Visited the store myself the first time mainly I didn't get the same vibe as someone who knows the products in home depot. The first meeting was informative and the salesman that day was helpful but had to return with my wife. Return visit with my wife, met a different salesman, he answered our questions as a result we reversed course on what dishwasher we were gonna buy our first top control dishwasher. I was surprised to find out it would be ready in within short amount of time. The guy the recommended to go install it was fabulous. I just thought they went a bit beyond what they could have done. My wife does want to return in the future if one of our major appliances breaks. On side note, the dishwasher we got I find it pretty great compared to what came in the house we bought by far. I recommend this place. You pay for Quality that's what you'd get. I'm sure if we have any serious issues they'd work with us to meet that satisfaction the best they can within reason.

Mahlanders are angels. I put in a service call & talked to Jeff & he walked me thru steps to figure out what the problem could be, that’s customer service!! Once we figured it out Jeff booked an appointment he ordered the parts, he brought 2 parts just in case & he explained everything while he was working on it. I learned things about a dishwasher that I never knew. He was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher & in no time at all he was finished he doubled checked to make sure it was running with no leaks everything was back in place. A very good experience. I will be a Mahlanders customer for life because of people like Jeff & Tom was our salesman 6 years ago, it doesn’t get any better than that. Mahlanders prices are very reasonable.

Nancy is the best! She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me several options before I found the one I like best. They had many in stock items which made it so much more enjoyable than a big box store. You definitely need to check out their home decor and don’t forget the appliances!

Great place for all kinds of lighting, mirrors, knick-nacks and appliances. They also have their own service dept. We have purchased all our kitchen appliances and lighting for our new house here. We will continue to buy from them. We've received great help from their Sales dept without needing a service call.

We had a leaky washing machine and they came out and serviced it. Very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. He took the time to explain things to my wife and also let us know the cost to replace. We didn't buy the Electrolux units from them, but we will definitely be back to buy from them next time. The place we did buy them from couldn't come out to service it for almost TWO WEEKS! Sorry...can't wait that long. Glad we called Mahlander's and got the service we did. Thanks guys!!

We've purchased appliances here for 2 houses over the past 6 years and we've had 3 services calls in that time. One for the fridge, one for the dishwasher, and one for the washing machine. They've been outstanding to work with. Homer and Tom have always taken great care of us and their service techs and local and very professional. in every support case they were able to get out to us within 24-48 hours. Very happy with the experience we've had with them.

Dropped my end table lamp off for repair. First time trying them. Employee was friendly, quoted reasonable estimate & when asked explained timeframe depended on repairman's being called out on job(s). Told he'd call when it was ready, given claim ticket. To be honest, I'm just tickled there's a place in town that repairs lamps!! Yes, it's often the same price or cheaper to just go buy new, but I don't want to add to the landfill & I've had this lamp set for many years now, love it & don't wish to replace it! I'm just relieved it sounded like something fixable. If this goes well, I can then take the other end table & accent lamps in to be fixed from this set that quit working on me before.
