This is my first time using Mr. Appliance. I was very pleased with the service provided. I received an email confirmation with my repair man’s picture the night before my scheduled appointment. Damian was wonderful. He arrived way ahead of schedule, which was great. He was very pleasant, professional and seemed highly experienced. He knew exactly what the problem was. He didn’t have the part on his truck, but he went out to get what he needed and came back within an hour to replace the part. He went above and beyond my expectations. Most places would have ordered the part and came and second day. I’m extremely happy with the service I received today and will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Washer was acting up so I cold called Mr. Appliance. I talked to, I assume the owner, he said his name but I forgot.. Very nice and professional, offered great advice on another appliance I was having issues with. He set up a time for a technician to come out.. Damian. He called when he was in the way, which is always good. He was also professional, clean, courteous.. He figured out in a few minutes what was wrong.. it was fixed for a really reasonable price.. I have their number in my phone now. I will be using Mr. Appliance in the future....Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr Appliance. My technician, Sean, was on time, professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. He explained what was wrong with my washer, fixed it, and let me know about a couple other things that could be issues later on and was fair about explaining what was worth the cost to fix and what wasn't since my washer is older and some repairs would cost more than it's worth. Even my cats liked Sean! I can't recommend Mr appliance enough.

He troubleshot the problem quickly, installed the correct part which he had on-hand, thoroughly vacuumed the entire inside of my dryer, and buttoned everything up and tested it in a very efficient manner. Bob came here on time and was very professional. The initial price was a bit of a shock but after shopping the repair I found that it was reasonable. So Bob came back and repaired the oven and did a great job. I would use Mr Appliance again if needed without hesitation.

Sean Miller came back onsite after I decided to proceed with replacement of main electronic panel of my 2 year old GE top load washer. The part came in on Tuesday and Sean was here Wednesday to install new board. He was very thorough in doublechecking, troubleshooting and verifying errors via GE’s diagnostic tool to be most certain that the main board was the only issue. This was our first time using your company, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the confirmation of the appointment the night before including a photo of the tech arriving the next day, to a phone call the day of service from Ronald, our technician, with an approximate arrival time. He arrived on time, wore shoe coverings, and brought a mat covering the floor of his work area. He was honest, helpful and troubleshot the issue within a short time. The installation of the part went smoothly and quickly. Very pleased with not only the professionalism, but workmanship too.

They even did their best to get me in sooner via a cancellation list. Ronald arrived at my home on time and was very friendly and professional. He wore a mask, did good work, explained everything to me very well, and answered all my questions. I have an old stackable washer and dryer. When the dryer stopped working, I thought I might need to have to replace the entire unit. Axel, however, came the next day, immediately diagnosed a broken door switch and immediately fixed it. The fast appointment scheduling, fast repairs, one-year repair warranty and other advantages offered by this company come with a premium price. But, I'm thankful that the honesty of Axel and the excellent service he provided has enabled me to put off replacing my old unit.

My convection oven/microwave and oven combo stopped working only a few weeks before Thanksgiving. Knowing I am hosting 10 friends I was panicked. Mr. Appliance was able to come to my home a day after I called. They were able to get all of the necessary parts in stock within two days. Bob was my technician and he is amazing! He discovered I had a problem with the voltage not sufficient so he recommended I have an electrician come out. Then Bob had to call Bosch after he replaced all of the parts as there was now an error message. Bob had to speak with multiple people at Bosch but his persistence paid off. Everything is working perfectly! I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Bob!

There’s so many positive aspects about this company and it’s employees that I can’t cover them all. Bug I’ll start with the National hotline. The lady I talked with initially was professional, courteous and helpful. She set an initial appointment and told me the local franchise would contact me soon. The next morning I was contacted by Dawn with the local shop. She verified the specifics of the job and guided me through the process, ordering my part and setting the appointment. She also took the time ti keep me updated with the progress of our order, calling me to reset our appointment earlier because the part arrived a day earlier than expected. I got a text message from the repair guy, Seam sends me a text with his photo and expected time of arrival. He shows up on time, does the work, tested the appliance and cleaned up the work area. Very professional, courteous and thorough. Great guy. Overall, I will use them again and strongly recommend them to anyone.

My 8 yr old washer is ailing, so after reading many reviews I settled on Mr. Appliance and scheduled an appointment at their website. I received a call back and after discussing the symptoms was advised of the potential cost for repair of a machine this age, and decided to purchase new instead. Many companies would have sent the technician out without cautioning me of the probable cost of repairs, just to get at least their service fee, but Mr. Appliance has something not always found in businesses these days... INTEGRITY! Add friendly communication to that, which is another plus. If I need repairs on any appliances in the future, I won't bother checking into any other companies...they'll be the ones I call on!

