Got an induction oven from them, very informative, very respectful and do not push appliances on you. Very family friendly! They let you pick what you want and have very reasonable pricing! Delivery was amazing very respectful of the property and called before arrival and did not mind my kids asking questions and coming up to talk to him. He set everything up for me so there was no worries and moved the old oven into our garage.

Very happy with Happy's! We bought a scratch & dent garage fridge at Happy's on Friday, took it home and waited 24 hrs to plug it in and on Sunday it started making a loud noise off and on which turned out to be the fan. I called on Monday and they were very helpful and said someone would be coming out to look at it. Today is Tuesday and it is all fixed! Ryan was great and actually had to come out 2 times after going back to get the correct fan. Ro at the store was great to work with as well, they were so nice, very helpful answering all of our questions, and they loaded it onto our truck for us. Great Cardinals fans too :) We will definitely return!

Went in to Happys and was greeted kindly. Ro asked what I was looking for and showed me my options without hassle or putting down any of his competitors we talked about. I picked out the refrigerator I wanted and a few hours later (only because I had to make another run) my transaction was complete and delivery was set up for the next day. The guys called and gave me a window time and was there at the beginning time. Very professional, and funny/nice I might add, got me all setup and gave me some tips as far as the ice maker and water dispenser, and was on their way in less than an hour. First thing, I should have left this review a week ago, but with my hectic busy life, I wasn't able to (so sorry)! I walked in last Saturday afternoon after hours of trying to fix my washer myself (I'm a mom) I walked in exhausted from trying to fix my washer. Ro greeted me as if I was some sort of VIP. In about 8 minutes, I found exactly what I needed at a great price. Ro even helped me carry the machine into my minivan. He was very fetishist and outgoing. I was met promptly by Brian when I entered the door and he asked me what I was looking for and he took me to the warehouse and showed me a new refrigerator that was exactly what I was looking for and after looking the unit over I subsequently decided that was the unit that looked like it fit our needs. I took photos of it and sent them to my wife and she said it would probably be a good fit and affordable. I let Brian know that’s the one we wanted and we made the arrangements for its payment the next morning and delivery the next day. We like the amenities the refrigerator has and the looks and fit. It was delivered the next day and the old unit removed and hauled away. Here now the following day the unit appears to be working just fine and is now producing ice cubes. Other than a couple of minor dimples on the front and right side we’re pleased with our purchase as it was sold to us as a unit with minor scratches and dings. Thank you Brian for making this purchase go so smoothly and having it installed quickly as our old unit would not stay running and kept tripping the GFI and was getting to be very aggravating.

Brian crook was very "happy" to help us get a custom sized double oven that no other supplier had in stock. Actually nobody would have had this in stock until after the first of the year. We searched and searched and got nothing but bad attitude out of home Depot Lowe's and a couple other little as***le appliance stores. We ended up getting a nice Kenmore double oven with a 2-year manufacturer bumper to bumper LOL warranty for $2,200. The same oven sold at home Depot for $3,200 plus shipping cost plus I had to wait until January 6th to get it in. Thanks again Brian for all your help and professionalism. Now we don't have to skip the holidays due to complacency of suppliers!!!

I got to know them because I volunteer for our Church's Vacation Bible School and needed some appliance boxes for decorating. Over the years, I have had nightmares trying to get boxes. Don't be fooled by the small appearance of the place when you walk in as there is a huge section of the building in the back full of "scratch and dent" appliances there. Since it was for our garage, this was a good economical option and they delivered it on Monday, two days after we bought it. Our washer melted down and we bought our dryer here previously. Store is much more organized than before, appliances are in great shape considering they're supposed to be "scratch and dent". We found the washer type/style we were looking for with ease and with the help of the guys at a much better price than retail (and we couldn't find one "imperfection" on it). Great job guys!! We had a number of appliances break down within a month. We had gone to some stores who estimated anywhere from one to three months until they could get the appliance, due to supply side issues. We went to Happy’s and found a washer we liked, at a great price, and they delivered and installed next day. We wished we had bought our dishwasher there. Our dryer needs to be replaced now, so we’re going to Happy’s first. Their service, prices, and selection will keep them our first choice.

