Mr. Fridge was very professional, very nice and helpful! He seems well priced. I was having a freezer issue I spent 2 days trying to fix myself, he did it in an 1.5hr, so thankful! Worth every penny. I called and he even was able to come the next day. Would highly recommend.

Our refrigerator's water dispenser stopped working this weekend. We chose Mr. Fridge based on their reviews. It was easy to make an appointment online. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. The two repairmen just left. They were very thorough and kept me abreast of the situation as they were solving the issue. They were able to fix the issue and tell me how to avoid this happening again. They were also very neat and cleaned up the area. I hope I never need to hire a refrigerator repair person again but if I do, I will be using this company.

In short: Mr. Fridge provides prompt, professional, and excellent fridge repair service. He is polite, courteous, and very helpful. I called Mr. Fridge (Alex) to see if he could fix the water/ice dispenser on my Frigidaire. He replied immediately, helping me set up an appointment the very next morning. Alex fixed the issue - after basically having to disassemble the water dispenser down to the electronics (PCB)! It was a refreshing experience, not having to deal with anyone in the middle. If I have more issues with my fridge, I'm definitely calling Alex again.

WOW! Mr. Fridge is easily the nicest, courteous, and honest repair professional I have dealt with in years. I don’t need repair often that I cannot fix myself, a freezer/fridge lack of cold issue is not in my wheel house. I found this service online and called based on previous reviews. They are all correct, as I write this he is working on my fridge and I am impressed. Mine was compressor issue, needed to be replaced, he was able to come same day to diagnose, two days later came back to replace. Punctual, organized, clean. You can go wrong if you need fridge service!

Our in-door water and ice dispenser stopped working, which in our house is a major disaster event. Mr. Fridge was super easy to work with and immediately came out to diagnose the problem. He wanted to save us money so he started with the least expensive and simplest option to see if that would work. Big points for honesty and integrity. Then when that didn't work and we needed a part ordered and installed, he was on it efficiently and came out again the following week to do the more complicated fix at a reasonable price. I hope our fridge never needs another repair but if it does, I at least know who I am calling.

I had tried 8 different companies for our commercial freezer that was on the fritz. Didn’t sound good and was sparking near motor. Unplugged right away. Called Mr Fridge and George said he’d try to help the same day or next. It was the best I could find so I lined them up. Follow Up Review: Sadly, I am reducing my positive review from 5 to 3 stars. We expected to have a follow up visit or contact from Mr. Fridge in order to complete our repair. Our efforts to connect and schedule service or learn about the status of items that needed to be ordered have been completely ignored and received no response. We were advised not to reconnect our door wiring harness which controls lights in the fridge and previously worked. Recently when we reconnected this harness so that we could at least have lights on in the fridge, we discovered that the power to the lighting doesn't work anymore even though this was not part of our original problem. It seems that we have been left in worse shape than we started in when we originally called Mr. Fridge. Original Review: Alex was very responsive and prompt. He provided us honest and professional assistance in repairing our fridge. We were dreading having to call a repairman, but Alex made the experience painless. We won't think twice about calling or recommending Mr. Fridge in the future.

Filled out the form on the website and Mr Fridge / Alex got back with me a few hours later. They even squeezed me in early the next day as I was dealing with a persistent drip out of the back of my fridge. Alex came out and figured out what was going wrong and replaced the part (with parts he happened to have on-hand) and did a general fridge tune up. Yay! Subsequently the ice maker that received water from the new part was getting too much water - so Alex came out again (the next day after I contacted him) and taught me how to change the water levels in the machine at no charge. Excellent service all around and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Mr Fridge was able to diagnose a problem I have with an off-brand wine cooler (Allavino) when all other repair services said they couldn't work on that brand. When the website says "All existing brands and types" it is a true statement. The diagnostic fee was similar to other services I consulted (that wouldn't help) and the recommendation was very honest in seeking to minimize sinking money into a unit that was on the way out with an uncertain outcome. Mr Fridge was at my house, early the day after my late call. I thought I would have to replace my 21 year old fridge, but he was able to find the problem and fix it with new parts he had with him, at an affordable price. I then asked about another problem with water dispenser and ice maker. He took the time to look into it,but had to order a part. Only 3 days later he returned and repaired the problem. He was on time both days. I recommend Mr Fridge very highly. He is the most knowledgeable repairman I have ever used. This coupled with his quick response, affordability and pleasant personality make him the best!

