The company went above and beyond to service and obtain necessary parts for my washing machine. There were 2 visits. During the 1st visit the primary issue was fixed; however the audio signals on the machine no longer worked. The technician ordered another motherboard and installed it. So basically, I have a new washer.

Michaelson's is the best. The repairman, Dan, was here right on time at noon for a 12-4pm appt window. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent tech! He had to tear my dryer completely apart to get to the problem. He was done and out the door in under an hour. Impressive. Angela, on the customer service desk, took my call originally, was very friendly and efficient as well. My experience was top notch.

Lowe's in North Port uses Michaelson's for warranty work. GE microwave went down, called Lowe's and Michaelson's scheduled a tech to check out the problem. They called giving us a time frame, then called again when he was 15 minutes out. Dan, their local guy from the North Port area, figured out the problem, ordered parts and about ten days later the parts arrived. A quick call to Michaleson's saw Dan back a day later - use between 8AM and 9 AM, he called about 730 and arrived just before 8 - finished at 831 AM (he set the clock) and was gone - professional, personal but business like and everything working perfectly. Could not ask for better service. Wait for parts was not a Michaelson's issue but Lowe's requires all repair parts ordered from one vendor.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They had zero problems working around my schedule. Was kept informed throughout the process. They called right before the tech arrives to give you a heads up. When doing the repair to my stove, I was impressed how the tech put a blanket on the floor to protect the floor from debris.

I HIGHLY recommend Michaelson’s appliance repair! We were assigned this company through AHS after having previously been assigned to AirBoss. AirBoss was a horrible company to work with and never ended up showing up. Michaelsons was a breath of fresh air. It was easy to make an appointment. They were quick and efficient and my ice maker worked like new! They were extremely professional and on time.

I have used Michaelson's repair a couple of times for my Miele Dishwasher and Jenn-Air fridge. They are always polite, on-time and professional. They are also the most knowledgeable repair men. I have had Roy twice and he couldn't be nicer. I recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. They are also very reasonably priced in terms of service. Hands down the best around!

Amazing service! Prompt response to our call for dishwasher leak. Technician, Kevin, quickly diagnosed and gave me information about maintenance that will no doubt avoid future problems while demonstrating the process. The next day we had to call again about washing machine. Kevin again showed his talent. We are extremely pleased and will recommend Michaelson’s to friends.

Everyone that I interacted with was very courteous and helpful. My technician, Jim came in and had the dishwasher diagnosed within about 15 minutes. He called Fisher & Paykel tech services and ordered the part (on Thursday). The part arrived at my home on Saturday and Michaelson's called Monday to set up the appointment for finishing the job. Jim, the same tech, came and had us up and running. I really appreciated the 30 minute call ahead to let you know the tech is in route.

Michaelson's saved Thanksgiving. We have an AGA Total Control range - an appliance few and far between in the US. Our tech researched the issue, ordered the parts and was there at 6PM the day before Thanksgiving. It's working flawlessly. The service call process is great: online scheduling, text and/or phone confirmation, and updates on ordered parts. I highly recommend Michaelson's for high end appliance repair.

First let me say that the Whirpool side my side frost free refrigerator I purchased just 2 years ago from hhgregg has given me trouble for the last year and a half. The extended warranty company you have to deal with first sent a tech over from Clearwater and they said they could not find a problem, even though there was a clear problem. My freezer would totally ice up and the whole unit would stop working. I lost so much food because of this problem. This happened at least 4 times in the first year of ownership. They never did fix the problem. I finally called Michaelson's (after finding out they too could work under my warranty) and they came out twice until they found the problem and fixed the problem. Finally a place that knows what they are doing! I am so grateful to them for restoring my refrigerator to working order. They are great and the tech Jack was very courteous and professional. The office staff equally has courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them even after my warranty is up. Thank you Michaelson's!

Excellent service. Had to call for a dishwasher that was still under warranty. They took care is contacting the store where i night it to get a copy of the receipt. The technician was very professional and figured out the issue. Parts arrived the next day and they rescheduled my appointment so that it was a convenient time for me. Great service overall.

They stands out above the rest we've dealt with. We have a refrige which had a couple problems. We were referred to Michaelson's. Serviceman Justin made 2 trips, first to diagnose the problem and order parts, then to replace those parts. On each occasion, we received courtesy calls confirming appointment times and yesterday, a final call and text to let us know Justin was running very late due to beach traffic. When he arrived (after 6), he was friendly, made the necessary repairs and took his time answering our questions. And, he still had 2 more appointments before he'd arrive home to his family for the weekend. Both he and Michaelson's were consummate professionals.

Had a thermostat problem with my U-Line wine cooler. Mfg recommended Michaelson's: good choice. Owner Mike and assistant Matt did an excellent job! Bill and Jeff have serviced my Maytag washers and dryers several times over the last decade or so. I have always used Maytag and I am on second dryer and second washer and Bill and company keep everything running correctly over the years. They have also kept my refrigerator running over the years. I just placed my first call for my Maytag dish washer (5 years old) and Bill is coming out within two hours notice. I could not ask for better response times and service technicians.

Very expensive labor flat fee charge ($199.95) - 5 minutes actual labor for small part removal & new one of same replaced , also charged too much for the part. Work was done , but they are a very expensive company. Was same day service however.