My wife and I are repeat customers of Happys and have always been pleased with the prices and service. A few years ago we bought a front loading washer and dryer from them but they were off brands. We have moved from where we were when we bought them and now need to stack them. We did some research about stacking off brands and everywhere we looked did not recommend doing it because the holes do not line up in the back of the machines. I shopped around for affordable scratch & Dent prices - even considered just getting new washer from lowes then I found happy appliances and these were truly the best prices. They delivered within 24 hours and took away the old washer and hooked up the new one so all I had to do was start the laundry. The delivery team is a contractor company so they were different people, but they got the job done efficiently! Without a single scratch on the wall! Folks, today was the third time that we have purchased from Happy's. The first time we purchased a stove and dishwasher. Last year, we purchased a washer and dryer. Today, we purchased a refrigerator. They are amazing. It is a scratch and dent store, but one really needs to look to try to find the imperfections in the appliances we have purchased. More importantly, we were able to get most for close to half off of the price at other locations. The staff is amazing and helpful. Today, our 20 year old fridge went to the appliance store in the sky. Not only were we able to find a matching fridge in our price range, but they were able to get us same day delivery and hook up for a nominal fee. I cannot recommend this store and delivery company enough. If you are in the market, stop here first. It will likely be your last stop.

We had a great appliance buying experience today at Happy’s Appliance in St Charles. After spending hours on the phone with Home Depot and Lowe’s we decided to buy on line and pick up in the store. We were actually sent to The St Charles Lowe’s from the St Peter’s Store where we were told they had 4 units in stock. When we arrived they said bad information nothing in stock you could only reserve one to be picked up the following weekend. Big run around. Upon arriving at Happys appliances you quickly realize this place is way bigger then it appears from the front. There is a large amount inventory in the back of property. My wife and I were looking for a fridge for the garage, so we didn’t need anything fancy, just a freezer fridge combo. Went to Home Depot and they said it would be about a month and a half until they could get it to me!!! Came back to Happy’s and they had plenty in stock. I want to extend a big thank you to Brian for really being honest business person. Our refrigerator has been leaking a little water for the past few weeks, and I found Happys website and drove an hour to buy a new fridge. I spoke with Brian extensively about my needs , and that I have a wedding that me and my soon to be wife are planning, and that I wasn’t trying to spend a fortune right now due to the expenses of the wedding. He explained to me the possible solutions for the problem I was having with the leak in my refrigerator, and once I got back home I found that the drain was clogged just like Brian and told me was a possibility. So I want to give a big thank you to him in this business for being very honest and not just trying to sell something. St. Charles MO Veterans Pkwy location. I was in the market for a refrigerator upgrade for our kitchen. Shopped several big box Labor day sales, had model #s, measurements, prices, etc. Stopped into Happy's and met Brian right away. He notified me of the warehouse in back and let me get started. In the warehouse I found some identical and some similar models to my comparable big box options. After several minutes of me comparing Happy's models, Brian asked if I had any questions. I had several, and he responded with detail and transparency including business model (only overstock and scratch dent at this location) and hardware variances. Brian offered a few previously unconsidered pros/cons between several products. In the end I chose my product and made the purchase with Brian. The purchase process was fairly quick and painless. The customer service experience itself was excellent- the right balance of space and time to think and compare options, and Q & A time with Brian. I paid for upsell of full delivery service (transport away old refrigerator, install new one) to occur two days from today- nice quick turnaround. I will post an update once delivery process is complete based on installation (no damage to product or home, speed, customer service etc). Seems like a nice alternative to big box if you have an appetite for slight wear for a good discount, and/or like to support smaller businesses.

I just bought my first house and was not looking forward to the stress of appliance shopping. I just knew I was going to be running around from store to store for hours trying to find something nice that I could afford on top of all of the other purchases one makes when they buy their first home. I could not have been more wrong. Happy's was the first and only store I needed to go to and I was in and out within 20 minutes with a beautiful new fridge set for delivery thanks to Ro! He greeted me and my mother as soon as we walked in and was able to pin point the type of refrigerator I wanted immediately. He took us back into the warehouse and showed me a great refrigerator with a scratch on the front that could honestly have been covered with a magnet. After a few moments, he told us that he thought another very similar fridge had just come in on the truck they received that day and took us out to the receiving area. He was correct and this fridge had no imperfections on the front - I almost couldn't find the imperfection at all! He was extremely excited (as was I) when he found that this fridge was the same (great) price as the one inside with the scratch on the front. I was even able to have the fridge delivered on New Year's day! My job makes it difficult to be home during the day, so it was a relief that the delivery was able to happen on a day I was off. I would 100% recommend Happy's!

