My Property Management company has been working with Mr. Rogers Used Appliances for about six months now, and we couldn't be happier! They always provide a fast and courteous experience, and we have never had any complaints from our tenants on anything we have ever ordered. They also have a six month warranty on all of their appliances, and that is very hard to find with a used appliance company. Our experience with them has been outstanding and I highly recommend them!

Mr. Rogers Appliance Repair is absolutely a business run with character and integrity. I called to have them come and look at my washing machine that wasn't filling all the way up and the cold water would only trickle out. The repair man diagnosed the problem and then came back out the following week to do the repair (he had to order the parts). The washing machine worked properly for a couple weeks and then went back to not filling all the way up. I called Mr. Rogers back out and they sent a new repair man. He spent some time diagnosing the problem and said it was ultimately the computer that was causing the problem. He went on to say that replacing the computer would be more money than he would recommend I spend on the washer and that he was recommending Mr. Rogers give me a refund on the repair. I spoke with Nicholas and he offered a refund or a used washer out of their showroom. I went down to the showroom and ultimately chose a refund to put toward the purchase of a new washer. We were blown away at the level of care and honesty and follow through on Mr. Rogers part. We will recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repair and will use them in the future for all our appliance repairs. Great job guys! Hard to find anyone willing to put customer service first and you did so flawlessly!

What a great experience!!! Each time I dealt with Mr Rogers I was blown away by his attention to his client's needs and the extend he wants to make sure your issue is solved first. When I needed extra hose or cable, he said "no problem, we can do it". When I needed separate delivery, he said "no problem, we will get it to you." Then he gives you extra warranty on used appliances? Why would you go anywhere else? Last, good people run with good people and Mr Rogers has plenty good people working with him, like Mr Raul, the man who brought my appliances. What a great experience..I sure plan to go back!! I recently used Mr. Rogers Appliance repair for a rental property. My washer's agitator was broken. I left a message after-hours on a Friday and was happy to have my call returned early Saturday morning. They came out before noon that same day and were able to fix the problem on the spot. We recently moved and found ourselves in need of a washer/dryer set. We purchased a set from Mr. Rogers and it was very reasonably priced! What attracted us to his company was the warranty & guarantee. You never know what you're going to get if you buy used appliances, but his warranty gave us peace of mind! I have used Mr Rogers appliances on 2 occasions and both times they have been great! I got a used washer from them. They delivered the next day and even took the old one away at no extra charge. Then a few months later my dryer broke down and I went back to Mr Rogers and got a replacement delivered very quickly! I like the fact that they have a 6 month guarantee on their used appliances. Roger was extremely helpful in my search for a used refrigerator at a reasonable price. There was no pressure to buy and he even gave me advice on how to spruce up some of my appliances that have some minor cosmetic blemishes. Promised delivery for me on Monday evening even though I do not get off of work until 5pm. His delivery men were also very efficient and setup my water line for my ice maker. I recently had a faithful washing machine failure and soon discovered that prices on new equipment were higher than expected virtually everywhere. By accident I came across Mr Rogers company and decided to either buy from him or have mine repaired if practical. I found he had an almost identical clean machine for a reasonable price and a good warranty policy. In today's atmosphere of greed and impersonal treatment in the general marketplace =- it was refreshing to find what appeared to be an honest merchant that gave good service and dollar value . I had my dishwasher and washer fixed for worn out pump and filter clog respectively. The process went well with the scheduling and initial check up and estimate by Jeff who was very amiable and knowledgeable. A few days later, the needed parts were replaced by two other technicians who seemed to be too much in a hurry to have the job done swiftly. I told them that the dishwasher was not properly reinstalled because it didn't look like it was it was aligned with the rest of the kitchen drawers. They responded with excuses like dishwashers was supposed to be installed that way and that my floor is not leveled. Had I not insisted otherwise, they would have not repositioned it properly. The dishwasher seemed to work until two days later when I noticed that steam was spewing from the dishwasher vent even when the unit was off the night before. I could also faintly hear that hot water was also still flowing into the unit. I called Mr Rogers right away to have them look at the unit again. It was scheduled last Saturday between 1-4 pm but guess what - no technician showed up and when I called the following Monday, they told me that all technicians have been deployed and no one can come until Tuesday which is today. Anyway, it was Jeff again who showed up today. When he checked under the unit, the wood floor was soaked in hot water. Apparently, the hot water hose was not reconnected properly. Jeff repositioned it again so now it looks a lot better. He also waited several more minutes just turning it on and off, checking if there were anymore leaks. I was there and I know that all is well now. Kudos to Mr. Jeff for doing a great job (in spite of his tooth ache, lol!). I would have given Mr. Rogers a higher rating because they do have great customer service as far as answer their phones promptly is concerned. They also had Mr. Jeff as an outstanding technician. It was just the follow up and follow through service and no-show that really sucked.

