My dishwasher quit working and I called Lemcke appliance and they went above an beyond to get me a new dishwasher within 2 days!!! In black too which isn't apparently an easy color to get at this point in time. I spoke with one of the owners, Joe Lemcke and he handled the sale from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent communication and customer service. I will absolutely use Lemcke for all my future appliance needs.

Wonderful experience buying a dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They had the model in stock. It was the same price as the big box, but was a special order there with no returns. They helped us load it on our truck, and gave us the hose we needed to install. We could have had it delivered and installed for a very reasonable cost but we decided to do it ourselves. We will definitely shop here again.

We were in the market for a second refrigerator, so we stopped by Lemcke Appliance in Webster Groves. We were looking specifically for a white GE. They had one in stock and gave me a good discounted price and we closed the deal in less than five minutes. They delivered in less than 24 hours. The delivery guys changed the direction of the door opening and leveled and adjusted everything, said thank you for your business and left. My experience with Lemcke could not have been better. I love doing business with a small business like Lemcke. They told me they valued me as a customer and their service backed that up. Going forward, all of my families appliances will be bought at Lemcke.

I will never buy an appliance from anyone but Lemke's. My dryer broke suddenly a few months ago when everyone was quarantined and stores were closed. The big box stores had at least a month long wait for any appliance. I called Lemke's and the salesman suggested 2 different models and apologized that I'd have to wait two days for delivery! Delivery went perfectly and the price was better than everywhere else. I have also purchased all my kitchen appliances from their other store in Webster years ago with a similar great experience. Love tnem!

I am so happy with Lemcke Appliances in Webster Groves! This morning I discovered my chest freezer was not working. I decided to shop local. At Lemcke's I got a great price on the exact replacement size I needed. Fast forward a couple hours and the new one is in the basement and running like a champ, while the old one was taken away. I have no hesitation in recommending Lemcke's and I know where I'll be shopping in the future. Such nice folks, too!

From the salespeople to the porters, I've always received amazing service from Lemcke. Their showroom isn't the prettiest, but they really know their stuff. You also might expect their prices to be higher, because they're small, however, I've always gotten a great deal.
