Walked into the store knowing what I wanted (refrigerator), they would have had to order it with a 6to 8 week wait. Decided to go with another option and got within 2weeks! Went back in 2 days later and purchased a freezer. Was able to have delivered same day as the refrigerator.Joe at the store was very helpful. Leslie and Joe ( still needs to learn what to do but he's in training so it will come) were great in the delivery. Even though the freezer was damaged they had a solution (let's just hope the GM follows through). They couldn't install completely due to the measurements for the hole the fridge was going in had to be adjusted by us (had to cut our counter top down). Was not told at the store about measurements. We measured in the wrong place needed to be a 1/2"bigger than we thought. May want to train the sales team to ask about measurements before someone purchases and the has to return due to not fitting their space. Overall it was a good experience. May come in in the future and buy a stove! Thanks to Joe (in store), Leslie and Joe for delivering our new appliances!

My entire experience with Dugans was a pleasure. From the experienced sales people all the way through to the delivery service. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery people were awesome!!! The delivery people took great care while bringing in the new product and taking out the old and also making sure I knew how everything operated before they left. I. recommend Dugans to anybody looking for Appliances .

Joe was my sales guy. He was very friendly and informative. He has a good sense of humor and very good at his job. Les was my delivery guy. He was super friendly and very efficient. He had to work to get my old fridge out, never once did he complain just tried a few different things and kept a good attitude the whole time. He also gave me a few pointers on things that I never thought of and I’m excited to try. Wonderful service all around and good prices as well! Thank you to the Dugan team!

Leslie Clark and the team at Dugan Sales & Service never dissapoint. My refrigerator decided to take its final spin around the sun this year and within 4 days, Dugan helped me get a brand new machine in place and also helped with the removal of the old unit! I would highly recommend Dugan Sales & Service for any home appliance need!

We had a great experience with Dugan's. Joe was very familiar with the products and was able to help us narrow down our choice quickly. Writing up the paperwork was quick and easy. We got a call from Les on the day of delivery to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, Les was amazing. He took the time to come in and check his surroundings before starting so he knew what obstacles he had to avoid. He was very conscientious to not cause any damage during installation, which is greatly appreciated. Then, he stripped all the packaging and film covers off and took it all with him. I will definitely be going back to Dugan's for my next appliance purchases.

Delivery was amazing! It took a little bit longer to receive our new washer and dryer than what we were told and we had to call to find out that the machines were on back order. The sales associates are really nice and very professional.

We purchased a refrigerator from Dugan and it was delivered today. Leslie the delivery manager did a great job installing it for us. He was very helpful with questions and information about the refrigerator. we are excited to try it out.

Dugan’s is an excellent company to work with for your appliance needs! They have a large display room and many choices. Drew, the manager, assisted us in finding the right dishwasher and microwave for our needs. Mr. Clark, the delivery manager called and stated he was able to deliver earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he promptly installed the microwave and proceeded to the dishwasher. Mr. Clark went beyond what was required and explained how to use them. He should be given a six (6) star rating! We will continue with Dugan’s when we need appliances.
