I needed work on our dryer and had great experiences with other companies in their network. I made an appointment on line and the repairman showed up exactly as expected. He knew precisely what to do and took apart, diagnosed, went for parts, repaired, put back together, all within 75 minutes. Was billed fairly and the service was top notch. Highly recommended.

I thought our 12 year old washer was a lost cause. It’s also stacked. Dryer is still good. I was dreading having to buy an entire new set that are stackable or find a washer that are compatible with our dryer to be able to stack. We’re like… just try a repair first and save up to buy a new set when it craps out for good. The repair tech came out, diagnosed, came back out with the parts and it WORKS beautifully. I appreciate his patience with us when the dryer needed to be moved to the floor. It was a little pricey but honestly, so worth it knowing that we might be able to get couple more years out of our machines. *fingers crossed* Mr. Appliance and its tech is great.

My upright freezer went out, and was asking for service the day after 5 inches of snow fell. To my surprise they were able to get it serviced that day. Better yet, they had Ivan on the call whom I've heard great things about. Well I'm writing this post because he is he just that wonderful! The problem was diagnosed quickly along with the upfront cost to fix it. Ivan is so incredibly nice, along with the young man he was training that day.

Ivan serviced our oven this morning. Arrived about 0915 and left at 1100. Ivan diagnosed the problem, went and got a new heating element and came back and installed it. Prompt, courteous, polite, friendly, and very professional! Very satisfied with Ivan's service. He used shoe covers, was neat and tidy and quick! Same day service was awesome! Thanks Ivan. We received several emails with pictures and name of the technician. On the day of the service, received an email to let us know that the technican would be there soon. Easy to make the appointment. Received email and text the day before and the day of, with approximate arrival time, name and picture of technician. The technician arrived about 45 minutes after the time frame window, looked at the issue and stated he knew just what it needed and had to go get the part. He stated work would cost about $290. Need it fixed so agreed. He left to get it, back in 20 minutes. Repair took about 45 minutes. Single part, receipt didn't have a breakdown of costs, so not sure what parts and labor cost me. Appreciate the good repair and great technician, just think the cost was a bit high.

I really could not be any happier with the experience with Mr. Appliance. I called on a Monday to schedule a repair for my broken oven. I had a repair man come to my house the following day and it took about 10 min to diagnose the problem. They actually had the part on hand and he immediately picked up the part and installed it. Called Mr. Appliance yesterday because our dryer stopped heating up and set up an appointment for the next day. Prior to Johns arrival, I received an email, a text message with his picture (so I would know exactly who is coming to the house) and a personal phone call. Wow! He made sure he put shoe covers on and laid a mat down before entering my house. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He showed me my options, made some suggestions and gave me a price (including labor) - no hidden charges. John had the parts in his vehicle and was done within 1 hour. He is fully digital so I paid him immediately and was emailed my receipt. Talk about customer service! I will be calling them again for our appliance repairs. Excellent!

I was really happy about the service we received. The technician was on time and was very good at explaining the issue with our freezer. However, something has really bothered me after all is said and done. At one point, while doing the diagnostic, our technician blew out all of the dust in/ under our freezer. It was a lot of dust! It even made the technician and I to start coughing. Looking back on it, I'm bothered that this was done. It made my house incredibly dirty and I have a 15 month old in the house, whom has been coughing ever since. I will most likely not be requesting service from this company again because of this incident.

A few months ago our oven completely gave up on us. We called Mr. Appliance and they came out the very next day. Ashlyn was on time, professional, wore a mask in our home, explained the problem clearly and had the oven fixed the SAME DAY. Unlucky for us, the oven began behaving badly again this week. Great service. John was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem with our Kenmore washing machine and isolate why it was tripping the GFCI outlet. He replaced one part but was still picking up some stray voltage so he recommended we replace one other small part to make sure we were good to go. I scheduled the additional repair for three days later; however, John called me back the same day and said he had gotten the part and would like to install it that day if it was okay. I thought that was great service. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance, and I will definitely call them for future appliance repair needs.

I called about a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. John saw that he had a missed call, called me back. After telling me he wouldnt be able to fit me in until Wednesday I asked him about how much it could maybe cost and he gave me a ballpark number and he was thinking "what could be wrong here"? He asked if I had replaced a garbage disposal. I had. He told me what the problem likely was and, that was precisely what the issue was. He didnt have to do that, he could've waited for me to call him back and set up an appointment and charge me whatever he wanted, but didnt. I cant thank John enough. We needed help to get some repairs completed our Samsung refrigerator in late February 2018. The reviews for Mr. Appliance were stellar, and now we know why! We had the pleasure of having Jonathon come to our home to look at our fridge. He thoroughly researched and investigated the best approach, gave us the estimate and explained how the repair could work. After the parts arrived, we got a call on a Saturday saying the installation could take place that same day. A late Saturday afternoon service call? Who does that?! Wow! It was great! Samsung fridge repairs aren't always easy, but our fridge is back up and running 100% and Jonathon truly did an amazing job. We'd recommend Mr. Appliance in a heartbeat and have them come back to our home for any other repairs.

We will call Mr. Appliance again, the next time we need a repair. He was courteous, clean, and efficient with his time. Here's the story: Mr. Appliance came to find out why our 9-year-old Fisher Paykel washing machine was leaking. He was here for a good hour or more going over our washer with a fine-toothed comb. He took it apart, taking out the drum and cleaning all the sludge out, everything. There were no "leaks" to be found. He decided since the leaks were just tablespoons amount coming from under the center of the washer that a logical explanation was that our struts were starting to weaken causing water to "slosh" out as it was being filled during the spin cycle, etc. He said since the washer is over 8-years-old he didn't recommend replacing the struts due to it costing more than a third of the cost of a new washer (of any brand). He suggested getting a cheap $20 "pan" from a local hardware store that the washer unit would sit in and catch the very small amount of water sloshing, which would then evaporate. This would afford us time to save up for a new washer and continue using ours until the struts go out, knowing that there was nothing "wrong" with the machine. This was sound advice as I am certain that if we had gone with the previous repair company used in the past that they would have just recommended to replace the struts, costing us over $400. Now, two weeks after the service call the washer is actually working better and not leaking consistently and only occasionally. I think taking it apart, cleaning it and putting it back together helped give it some new life. He also made sure it was absolutely level. This was the best $89 we have spent on any service call. Thank you, Mr. Appliance.

I can recommend Mr. Appliance without any hesitation as there was nothing that was left to chance: Number one - online email confirmation of provider with photograph which was very reassuring Number two - Without delay diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to check for available part and quoted price honestly without appearing shady or dishonest Number three - retrieved the part and replaced it with set up without delay in the same morning Understand that the problem with this appliance had been evaluated by multiple providers in past...what is unique here, however, is that this kind gentleman with one phone call and a single productive morning fixed the issue after having both diagnosed & expeditiously repaired and addressed all our concerns effortlessly. I have to say this is rare in this day and age as skill MATCHED WITH costumer service and care is not as common as one would hope.
