We bought an awesome Superiore stove 4 years ago for a great price. Last week we broke a gas orifice trying to clean it from a cooking mishap. I called Nazar at the Range Store and he had a new orifice in stock, which he gracious shipped me immediately. Such great customer service! Highly recommended dealer if you’re looking for premium kitchen appliances.

My niece set up my iPad lol . My name is Fran Smith. The Range Store has exceeded all my expectations. Dmitri and Nazr (I hope I spelled their names correctly). We ordered our Ilve Majestic II several months ago, following a major flood in our kitchen that required gutting several rooms. We were aware there would be delays due to shipping and supply line delays as had almost all the items we needed during the rebuild. We tried to pre-plan for range hood installation and range installation, but we had a misunderstanding as we needed our range hood installed as well as the range. So today could have easily become a disaster. But the installers took it upon themselves to go ahead and do both! They were extremely careful, polite and cleaned up after each step. They went over basic use of the range. They were so kind to realize I needed the install just 2 days before Thanksgiving, and stayed until after 8:00 PM to complete. I would highly recommend the Range Store. We had a truly great experience!

During the install they gave me all kinds of helpful tips for ensuring a long life of the oven. They clearly know a lot about modern-day appliances. Before you buy appliances talk to them as they understand which manufacturers are making the best and most reliable equipment today.

Top notch repair! Professional & very friendly, keeping my American Range stove going! I have used them couple times now for the ignitor repairs & have zero complaints! We had both ignitors burned out almost at the same time which presented an issue for a busy cooking family with kids, called them up, got an appointment in just few days. They showed up on time in the middle of COVID crisis, replaced both ignitors & showed me how to do it, in case I need to do it myself in the emergency situation. Also, showed all awesome additional functionality my stove can do and gave me a few tips on how to clean it. Just perfect.

We received our Ilve 48" Nostalgie about a month ago (ordered at the end of July '21). While the wait was long, even longer than we'd all first assumed, the process with Margarite and The Range Store could not have been easier. Appreciated The Range Store being able to offer the original price after the company announced a significant raise. Margarite was available to answer questions when I had any, and proactively contacted me when she got further info. Yes - the range delivery was significantly later than we thought, but that has been my experience with many things during this home build. Margarite was unfailingly cheerful and helpful, trying to get more details even when there weren't any. Now that the range is installed and we've moved into the house could not be more pleased with our choice, and with the service on the order provided by the range store. We were building in a location 700 miles from The Range Store and resided at the time in yet another state - but that was never an issue. Although we do not plan on duplicating this home build I would absolutely order from The Range Store again if I had the need, and would have complete confidence recommending them to others.

I was looking for a professional grade range and found the Range Store as a local option. I had purchases a SMEG from them sight unseen and they were kind enough to let me look at it before I took it home. The particular color did not work for us, but Margarita was kind enough to sell as a floor model of another option (Dacor) that more than met our needs. The whole team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. On an aside, this is a family run business competing against big box retailers and big chains out of the east coast. I was glad to give my business to someone local who not only offered me a better price but can service my appliance locally. I would highly recommend The Range Store if you are looking for quality ranges or other professional spec appliances..

Shop here I didn’t want or need the undependable electronic gadgetry. We were extremely pleased with our experience working with The Range Store for our new Leibherr refrigerator. They were very helpful with explaining the product's features/benefits, as well as providing advice on proper installation and fit. The Range Store also delivered of the refrigerator, and they got it into our house without a scratch. Outstanding service! I highly recommend them, and will be looking to use them again for other appliances I need to buy.

Above and beyond!! The gas range in my vacation rental was having issues. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I had a same day turnover on the following day with a 5 hour window. They came out and fixed it within 24 hours! Who does that any more? The tech was also very friendly and helpful. He replaced the ignitor and then showed me how I can get longer life out of it. And then he showed me how to remove the scratches from the stainless steel top. Very professional people who take pride in their work. Outstanding service!

I got a good deal at the Range store. But, that was 4 years ago. What I’ve gotten since is great service from Naza and the crew maintaining our range, oven and hood combo. When you use something every day, multiple times a day, it will occasionally need some professional attention.

