Erin WinklerAfter waiting a year for a previously purchased appliance with no ETA we called DeWhitt and had a great experience from the first call with Nick. Nick didn’t have exactly what we were looking for but called a day or two later with the exact appliance. He took great care of us, explained every step of the process and overall was really wonderful. Jake and the delivery team were great too, very communicative and even early! Thank you to Nick and the DeWhitt team, we will be back in the future!

We ordered a fridge, but when it was delayed (manufacturers fault, not DeWhitt's) the salesperson was happy to cancel the order, and found me 4-5 options they had in stock and could be delivered the next day. Prices were top notch, and delivery and installation were smooth and super professional

Barret WaggonerWe worked with CJ, who helped us with a new refrigerator purchase. He was very nice, professional, and super attentive to our needs. He asked all the right questions, was not pushy with sales in any way, and was working hard to make sure we got the right appliance. He had a good attitude and great disposition.
When the refrigerator was delivered, installed, and the old one taken away, the gentlemen who took care of us did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to have around. Good guys who understand the needs of folks who need a new appliance installed quickly. Oh yeah, and the fee for all of that was only $69! Some other places wanted at least double that.
We will definitely consider DeWhitt's the next time we need an appliance. Thanks for making our refrigerator purchase and installation experience a good one!

Demaris MemoriesGreat customer service! We’ve replaced all of our kitchen appliances here as well as a refrigerator for our rental. When I went to get a new refrigerator both Kelly and Scott gave me guidance about looking into a repair on my five year old refrigerator instead of selling me a new one. It ended up needing a $40 piece and ten minutes of work after being unplugged for a day. I appreciate sales folks looking out for their customers bottom line. When I do need something new or from their outlet that’s where I’ll be going.

The appliance was perfect and has been running just fine since we received it several weeks ago.
