but didnt trust Home Depot / Lowes subcontractors to touch a water line. Item price was comparable and delivery/install was actually cheaper. Awesome service all around.

We bought a new washer. also about 3 years ago we purchased a new double oven and stove. Customer service excellent. Delivery men always polite and no concern with clean up and removal. Would recommend Mr. Johnny's Appliances 100%

Three months ago my wife and I needed a new washer. We researched and found that Speed Queen was exceptional and that Dr Johnny's was the only appliance store that carried the non-computerized version. So we bought one. They came and installed it answering all of our questions within 24 hours after purchase. Then just recently our GE gas dryer wouldn't start. SO I tried to fix it (big mistake). Called Home Depot and Lowe's and was told by both that it would be AT LEAST a week and probably more before they could get a new dryer to us. So we called Dr Johnny's. They could come out the next day and try to fix the dryer for an incredibly small service charge. It was not fixable but the service call could apply to a new dryer if I wanted one. I did. It will be installed in 2 days. Overall this has been one of the best purchase experiences I've ever had. The experience with their service people has also been exceptional. This experience has also shown me why supporting local businesses is not only good for the community, but also good for my own mental health.

Delivered and installed the next day, showed up on time and were very friendly. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was great too. I'd give them more stars if I could!!!! My washing machine broke at the worst time possible; my husband was deployed and all four of us were sick. Instead of telling me I had to wait until we were better, Karen spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me pick the right machine at the right price. Since I ultimately decided on one they did not have in stock, Johnny brought out a loaner for me to use ON THE SAME DAY so I wouldn't have to go without. You're not going to get that kind of customer service anywhere else in town!

Great experience! My old refrigerator had broken.... again...and I was waiting on a part....again. I took a chance to visit Dr Johnny's and they had exactly what I needed, not fancy but perfect for me. AND they delivered it the next day! Definitely recommend!

Had Sears here yesterday, $480 estimate. Repair person suggested i buy a new stove. Called Dr Johnny, here in 45 minutes, had the part on his truck. $ 206 to repair and get my oven back. Eddie was efficient,clean and professional. Thank Dr Johnny,you are my go to guy now.

We purchased our first appliance from Dr. Johnnys 11 years ago. We had a Kenmore refrigerator that broke after just one year and it was going to take Sears 2 weeks to fix it. So, upon recommendation from a friend, we went to Dr. Johnnys to get a 2nd garage refrigerator. The fridge that we chose was not in stock, so John (at no cost) had a loaner refrigerator delivered until the one we ordered arrived. Since then, we have purchased at least 5 other appliances at very reasonable costs (the same or less than big box stores). They also service the appliances they sell. Customer service is great...they had someone out the next day after I called for a repair. John gives us a military discount and he has great respect for our US military.

Great location and helpful staff. Stellar customer service. Tom got us in and out with welcome advice on our washing machine choice and even helped load it. We won’t shop for appliances anywhere else from now on, just wish we’d been using them longer.

Small family owned and operated. All American products. Best customer service anywhere. Big box prices with small buisness care. Don't buy until you've given them a look and a talk to. They will win you over and you'll be better for it.

A go to company for appliance repair Would skip for new appliances, every product (dishwasher and stove) within a span of 3yrs both had issues that was beyond warranty, I eventually replaced them.