Everyone at the range store is awesome. Great customer service! The owner has always been there for us. Second purchase from them. They always go out of there way to get things right for us. He has made special trips to my house just to make sure my refrigerator was level. I appreciate all that he does. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I bought a Viking refrigerator and under counter Uline refrigerator.

This is my go to appliance store for all of my kitchen remodels. The staff is friendly and professional and knows their products in and out. They service most of the ranges that they offer which is a huge convenience factor. I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on my appliances. The service team can schedule an appointment for repairs within 2 days which is very difficult to find. They often times have items in their warehouse that are discounted for minor scuffs and scratches which is a big money saver.

Highly recommended! We purchased a Smeg dishwasher and we are very pleased with the outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had trouble installing the dishwasher ourselves and called for some pointers. The owner and another technician came out to our home and finished the install for us. You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted the range store to get my oven replaced on short notice. A wind storm caused a surge which fried my oven, which was old enough that I couldn't buy replacement parts. Within minutes of speaking to the Range Store, they tracked down several ranges in stock that fit my needs, and helped me pick my range. The hard part about this task was the fact that Covid has caused a world wide shortage of appliances, making it hard to find a range without waiting several months. The Range Store had plenty to pick from in stock. They offer repairs and servicing on their ranges as well; their service plan is worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Purchased several Viking appliances for my kitchen 3+ years ago, including Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Range. Several weeks ago, I cracked the glass on my Range accidentally, I reached out to the store and the same day had someone come out remove my door, assess the replacement process and later that day had them send me a photo of a brand new door that was available to be install. Several days later, the same gentleman returned, installed a brand new door, which was still taped from the manufacturer. Upon completion, I asked how much I owed and he said zero! I insisted on paying at least for gas as he came out to my home twice but he refused. I am speechless, I have never had such a positive experience anywhere. If I could I would give them 100 stars!!

We experienced an unfortunate incident that made our Bluestar oven unusable because of melted plastic. Dmitry, from The Range Store was a godsend! He leaned it up and one would never know that we had a problem. And he was so careful in cleaning up after he completed the job. Our American Range gas oven stopped working. The folks at the American Range headquarters told us to call the Range Store. I had already replaced the igniter about a year ago, and had already tested the thermostat for voltage, etc., and I still could not figure out why the oven would not work. I spoke to Margarita at the Range Store and she had Nazar call me. Over the phone, he walked me through exactly what I needed to test to determine the problem. He could have just charged me the $175 or whatever to show up, but instead he told me how to diagnose it. After I did that, I called him back - he had predicted exactly why my igniter failed and why it needed a new bake burner. He then told me the best way to get the correct parts in the least expensive way. After I had the parts and installed them I had a few more questions. I called him back and he responded immediately. Nazar was extremely knowledgeable and professional, saved me a bunch of time and money, and helped me get my oven working again quickly. Great service.

My wife and I visited the store one Saturday. We purchased a range that required out of state delivery which experienced challenges do to the holiday season. Nazar offered to deliver the range for free when it arrived WHICH HE DID! Also on the visit Nazar and Robert inspected/calibrated another range we have on the property. They did this on a day we had 4 inches of rain and most companies would have most likely rescheduled the delivery. We received a great deal, had exceptional service and will purchase items at The Range Store again.

We purchased a range through fb marketplace. We were driving from out of the area to pick up. The communication throughout the sale and transfer was excellent! Purchased a secondary Viking Range top from the Range Store. The range arrived packaged extremely well to ensure absolutely no chance of damage (wooden crate with cribbing etc). More than anything the level of communication with the seller was excellent. I purchased the unit as seen in photos and did not recognize that the drip tray for the griddle was not pictured. When the unit arrived it was not included in the shipment. When I contacted the Range store, they were very accomodating and offered to ship a new drip tray from Viking. I’m afraid that if I had dealt with any other vendor, I would have been told ‘sold as is’ but this store went above and beyond in my opinion.

Great service! The range store was contracted through Ilve to fix a range we purchased online. Dmitry had to come back a twice to figure out the issue. He was friendly the entire time and was persistent in fixing the issue. Great service and excellent results.
