5 star ++. Shop here first. Top quality used appliances at very good prices. Tommy is a true ambassador for what customer service is all about. He services, tests, and cleans everything. I purchased a stove, he delivered it and hauled away my old one. I highly recommend Dominion appliance.

Tommy is honest and cares about the customer's needs. I have a special needs child. My washer was down 5 days. It was a nightmare. I had 2 repairman come, neither fixed it. We didn't have the money for a new one. I called all over. When I talked to Tommy I knew he understood My machine. My husband dropped it off at Dominion Monday am and 2:30 it was back home!!! It works like new. They charged less. I'm a customer for life. Update It's been months. My machine is running Great!! This company is the Best I've ever had for repairs to my machines. Their prices are the best too.

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Dominion Appliance and initially I was upset because the dryer stopped working after one use. I am a nurse and my work hours are crazy and I submitted an unfair review because it was difficult for the owner Tommy and I to coordinate a date to repair the dryer. Long story short, after a couple of weeks he remained true to his word and came out himself and looked at my dryer and made arrangements to have it replaced the next day. He is a very passionate communicator and an exemplary businessman, when we finally did communicate, he did everything he said he would do and explained every step of the anticipated steps in the process. I would recommend anyone who wants to deal with a businessman with real knowledge of appliances and true business integrity to Tommy at Dominion Appliances. Thank you so much again sir.

We have 3 special needs people in the house and our washer went out and was catastrophic in our home. Tommy went above and beyond to help us. He made himself available outside of normal business hours and had so much mercy. He is my favorite person of 2022!! I will never buy another appliance from anyone else. This company is top notch and honest. This is the only company I will ever recommend to friends and family and in all my FB groups. So grateful for them ❤❤❤❤❤

After our old washer finally died, we called Tommy up to see what he had available. I was shocked when he said he'd be there in 20 minutes with a top-quality used washer AND dryer. Both are in excellent working, almost new condition. We got both washer/dryer for cheaper than what a new washer would've cost by itself. Plus, he even took some extra time to explain the operating instructions to us AND hauled away our old ones. Fantastic seller! We DEFINITELY recommend giving him a call if you need something. +++++

Dominion Appliance has the best customer service. We never buy brand new appliances if we can buy almost new from Dominion. They warranty their work & deliver same day. The appliances we have gotten from Dominion (washing machine & stainless Fridge) are still going strong & we didn’t have to pay brand new prices.

Dominion Appliance is the best! When I bought my townhouse, the fridge was pouring water and the stove billowing smoke. I called Dominion Appliance, and that very day they came over, replaced both appliances with like-new used models, and hauled the busted ones away. Then, maybe a year later, my "new" fridge started freezing everything. I called them again, and despite it being months later they came out with new parts and repaired the fridge. Truly amazing customer service, quality people. The technicians are so respectful and professional, and the service is exceptional. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I just got a freezer from here and they went the extra mile for me. It's amazing to work with people who really care about you and help you get what's right for you, in your budget. I hope they get overloaded at this location so they have to open up others. it's just so great to see companies helping their local communities and supporting families. I know I am going to keep going back to see what goodies they have in stock, and now that know this is here, I can't imagine ever going to look at lowes or home depot before at least checking what's going on over at Dominion first!! Ask for Tommy, he's the real deal!
