Why did I wait so long to have someone come and look at our dishwasher? I was glad to be able to get the repair scheduled within a couple days of calling. Then, the repairman was able to fix the machine with a few tweeks and one tool! Great service. Wonderful personality. Will use whenever I need an appliance repaired. I am glad to hear they found a home in St. Patrick's center as well.

Antionne was very professional! He was prompt, and courteous. Very knowledgeable about my Samsung stove. He took all the neccessary safety precautions. A very polite young man. I would highly reccommend this company. The service call and the repair didn't take a long time at all. I definitely will use DirtCheap services again the next time i need appliance repair. My stove needed an igniter. My stove was fixed to my satisfaction!

Dirt Cheap appliance repair was referred to me through my home warranty provider for my dryer that stopped working, and I am so glad they were selected to perform my repairs! My technician was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and provided a solution to the issue right away. The end resulted in my dryer working fabulously-- I'm very pleased. Very pleased with the service I received. Repair tech was professional and diagnosed and repaired my oven promptly. My only complaint is that I had to reschedule my appointment for another 4+ hour window when my cell phone didn’t pick up the calls from your company that your tech was on the way and again when he was outside my house. If the tech had only knocked on my door, my 1/2 day wait would not have turned into an almost all day wait for service. This really is not a complaint but a suggestion because I was overall completely satisfied with every aspect of my service, including your VERY NICE customer service rep who rescheduled a tech to still come the same day. However , a knock at my door would have saved both your company and me time, since I was at home waiting. Thanks again for great service.

Alex at Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair was wonderful to work with. I needed a washer and dryer repaired. Alex was extremely knowlegeable and knew exactly what needed fixing. He came back another day with parts that needed to be ordered. Something on the dryer needed tweeking after his repair. I said it was fine to leave it like it was. However, Alex wanted it work right. He stayed an extra hour and made sure it worked great. He wore a mask, was very friendly and professional. Crystal on the phone was great too!

I called yesterday afternoon for an appointment to have someone come look at a leak in my fridge, and they had a technician at my home by this morning! I assumed the leak was an issue with my ice maker, but the tech diagnosed it as a clogged drain right away upon inspection. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem, and the cherry on top was that he was also very friendly and made light conversation while he worked. He had all the tools he needed to make the repair in one visit, and in the end I only paid $115. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs!

Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair was a pleasure to do business with. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They checked out my appliance to make sure the repair was done rig&t. He used his meter to check if there was lower to my washer and then looked to see where the power stopped. He then was able to identify the problem with out guessing what was wrong. He fixed the problem and then made sure the washer was working correctly. He also arrived with a mask and gloves on for his and my protection. I highly recommend this company. They are also reasonably priced.

Finding a repair service willing to come to our zip code was difficult. Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair answered the call and sent someone the same day. The young man arrived wearing a mask observing regulations. I escorted him to the dryer in my lower level as I was wrapping up a business call. He immediately started working without having to be directed. He figured out what made the dryer stop and what was causing it not to heat. I appreciate his integrity to do a good job. Antoine was very kind, He came because my range was making a buzzing sound for no reason then started clicking. Made an appointment but the range stopped making the noise but I was afraid it was electrical so I didn’t use it. He came out with a part to fix what we thought the problem might be an nothing was really wrong, I was only charged the service call but if anything happens within the next 30 days he will apply that to the repair. Very friendly most definitely will use Dirt Cheap again!
