I have purchased washers and dryers from Affordable Appliances twice and both times the customer service was top notch! Always on time with the installation and extremely professional employees. Clint was extremely helpful with the selection of appliances they had and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Danny was excellent at his job and continued to help even after the installation. I have only positive things to say! I will be a repeat, repeat customer!

First off, I thank you for your Military Service. Secondly, The units that were purchased was way below retail than Home Depot or Lowe's. They made my experience with them a Great One. The Journey from start to finish was impeccable. If you're looking for appliances and not wanting brand new. This place has them with a Warranty. I've been buying appliances from these guys for 8 years! I like the location at Lynnhaven 10 times better than Tidewater drive in Norfolk. They deliver same day if needed. They respond to problems and give good customer service. 30 day warranty is nice and after the 30 Day's they will try and help if there are problems. They are mostly used appliances so there can be issues.

Easiest process from start to finish! I bought a washer Saturday afternoon and John went above and beyond and had it delivered by Saturday evening. He took my old washer away and set up the new one in no time. Deff will be returning whenever I need another appliance. Thank you guys again!!!

This place & employees are wonderful, John was amazing he kept in touch & sent me pictures daily till I found just what I wanted & at half the cost, then delivered it the very next day… by far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time..With remodeling my first home that was built in the 60s it gets expensive but Affordable Appliances came through, I will definitely spread the word about this company… And I will only use this appliance store from now on….!!!!!!

I have been shopping with Affordable Appliance for the last 2 years. My first buy was a stove, and it is still working. I have had no problems with it. 2 weeks ago I purchased a washer and dryer set from there. The salesman Clint, was really polite and knew exactly what I was looking for. When they delivered the set there was no problem getting it in, hooking it up. After installation John the delivery guy , stuck around and gave me instructions on how to operate both the washer, and dryer. I will continue purchasing appliances from them. Thanks goes out to the entire crew.

The team at Affordable Appliances LLC are fantastic. I own several rentals in the VB area and source all of my washer & dryers from them. They are extremely quick to respond, replace, repair and honor their warranty if something doesn't work. Finally, the pricing is extremely fair and the products are almost as good as new. Clint was very helpful even though I had no idea what I was looking for since appliance specifications have changed so much from last time I was looking to purchase a washer/dryer. I would've given 5 stars, but communication was a bit odd in that website/contact information was a bit contradictory. The products I ended up getting were excellent, seem to be in great working order and the delivery driver that set everything up was very polite and got everything connected, up and running in super-efficient order. We will be going back for other appliances in the future!
