I needed fast help to fix my dryer. The team at Raed's was super responsive and came out the very next morning to fix the appliance. They were kind, fast, and very affordable and I'd definitely use them again. Appreciate all the quick help and am so glad I can do laundry again!

Roy saved the day for the second time!! The first time he repaired my refrigerator just days before Thanksgiving as it stopped working. This time my AC stopped working and he came out within a couple of hours of me calling him. He had it up and running in no time! He is my number one go to if anything breaks! I was given a quote over the phone and that was what I paid. The technician came out that same day, replaced the belt, cleaned out the dryer and put everything back in it's place. The technician was courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Roy came and looked at our freezer which wasn't staying frozen. We had cleaned the coil a few days before, but it didn't make a difference. Roy was able to identify the problem quickly and let us know that the potential costs were based on whether one of the parts needed to be replaced. He was able to fix the part in question, finished the repair and was on his way! Reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I will definitely use Roy and Read's again if we have appliance issues in the future!

I googled appliance repai rin Tampa, and checked the reviews. Raed Appliance Repair had the btter reviews and I called on early on a Friday afternoon. They answered right up and asked me to text photos of the machine model / s/n, and the problem. They also let me know that the technician could be there late ron Friday or Saturday morning. He showed up Saturday morning and had it done in less than an hour. Fee was very reasonable. Very respectful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I first found this business while in search of a replacement turntable for the microwave, Raed had one for quite a reasonable price, and what is best, he told me to be sure to return if it wasn't a good fit. My next encounter I had purchased a used refrigerator off of Craigslist and the freezer worked great. The refrigerator would not cool enough to keep milk more than 2 days. (Of course I could not contact the seller) Called Raeds, he came out the next morning. Fixed the fridge and refused to accept $, telling me to wait until I make certain that it will continue to work well. Its running fantastic 7 months so far. Now my washing machine began leaking, naturally I call upon Raed again. He found the problem but was not able to repair it without a part. Called the supply store with the phone on speaker that I please listen to know the correct price of the part. I agreed to the price , paid for the part only . I asked him what will be the charge for labor. He has fixed my washer sooner than promised, left NO mess behind. He was professional, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

Very friendly and helpful. Was given an excellent advice on how to fix problem with control board on my oven. I haven’t tried doing it yet, but I just want to explain in this review that they are not looking to rip anyone off. Lots of businesses would not give you this information, But rather they would tell you you need The part plus their labor, And not be honest about any other possible solution.

Fabulous people. Told me they no longer carry 3 in 1 Start Kits for refrigerators as people were burning out their refrigerator compressors by leaving the starter connected. Too much power for compressor motors. They told me how to test the starter on the compressor and sure enough it rattled like a baby's rattle meaning it was faulty. I got the new starter from them and it worked perfectly. We need more people on the planet like them! Tampa Mike

When they will bend over backwards to help you, then I stick with them.That tells me they are real and down to earth , and not worried about how much money they make its about the customer, to make sure they build the relationship so they have them for life..

Great Service. Quick turnaround. The day before Thanksgiving I called for a part NOBODY had for my Frigidaire Gallery Gas stove. I thought it was beyond repair after being hit with a power surge during the hurricane that set off several electrical fires in our house. I was crossing my fingers I could fix it and not have to use our toaster over to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Raed's not only was able to provide the part for a very reasonable price, but was able to make a service call to my house within an hour and install it, then confirm the stove and oven worked! On top of that, the tech offered to come back later in the day to install 2 new sink faucets for me. They also fix ceiling fans! For anyone complaining about the phone mannerisms, you need to understand that this is a small business run by people who are from a different culture and country with their own customs. English is probably a 2nd or 3rd language for them. If they are closed, maybe it's because they had to pick their kid up from school or something. You have to admire them for coming to America and trying to start an honest business through hard work, not popping out kids on welfare like too many US born citizens already do. I would prefer to work with ppl like these from Raed's, who will bend over backwards to help me when I am in a bind, rather than someone who speaks perfect English with a swanky automated phone system that can't blow me off fast enough. I ran into a lot of those looking for help today.
