Keeven appliances has been a lifesaver last couple Winters with furnace issues. Now I'm dealing with a broke dryer the wheels for the drum are bad and they had them in stock ready to go. Thanks to the lovely ladies working in front a great holiday guys.

Won't shop anywhere else! My experiences with keeven have been fabulous! From New appliances to repairs on appliances that came with our house the service, products, and quality are outstanding! Mike has been to our home to service appliances and is so knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and explains exactly what the issues are and repairs needed. It's hard to be prepared sometimes when things break, but at least with Keeven you're getting your money's worth in products and service! You won't get that at any chain store! Shop local! Support your neighbors!

Five stars. Had a great experience coming in and browsing dishwashers side by side, asking questions, etc. at the Florissant location. Friendly staff, easy purchase process. And they had a good sale going on that I wasn't even previously aware of. All around a much simpler process than going to the Home Depot up the street and glad to support a local business.

The lady named Phillis who helped my boyfriend and I with purchasing a washer was very helpful, kind, and warm welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! She let us use their dolly and helped us load up the washer in our car with her own two hands! She made sure to give us all the information we needed without us having to ask! She even made sure we had hoses at home. She treated us the way a guest should be treated. I really wish you guys had an electric dryer because I would definitely give you guys my money!

Went to a couple of big box stores for a refrigerator, they didn't have them in stock. They told us that it would be about three months. Went to Keeven , they had it installed the next day!

I replaced my washer three times in the last year-and- the dryer once. The info that I got, on the brands and the quality of the washer and dryer . I upgraded on my washer and dryer . The best thing about it is I saved money my gas bill was only $10 higher but my electric bill was $40 less since I switched from a electric dryer to a gas dryer . And the only difference was on upgrading the washer is, I've got cleaner clothes and I'm not worried about it breaking down . It was money well spent thanks to Keeven Appliance. Thanks again

Old school shops are becoming rare and this appliance repair shop is a little gem. They haven't steered me wrong in 15 years as a weekend warrior which is surprising considering I know nothing about appliances. You are greeted by two really sweet older ladies, one of which I'm convinced is the owner. If you bring in an old part or a photo they can usually find it. These Gals know their stuff. If you think you can do it yourself self give them a shot.

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband is a skilled DIY'er, but sometimes I have a hard time figuring out the part number to order for the various appliance repairs he needs to do. Keeven's ALWAYS comes through for me. Most recently, I needed a new latch for the dishwasher, but my online search for the proper part number was confusing. I called Keeven and provided the model number of the dishwasher, and the lady I spoke with was able to locate the proper part for me. She ordered it, and my husband installed it; my dishwasher is now working perfectly again! I love Keeven's (and my handy husband, too :)).

I absolutely loved the service I received! My refrigerator had gone out over the holidays much to my dismay. I called Keevan and was able to schedule service the next day. The tech was professional, had company identification and very clean-cut. He wiped his feet when he entered the house and explained thoroughly the trouble-shooting steps he was doing to diagnose the problem as he was looking at the fridge. He didn't have the part available to repair it that day but did a terrific job setting an expectation of service e.g. explained what he was going to do, when I might expect the part, etc. He exceeded the original expectation by finding a part in town (rather then having to order it) and was able to come back the next business day to finish the repair. The service was reasonable priced and he even fixed my door handle which was a bit loose! I will definitely be calling this company again when I have another issue with any appliance!