Mike was my service technician and was very prompt and professional! He was highly experienced and diagnosed the problem efficiently after disassembling my Maytag Commercial MCT Dryer. He replaced the heating element after checking ventilation/exhaust, voltage, and other various parts. Mr. Damian was my tech and I really enjoyed our talk. He was kind, courteous, prompt, and put quality effort into fixing our dishwasher. The only thing that is stopping me from a 5 star review is the excessive 100 dollar diagnostic fee. My d/w already tells you the code and I already pulled the panels out and described the flood switch was being activated, therefore giving me an E15 code. This seems to be a franchise pillar, rotor router does the same thing. The leak is so slow Mr. Damian would have had to watch it for an hour or two. So not much of a diagnostic was really done. And this is to no fault of my tech. Whenever my d/w throws an E15 code it tends to be one of two things I found. Either the valve in the back is cracked or sump is trash. And in the latter case I would have to just replace my d/w. So my tech with his vast experience told me it's one of the two when he got here. I trusted him and he ended up being right. I wish the fee was more negotiable considering it took him more time to drive to my house than the 10 minute conversation to tell me what needed to be done. Excellent pre-appointment service - clarified needed details of problem and quickly scheduled times. Service tech was introduced prior to his arrival as well as estimated time-to-location. I must add that I was surprised when the tech asked me to turn down our A/C as soon as he went to work. I was not pleased he disconnected our Wi-Fi by pulling the power cord, flipped the breakers for multiple appliances and in general did not respect our home. That said he was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. On another note Mr. Appliance needs to be clear when describing the $99 service fee vs. the repair cost. It’s not credited towards the repair charge it is an either $99 OR the cost of the repair.

Good, so-so, but maybe I was expecting too much after reading the other reviews. Scheduling was smooth and polite. Bob arrived on time - 10 minutes early, even. I had the microwave off the wall and taken apart and filled him in on what was wrong and what parts I'd already ordered and replaced on my own. "You know microwaves are pretty much disposable now?" he asked. Excuse me, but why the heck did I call you, then. I should have saved my money and tossed it without the $79 visit charge and forgot that it was a $750 high-end microwave. He reluctantly, yes, reluctantly, studied the wiring diagram and located the trouble to be the high-voltage transformer - another $130 part from the place I got my $42 magnetron from. Paid the service charge and went to BestBuy to get a new microwave I priced and reviewed and then my wife and I hefted the beast under the top cabinet after drilling all new holes. I don't recall a smile (even with a 6 month-old in my arms smiling at him) and he definitely didn't shake my hand. Did he diagnose the problem? Yes. Should I have spent the visit money on a crap shoot of a $5 part vs a $130 part when the visit plus the part was more than 1/2 the price of our replacement microwave? I wouldn't make that choice again.

The company sent Jose, who was extremely understanding that I had to teach a student over Skype and literally only was able to say a couple words to him. It took him 30 min from hanging up the phone and he was already there. He also was very tolerant of my dogs who weren't happy to have a stranger in the house. He finished the repair while barely making a sound so I could work and finished in under an hour. Their prices are reasonable considering the excellent service you receive. What we wanted most, we got: our 9-year-old Maytag washer and dryer repaired at a fair price. The technician disassembled the dryer and found a bad ball bearing - not to mention that we didn't have the dryer properly vented, and accumulated lint of several years. Take care of your appliances and they'll take care of you - but when you don't, call Mr. Appliance. (He told us there was nothing wrong with our washer - a less honest business might have dinged us for a bogus repair.) We called the company several years ago, too, about the water heater that had come with the house. That technician, too, had taken apart the machine and found nothing wrong, but he showed us how to use it optimally. DO confine your pets when any service person comes to your house. It's just common sense. Your service person will love your cats and/or dogs, but the critters can get in the way, or get outside.

Maybe good to call them for larger appliances but did not work out for fixing our microwave. Our microwave was cooking fine but a small plastic part on the door was broken so it didn't open/close easily. The repairman was knowledgeable, but it sounds like most times for microwaves it's cheaper to buy a new one than to repair them. In our case, the price for the repair was going to be $450, which didn't make sense on a 5 year old microwave. But the part itself would have been a chunk of the price because the manufacturer only sells the whole door as a unit. Also - the technicians don't carry a tester to check the door/seal for leaks, which was disappointing. I hope I won't need any more appliance repairs, but I may give them another chance if I have an issue with a larger appliance in the future.
