We are a childcare and depend on our washer and dryer daily. Shanal K (the repair man), was professional and knew what the problem was very quickly. He didn't carry the part in his truck so he said he would order it and come back in two weeks to install it. I of course was disappointed to hear the two week delay. The next thing I knew he was calling around and found the part with another truck, he drove to pick it up then came back to install it before we closed at 6:00 he same day! I feel he went above and beyond for us! So very glad to write this review! We are so very thankful.

Technician was prompt, courteous and thorough in diagnosis of my old wash machine, determining the motor had reached the end of its almost 20 year old life. Minimal charge was assessed when it was determined replacement was the most logical option.
Was not as satisfied with the 2 deliverymen who brought the new washer and removed my old one 3 days later. They arrived an hour prior to the scheduled window, didn't call until they were outside my window, did not use protection in the outer hallway when moving in/out both machines and scraped newly applied paint off of one of the hallway doors after I had given them a reminder to be careful.

Mom's oven malfunctioned. I was on-site to facilitate repairs. Serviceman sent by Sears was quick. I explained the measures I had taken to re-enable the oven latch to operate, but I couldn't figure out how to stop the "it's locked" message. He was able to override the system and the oven then could be heated and the broiler work again. Very charming, mature gentleman who has been in the industry for around 30 years. I was so grateful for his technical skills and cheery demeanor. Well done! Rita

Oscar was very patient, knowledgeable and persistent in solving our problem with the refrigerator door. After other technicians were unsuccessful at fixing the door and the last one making it significantly worse, this man troubleshooted the first time, then ordered parts and came back this time, installed the new parts, and carefully made adjustments to the door hinges so that it would close smoothly without rubbing or getting stuck. He took his time to make sure it was right and knew what to do. He also had a very pleasant demeanor. Now the door feels like it closes like when we first bought it. Thank you to this technician who actually solved the problem completely ( instead of other technicians who said your door is too heavy and that's the way it is).

We had a small hole in the outflow tube. Our machine was checked 3 times. The first time our washer was looked at, the technician ordered the incorrect part. So on the second visit the technician (a different one) performed an inspection to ensure there were no other issues and helped me superglue/duct tape the tube so we could do some laundry. During the third visit (same tech as the second) when the new correct part ordered was also found to have a leak, the technician went out of his way and picked up a replacement (for the replacement) at the warehouse, returned and installed the part. He ensured all was in working order before he left. 10 stars for the tech, 4 stars overall due to the number of calls and time to fix the issue (a month).

The repair tech that came out was perfect and he didn't leave me in a lurch in order to get a part. I told him it was impossible for me to be present at another visit. I had already had another adult waiging for Sears on 2 different days before. He drove to where there was a part and completed the entire job I less than 2 hours.

My appointment was 8 to 12 on 3/06/17. I received calls and Email the day before. I did not have to wait that long. The technician called me a few minutes before he arrived around 8 30. He was very polite and professional. He explained the issue and how to avoid it in the future.

The first time I booked them, nobody showed up and nobody called texted or emailed to advise they weren't coming. In fact, they kept saying someone would come in a later appointment window. (I didn't push to talk to a live person knowing nobody was really going to arrive that day. They use a voice automation service.) Then they automatically rebooked me and the second experience was fine. So far broken dishwasher is working fine. I do appreciate the online booking interface.

not sure about this repair. repairman came, diagnosed need new main board (expensive) came a week later to install, washer still didn't work, his work partner said to put in new door latch...then it worked! so don't know if I actually needed a new board. also new board came with a broken part so they had to use parts from the old board! but so far washer is working and got good discount on service call.

The work of the repairman was fabulous! However the woman that I spoke with on the phone who was trying to help me troubleshoot the problem was less than knowledgeable and unable to communicate with me effectively what I could do to figure out my problem. For instance she said several times, "Don't you have someone that can help you, like a relative, a friend or neighbor?" She was implying that a man would be able to help me, when actually she needed to be able to tell me that there were screws that were holding the panel on and that the screws were under the edge of the panel. She kept saying, "You should pull the panel off." Then, "Don't you have someone that can help you like a relative, friend or neighbor?"
