I had a wonderful experience when I took my Dyson vacuum in for service yesterday. The tech was extremely helpful and solved my issue quickly and thoroughly. In these days where good customer service is hard to get, it was so refreshing to receive service that was above and beyond even my high expectations.

Technician Lathan was utterly BRILLIANT! I originally believed the battery in my Dyson V10 Stick Vac had died (common ailment according to Google research) and I had ordered an OEM replacement battery online, only to find out that DIDN'T fix my problem. So I drove the 110 miles to the Dyson Service Center for expert help. Lathan listened to the "click" sound in my Vac when I pulled the trigger and INSTANTLY knew exactly what was wrong... a bad motor (may have gotten wet). I expected to have to wait days or weeks to order parts, however, this Service Center has a well stocked parts locker with my required replacement components on hand, and it took Lathan less than 10 minutes to replace the failed component and hand me back a fully working Vac (with its original battery powering the motor). I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes for a total cost of only $68.79. BRILLIANT!

I don’t often write reviews, but first class service deserves to be recognized.. We visited the Dyson repair store on DMH, as after nearly 10 years the wand on our vacuum cleaner broke. We weee quite prepared to order and pay for a replacement and took the broken one in with us, so that we could get the correct part ordered….. many many thanks to the young man who served us, I didn’t catch his name, only that he was wearing an Ohio State cap. Not only did he replace the wand free of charge but also, unbeknownst to us, also ordered a replacement that was shipped to our house a few days later! Absolutely first class customer service - many thanks ..

Before coming here, I was getting super expensive prices and some saying they couldn't even repair my dyson vacuum till I found these guys. I went to this store because my Dyson stopped working . I was greeted by Jeff he took my vacuum in the back for literally 5 minutes came back and said here you go all fixed!! Absolutely love this place every time I visit I receive excellent customer service!! I worked in customer service for over 30 years and that’s how it’s done . Great job Jeff!!! I will never buy a vacuum from any other company !! And by the way I have an 80 pound lab and your animal vacuum does a great job with all her crazy amount of hair !!

Dyson has a reputation for superior quality and we love our dyson products. The staff at this facility are incredible and provided my wife and I superior customer service. The lid on the motorhead of my brand new Dyson V11 Animal didn't want to open and it was leaking all the dust in the back of it. The service was more than great in this location. Excellent service. The battery on my van broke and it was still under warranty (incredibly because it is a few years old). I brought it in, the man went in the back room for about 2 minutes and when he came out I had a new battery and a new motor! I love Dyson!!

Top notch customer service at this location. Scott simply provided the best customer service anyone could hope for. I was a walk in customer, with a small crack in the main body of my V6 as well as in my pre-filter. Scott greeted me, diagnosed my V6, opened a service ticket, replaced the parts, tested it, and had me out of the door in 5 minutes. I thought it couldn’t get any better with Dyson’s national customer service, but after today’s visit, they’ve definitely raised the bar even more. Great job, and thank you for your excellent customer service!

Clean environment, but even more IMPORTANTLY , EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! .. I’m a hairstylist, I brought in my Dyson to possibly get it fixed, I’ve had it since 2017 so they explained the motor could be blown (this is to be expected as I’ve used it everyday on clients) they were so helpful! The motor was unfortunately blown BUT They told me about the new dryers for professionals and the discount you get if you show your license. LATHAN went above and beyond for me! Fast service and friendly! I’m all the way in south tampa and it’s worth the drive. Thank you LATHAN!

Jeff was incredible. We took our upright Animal 41 w a cracked part, he looked at it and said "that would take me a few minutes to replace." He replaced the part and changed my filter. Great job at the Dyson service center as usual. Had a clog in the vacuum. I was taken directly back to the repair area and had the issue fixed at no charge in about 1 minute flat. These guys are terrific. I have had a number of similar experiences with minor issues that have arose. Thanks Dyson!

Super service—and fast! We drove an hour to get here, hoping we could find out why our vacuum wasn’t functioning. Jeff met us at the door and took our machine inside, checked the warranty and found out we could get a new battery under it. That solved the problem and we were back to vacuuming right away. With three cats and a Bernese Mountain Dog - my Dyson gets a lot of use! After 3.5 years of purchasing it, the hose assembly broke, and I had some other minor issues. I took it to this service center and man who runs this location (Maurice), completely replaced the hose assembly, fixed all the other minor issues, gave me brand new onboard tools, and gave my Dyson a complete overhaul within 15 minutes while I waited. I feel like I have a brand new vacuum again. I've always loved my Dyson! But your excellent warranty and level of customer service has made me a loyal customer!!!

Great service! Stopped in expecting to drop off my SV12 for a motor replacement and the young man there was able to fix it right away. I was in and out of the store in 8 minutes with a fixed machine. Very nice surprise. I would recommend this store to any one who is one the fence about mailing your machine or trying to do a DIY repair.

Deborah and I visited the store on Saturday November 30th. Lathan was busy with a client but greeted us courteously and in no way ignored us. When she left the store he went above and beyond to fully inspect the reasons why our Dyson DC 40 was not working properly. He patiently showed us how to clean it and how to put it together again. After spending at least 10 minutes helping us he refused any payment for his time and effort. I just tried the machine and oh boy! I've got my old Dyson back! Thank you for your professionalism and fantastic customer service Lathan! We are grateful.

We took our much loved 10yr old Dyson to the Tampa office yesterday and Bobby fixed it in about 30 seconds by showing us the reset button that you have to push when the roller stops working! Lol - that’s what you get when you don’t read the manual! He was very gracious and I highly recommend calling first and telling him what the problem is first to save you the trip like we “should” have done.

My Dyson wasn’t sucking, so I brought it here. Lathan took it in the back room, and came out with it within 10 minutes at best, and said it was ok now. When I asked him how much, he said “No charge”. He also answered my questions about the newer models. Very helpful!

I first called the customer service and they gave me a drop off number and told me to go at this service center for them to look into my vacuum. Had a small problem with my multi floor. The power brush stopped working so I took it here to get fixed. It was a factory refurbished machine. Once the worker (Sorry, I forgot your name) took it into the back to check it out in under 5 minutes he found the problem it as well as another problem with the wand storage. All under warranty. I made two trips to this service center because my hair dryer wasn't working properly. The first time, the cord was replaced, but that did not resolve this issue. The service representative ended up exchanging it for a new one. I am very happy with the end result of this outcome because anything dyson is not cheap, and I only had the dryer for a year. I really recommend coming here if you have problems with your dyson products, even if it is a long trip for you.