I am so glad we found Mr. Fridge! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Our KitchenAid fridge started having major temperature fluctuations (after having small changes for months), so I reached out to Mr. Fridge. Alex got back to me right away and was able to come out the next day. Our compressor needed to be replaced, and he quoted me the price for parts and labor. Since it was a major repair, he was very upfront about the condition of the rest of the fridge, and told me he thought the fridge could last years with this fix. He was extremely communicative and kept me updated on the status of the parts. After a delay from the shipper dropping the first compressor in transit, he was able to get a replacement quickly. He personally called around to local suppliers to find another one. The final price was incredibly fair and honest. I'm so glad we could keep our fridge (especially now while appliances are hard to get) and we could keep a fridge out of the landfill. Alex was such a pleasure to work with. Being able to text with him made scheduling a breeze. I never write reviews - this is the type of small business you'll be glad you worked with.

Great experience. My fairly new Kitchenaid refrigerator was having several issues, Alex responded quickly to my message, came by the next day and spent well over an hour going over my refrigerator, eventually fixing both issues I had been having as well as suggesting that, if one issue weren't resolved, I could replace the component myself and he explained how, saying it wasn't necessary to call him. Overall cost for about 1.5 hours was $150 (no parts needed). Great experience, if I ever need refrigerator repair he'll be my first call. For what it's worth, a much better experience than I had with a national name brand appliance repair company. Highly recommended.

My fridge stopped cooling correctly and the freezer was icing over. When a thaw and turn it back on didn’t fix it I had to find someone. Based on other reviews I contacted a few, and Mr. Fridge was able to see me the next day. He showed up when he said he would, quickly found the issue (burnt out fan motor) and showed me his evidence for why this was the problem, quoted me the price then repaired it quickly (he was initially worried he didn’t have a replacement part on hand but did). Overall we were happy with the service and if we have another fridge problem we would contact him again.

Great guy, diagnosed my problem and fixed the control board for a reasonable price, extending the life of my fridge, while helping the environment. Alex saved the day! Our 10 yr old fridge stopped circulating cold air on a Sunday. On Monday morning Mr. Fridge had Alex on the way. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary part within 2 hrs, and left the area cleaner than he found it. Our 5-year old GE refrigerator stopped working over the weekend. I called Mr. Fridge on 8:30 am on Monday and Alex came at 9:45 am that morning! I thought there was a problem with the fan and sent him the refrigerator model, so he brought a new fan with him and installed it. The refrigerator was back to normal temperature by the afternoon. We were very positively impressed by the work that Alex did in repairing our 8 year old Maytag fridge:/freezer . The refrigerator section was not staying cold. He was unbelievably quick to determine that the fan that blows cold air from the pull out freezer to the refrigerator compartment was not working . He quickly replaced the fan and kept us well informed as to each step as the work progressed. Alex was very professional, technically very capable, pleasant and courteous. The cost of the work, including the new fan, was remarkably low and, considering the cost of a replacement refrigerator ($1400.00+), would have been reasonable at twice the price .

Great service from Alex. My tenants fridge freezer ceased cooling on a Sunday afternoon - which is when these things happen. I filled in the work request on their website by 9:15 on Monday and by 9:30 Alex had contacted me to say he could be there by noon. In the event his prior appointment was quickly resolved and he texted to say he could make 11:15. By noon he had diagnosed and costed the job. I approved it and by 12:30 it was working again and he was off site. It doesn't get any better than that - particularly since I had considered buying a replacement but they were on 3 week back order. I will definitely use him again.

