I have been going here for years and have always been treated right by managers Glen and Tommy. Good guys. Everything I have purchased from them is still working today. I will continue to do business with them going forward. Best advice I can give is pay with cash (credit card fees are high). And dont ever EVER go to their sister location USA-Appliance at 11742 W Florissant Ave. Not sure how they can do Airport Appliance right and USA Appliance wrong, but they do. Probably because USA is under different store management (even though they both roll up to the same corporate entity). All in all, very pleased and grateful for the folks at Airport Appliance.

Store service was ok. However I would highly recommend opting out of the delivery service. Person didn't know basic setup for washer and told me that I had no running water for him to set up. Boyfriend came home and was able to turn it on in 2 seconds...

If you're on looking for a working washer and dryer set then this is definitely your place.👍 I didn't need anything fancy which they do carry. I only wanted something that would get the job done. I bought a washer and dryer set that works really well and practically new. The only defects were a few dents and scratches. They also offer financing which I can't give specific details. I paid cash, but was given the option. They also give you a 3 month warranty and delivery will run you about 45 dollars.

I came in 2 years ago looking for a washer and dryer. The price for both was unbeatable. Im impressed to say 2 years later my washer and dryer still work. The process of buying and getting it delivered and set up was very easy and convenient. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

We got some $2000 washer and dryers for just $800. They have a wonderful payment plan through Acima credit. They interest was just $10 because we paid it off in 90 days. They delivered and set it up for just $50.

At this point I'm not sure I even want to give a 3. The first fridge I purchased, the compressor was going out. My replacement fridge started making the same exact noise within 2 days of it being delivered. I went to the store to speak with someone. While the customer service is pretty good, I feel as if better customer records need to be kept. My warranty was 6mos when I purchased it, but every time I have called, I'm being told either 60 or 90 days (my aunt who I sent, and she also made a purchase, was given a 6mos warranty as well), so I have to "argue" that point every time. Unfortunately my warranty is about to expire this month, but if I end up with yet a THIRD fridge that doesn't work properly, or is basically trash, I am going to be thoroughly pissed if I won't be able to replace that one.

My old Kenmore Elite went out on me about a week and a half ago. The repair man said it wasnt worth fixing because of the cost and told me to buy a new washer. So my boy friend and I went all over town looking at new washers. After looking at a million reviews and watching the performance of these new HE washer machines, I was totally disgusted. For one, the water levels dont fill all the way to the top, for two the lid locks, for three the agitators only move side to side, on what looks like a gentle cycle compared to my old Kenmore. The old washer machine agitators spend all the way around, pulling the clothes up, down, around, and all over the place. Forth of all, the detergent barely suds. I became frantic because theres no way these new machines are properly cleaning clothes. IM OLD SCHOOL AND IM IN TO CLEAN CLOTHES, NOT FANCY LOOKS! Washer machines are made for one reason and that is to clean our clothes. With that being said, I happily went back to the old dinosaur and I am so happy to have found another Kenmore Elite Quiet Pak very similiar to my old one, but even bigger! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO CONTROL YOUR WASHER MACHINE, NOT ALLOW IT TO CONTROL YOU. YALL CAN HAVE THAT NEW TECHNOLOGY JUNK. IM STICKING TO THE OLD SCHOOL KIND. So far, Ive washed 8-10 loads of clothes, a queen sized comforter and a throw and I have not one complaint. My washer arrived fairly clean, although I thoroughly cleaned it as well as ran a hot bleach and soap cycle before I used it, and its very quiet, unlike the new junk thats out. Everything came out smelling super fresh! Also, my delivery was next day and on time. They brought the new one in, hooked it up, tested it out, and hauled the old one away. All done in a matter of about 30 minutes or less! Thanks Lynn at Airport Appliances. You guys are a life saver and definitely a money saver. I watched the cycles run through and every thing works great! Im very happy!
