I ONLY give four stars because of an incident with them, from when we bought our refrigerator and gas stove from them last year. First, our delivery was not completed on the day it should've been due to a miscommunication at the warehouse, so we were about two days without a fridge or stove, in our new home. When we did get oustive, the wrong one was delivered. It wasn't until I showed them photos I had taken, of the correct stove, that they agreed to replace it. It was incredibly hard to reach someone and took multiple days and calls to get it resolved, but only because I was assertive and persistent. I'm going to close this review with the great experiences I've had here. We just purchased our second washer/dryer set from them and is due for delivery on Tuesday. The first set we bought was purchased about 7 years ago (which they delivered, installed and hauled off our old ones)and just recently, the washer stopped spinning. Dryer still works perfectly, but we just decided to just purchase a whole new set. This will be our third time doing business with them and we will continue to do so. The employees are super nice and attentive and they even let us buy some stands that actually belonged to another washer/dryer set bc I have mobility issues and cannot bend down to load and unload a front loading washer/dryer. They arent great about answering the phones bc they are SO BUSY and there isnt a lot of staff in the warehouse, so you just have to be patient , or take the initiative to find someone to help you. This is a wholesale/scratch and dent warehouse, not freaking Sears or Maytag or even Best Buy. You're saving hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars on new appliances. They arent hurting for business, so kissing customers behinds arent really necessary and if you're wanting to be waited on hand and foot for your imperfect appliances, this isn't the place for you. We will be back. Thank you! We could never afford these appliances at the typical appliance store.

Appliance Wholesalers. Big operation. But I want to let you know. Sandy handles the business like it’s her own mother. Her word is Gold. She makes things happen. She goes way beyond to solve any issue. Whether you buy New or Used. She is the go to person. I pray they always keep her. If not that company will go to the dogs. Happy to a degree. Wade was helpful. But after the sale is over is when the real service begins. He should be a salesman. Not a tech. But keep his word ! Even down to the dryer feet and electric cord on the dryer. I would recommend this business. 100%.

Great value. Happy with my purchase(gas dryer). Was told to buy a dryer vent kit and gas dryer hose kit at home depot for my delivery and installation. I bought exactly what they told me and they didn't realize another piece would be needed so they couldn't quite finish without it. They came out again the very next day after they closed with the other fitting at no additional cost to make sure the installation was done. I'm very thankful for that. If I ever need another appliance again this place will be the first place I consider because their prices beat anyone's and they made sure that the job was completed without leaving me hanging.

Saved $200 on exact same appliance Lowes and Home Depot would have charged that $200. Also savedover $100 on another product I purchased for heating the garage. Overall I'd have to say I was very satisfied. However there was no restrooms, no beverages, no place to sit while waiting for repair man to return to store then made 1 good appliance out of 3.

Just don’t do it! I purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer on 01/05/2019. I paid extra for a 3.5 year warranty. On 01/05/2021 I had an issue with my dryer and had to call them. 1. It was hard to get anyone one the phone. 2. I finally got someone on the phone. I was instructed to text a picture of the receipt indicating warranty and model # of dryer and someone would call me to schedule a date for service. I text the requested info 2x and no one responded to me. I waited over 24 hours no response. 3. I called back the next day and was told someone would get back to me. 4. Someone finally came on Friday 01/08/2021 to look at the dryer. I was told it needed a new part that had to be ordered. The technician would come back on Monday or Tuesday to replace the part. 5.I heard nothing from anyone Monday so I called to find out when I could expect someone to come out. I was told the piece came in but they wouldn’t be out until Wednesday. 6. Today is Wednesday 01/13/2021 and no one has come out or called me. I have been told I am the first person scheduled to receive service today. It’s 3:30 pm. There has been no follow up. I keep doing all the calling. I STILL CAN’T USE MY DRYER BECAUSE NO ONE HAS COME OUT TO FIX IT. Please help me!! I paid for the washer and dryer. I paid for the warranty!! Please fix my dryer or replace it. I will NOT purchase from this place again.

Treyon was very helpful, took his time to find exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable staff on all the products they carry. Taught me a few cleaning techniques to keep my appliance working longer. Bought a kitchen aid cooktop for 300 hundred less than the local stores offered. Going back to get the matching double oven. Saved me tons of money. I defiantly recommend this place if you are looking for new appliances. Why pay more for top quality appliance if you don’t have too.

We got our W/D set for $900 and our delivery for $80 with installation. Mind you they are located in Earth City and we live all the way in Edwardsville.. They have EVERYTHING W/D sets , ovens , refrigerators , tvs , mattresses !