Our refrigerator crapped out and we went to Mr Rogers Appliances for another one. We got a fairly new fridge in great condition for a even better price. They said they could do same day delivery, too, which is great. Thanks to Mr Rogers Appliances! 3/11/13 - The refrigerator we purchased has had some mechanical issues, so we've had two different technicians replace different components over the past month. We're waiting on another part now. Thank God for the warranty, otherwise this would've been a very different type of update. The fact that this is happening with the unit we bought is a pain, but that's what you get when you buy used.

Purchased a Dryer from them and had it at my house within 5 hrs. Long story short, we thought there was something wrong with the dryer but it ended up being my electrical outlet that had a problem. Not only did they haul away my old dryer for free, they brought 2 great dryers until we got to the bottom of the problem. Loy was great and very polite and professional through the whole transaction. I recently bought a 2nd washer/dryer set from Mr. Rogers Appliances. I had a fantastic experience the 1st time and this time as well. The customer service is unparalleled- very rare nowadays. Roger and his wife Sara always bend over backwards to help- Sara took pictures of washers/dryers and text'd/emailed them to me since I couldn't visit the store this 2nd time. Who does that!? So helpful! They are SO quick to respond and to fix any problem that may arise. After my first purchase, I called Roger with a question and left a message- a few minutes later he was calling me back- from another country! That's a first!! I can't get major department stores in the same city to call me back...ever!! Being that Roger worked for Maytag for many years, he has a lot of experience with appliances and really knows his stuff. He is is well-informed on his products and is a fantastic troubleshooter- he has always been right! Being that I have purchased 2 QUALITY pre-owned W/D sets at fantastic prices from Mr. Rogers Appliances in the last 2 years (that both still work great), I would DEFINITELY recommend them to family and friends. Roger and his wife Sara are simply good, HONEST, hard-working people that take pride in their work, reputation, and in the high-quality of customer service that they offer their clients. From home I emailed Mr Roger to see if they had what I needed available. Even though I sent the email after hours, I received a response in 20 minutes. When I drove to Tampa the next day to see the stacked washer/dryer unit, it was exactly as pictured and described. Delivery to Pinellas County was very reasonable and included installation, cables and hoses. I couldn't be ahppier with my decision, the appliance works great and hasn't given me any issues. I would use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in the market for an appliance, new or used.

07/22/16: The manager, George, showed great customer service. He acknowledged that the company dropped the ball and sent out a tech at a convenient time for me to fix the problem I was having with my dryer. He waived the fee for sending the guy out and even waived the cost of parts as a way to make up for the previous instances mentioned below. The tech, Edgar, was very knowledgable and friendly. I feel confident my dryer will be back to new once Edgar is done fixing it. - 07/19/16: I know this is a family run business (based on responses to previous reviews), but to tell a customer that you'll be at their house between 4-6 and then to call at 5:45pm and say you're running late and will be there around 7pm and then never show up or call or respond to the two voicemails I left is definitely not the way to do business. I feel like your company prides yourself on good work so I would've never expected something like just not showing up without any notice would ever happen. I'm sure I don't need to say it, but it's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I had to take time off from work to be at home, and then stay at home, missing a family birthday dinner, because I continuously waited for your handyman to arrive at the pushed-back time of 7pm and then never show up and never call me to notify me that he wasn't going to show up. It's now 9:20pm. I look forward to a response from your team tomorrow. 07/20/16: The customer care manager called me and offered to send a tech out tomorrow at a convenient time for me, so we agreed on 5:30pm so I wouldn't have to ask for time off from work again. He also offered to waive the fee for having the tech come out and then a discount on the service. I appreciate the offer to make this up. 07/21/16: I called at 5pm today and confirmed that the tech would still be coming over. I was told they would be delayed because the tech was in St Pete and I live in Tampa. It is now 8:20pm and I have not received a phone call or any notice from the tech or the manager. I had high hopes after talking to the manager yesterday and today, but this second time is just outright irresponsible and unprofessional.