We were having a few issues trying to get our financing to go through but roe stayed Laurie the the whole time, convinced they could get us approved. We were in need of a refrigerator and, of course, wanted to support our local stores if possible. We had to expand our search out of our town. We spoke to/visited 5 stores before going to Happy's. We had cash..not financing, credit, check, etc. Having cash, we naturally tried to negotiate deals. Not ONE single place other than Happy's would even consider negotiating! Ro, our salesman, IMMEDIATELY got on the phone with his boss. While we didn't negotiate a lower price, we did get a sweet deal on warranties. Due to Ro's effort, we didn't hesitate to complete the transaction!! The staff was amazing, the appliances in the best shape as far as "scratch n dent" that we'd seen all day, the establishment was clean. We were looking for a new dishwasher after ours caught fire (yep, sure did) the night before. The staff was amazing - and after choosing a new delivery item- the staff pointed out a potential issue with a seal. They tested the washer (as they do with all their scratch and dents) and informed us the machine was leaking. They could have sold the machine to us and we wouldn’t have known until the leak caused damage to our floor or cabinets- but they were up front and honest- we chose another (less expensive) dishwasher and are very happy with the service and product!!

Initially my experience with Happy's was great - I walked in a few minutes before they opened and they were ready to help me shop. A choice on a dryer was made and they were even able to get it on the delivery truck for that day! It was delivered and installed within 2-3 hours of me buying the dryer - pretty amazing because my husband is a teacher and high school baseball coach (usually he handles transporting and installation of appliances) and this time of year, he isn't off until 6/7pm. He ended up finding 2 issues over the course of the next week but after calling them and talking with Jon, the owner, everything was sorted out that needed to be and we are happy costumers!

Happy Appliances have a good variety with one of the lowest prices on quality products in St Louis (based on my experience of visiting various wholesalers in the area). Although they are scratch and dent but still most of their inventory was near immaculate. Not to mention friendly and knowledgeable staff that personally help you out and respectfully answers whatever questions you may have. We talked with Ro and he helped us to decide what we should buy and we were out of there in less than half an hour. They do provide 3rd party delivery and those guys were also good. I will definitely recommend to give them a try.

Went into Happy’s today in search for a washer and dryer. Had done my homework and knew pretty much the features I was looking for. Roe was a great help, not pushy and knew his stuff. We had been all over too big box and discount outlets. We ended up getting a top of the line dryer cheaper that we had found a lesser brand and model. Waiting for washer to come in! We will see how delivery and set up will go!

I heard about this location from a friend. So I decided to stop by. I was in the market for a new washer and dryer set. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ro. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me around. I inquired about financing and he informed me on what they had available. I applied and was immediately approved for more than I needed. Called up to Happy's Appliances to ask if they had any microwaves. Roe took pictures of a microwave based on what we told him we were interested in and shot them over to us. When we drove up there he had the microwave held for us and we were able to quickly purchase it. While we were there we told him a few other things we were interested in doing with our kitchen and he was able to show us some options to aid in our renovation. They are storing our machines until we move into a new villa in 2-3 months. Don't be fooled by store appearance - low overhead keeps prices down. We probably saved $200 from other box stores. Very friendly and helpful from the get go and he was not pushy to make a sale. Gave us time to talk it over and make a decision. We purchased an oven from Happy’s Appliances a few years ago and were immensely please with it. So when it was time to update our washer and dryer , we knew we wanted to purchase from Happy’s again . We went to Home Depo to scout our different options. I selected a set that seemed like it would best meet our family’s needs... and then went to Happys Appliances the next day and found the exact set I had in mind . Of course, there was a minor dent on the side that no one will ever notice, and $300 off the set. Ro was extremely helpful and personable. I have visited the store several times and the sales people have always been quick to assist me with finding the appliances that I was looking for. I purchased several new appliances from them at an amazingly low price. While some appliances there may have small scuffs or dents, most of what I seen looked completely new. I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher from them and they all look brand new, but at half the price that I would have paid at one of the big name stores. The delivery people were quick to install and super friendly to deal with. The whole experience from searching to what I wanted to final delivery and installation was well above what I had expected. If you haven't been to their store you should definitely check them out. If you didn't find what you were looking for the first time, keep checking in. I got lucky and showed up when they were unloading a truck full of new appliances. At the low prices they offer, the good stuff disappears fast.

Staff was friendly and helpful but hovered a little too much. The prices were reasonable so I did purchase a washer. Bought it on a Saturday and they were able to deliver it on Monday but didn't realize they wrote down the wrong address...thank goodness my husband saw them delivering MY washer to my neighbor across the street. Since then I realized that there was no manual. I've called them twice and they keep putting me off telling me to call back...you got my dollars and now you don't want to help me?