We have likely a 20+ year old Subzero refrigerator that we inherited with our home. Over the past year or so, we noticed an intermittent leak from the bottom of the fridge/freezer unit. We had reached out to TWO separate repair companies, one of which we called back for a second look. They were not able to find the source. I recently found Mr. Fridge online and found excellent reviews. I submitted the inquiry online and got a text/email the day after (on a Sunday!). I cannot provide enough praise for ALEX -- he is the ONLY person who came to inspect our fridge that pulled the unit out of the custom built cabinet. Lots of manual labor, but dedication to find the source. He cleaned up the mess on the tile floor. I offered him something to drink and kindly replied, "Thank you, but I'm okay. I'm here to take care of your problem and want to respect your time." WOW. I mean, wow. He was punctual, professional, and efficient despite the massive work he had accomplished and represents this company so well. Thank you, Mr. Alex for top notch work. I would recommend you to anyone! ADDENDUM: Our same, old fridge had another problem unrelated to the first. Alex found the culprit being a broken thermostat. He spent 30 minutes finding the source. Ordered the part, returned within 5 days. Committed to finding the problem, fixing it and making our fridge and freezer like new. He replied, "Why do you need a new refrigerator? The icemaker in our office freezer has been out of commission for quite a while. I was contacted by Alex within a couple hours of completing the contact form on their website, and after a quick discussion I was scheduled for the following afternoon. He was very efficient in determining what he believed our problem was, which luckily didn't require any additional parts/labor. His diagnosis was correct, and after turning the refrigerator off for 24 hours, it was back working as it should. I appreciated Alex taking the time to not only explain the problem but also the possible cause so that we can hopefully avoid this situation again in the future. They brought a tech in who inspected the unit for 20 minutes and determined we needed a new controller ($600-$700) right away, which was in back-order for months. Our fridge had a leaking water connection that had caused damage to our wood floors. I emailed Mr. Fridge (Alex) on a Monday and he was able to make it out on Tuesday and confirmed that both the flex hose connection and solenoid valve were faulty and replaced both the same day. The contents of our freezer was beginning to thaw unexpectedly. A thermometer inside showed it was hovering around 32°F inside, when freezers should be at 0°F. Alex from Mr. Fridge was able to come to our house the next day, which sooner than I expected. I appreciated that he called ahead to let us know when he would arrive, and he was actually a bit early. He was very professional and helpful. He showed me the inner-workings of our freezer, and helped me understand what the parts were doing and why. It turned out the problem was that it had only 20% of the freon gas that it was supposed to have. A gas leak does mean the freezer will have to be replaced, but we weren't sure when that could be done. Alex was able to refill the freon as a temporary fix so that at least the freezer would keep things frozen until we could manage a replacement. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to come, how helpful he was while he was here, and that he was able to get things working again right there on that first visit. Thank you!!

Our refrigerator started making twenty beeping sounds every time we opened it -- my husband and I finally got fed up with the noise, and after trying to troubleshoot ourselves, we finally called for professional help. It turns out that not many repair places work on our brand of fridge (Fischer and Paykel) that we inherited from previous owners. However, Mr. Fridge promptly responded with my inquiry and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were able to fully resolve the issue (broken wires in the fridge door), explaining the problem in detail and making sure the fridge was back to fully working order. They didn't mind at all when I decided to vacuum and wipe down behind the fridge when they had it pulled out, and were very friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They had to order a new part, which arrived within a couple days and now we have a happily quiet fridge again -- thank you Mr. Fridge!

The technician from Mr. Fridge, Alex, was extremely prepared, knowledgeable and helpful, and so so clean! He methodically took everything out, steam cleaned the inside, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was in and out efficiently. Bravo!

I would give him more stars if possible! My Refrigerator was only cooling to 47 degrees and running constantly. I called him at 9:57 am today and he text that he would be here at 12:45 pm. He arrived right on time. An hour later my refrigerator is working! Cooled down to 33 degrees and shut off. I am amazed with this level of service. I also live pretty far away from his area and he never hesitated to come out and fix my refrigerator.

Mr. Fridge was quick and efficient. I asked for a quote for a very specific repair that is a common problem with Samsung fridges. He was the only person to respond with an actual dollar amount instead of just saying the hourly rate. I appreciated knowing how much it would cost going into the repair. However, the rate he quoted me was just for the labor so I was suprised that the final bill was higher at the end due to parts cost. This could have been avoided with clearer communication, which is the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars. He had me review his work before he closed the fridge up and he did a great job with the parts installation. The fridge is now running great and I'm happy with the service.

On a summer Sunday morning, I found a puddle of water under my fridge and water coming through the light fixture in the room below. I phoned several places that could fit me in Tuesday. Only Mr. Fridge (Alex) was able to come THAT DAY. He was at the house by 11:30, diagnosed the issue, told me what it would cost and ordered the part. He contacted me when the part came in, replaced it, tested the fridge, found another leak in a dry hose, replaced the hose, tested for leaks again, and golden! We have had a leaking fridge for over a year which we guessed was due to a clogged drain in the freezer. We tried calling several appliance repair places and didn't have much luck. Eventually we got in touch with a place called "Appliance Hospital" who claimed over the phone my fridge needed a special part that would take a few weeks to arrive, then showed up at my place 6 weeks later claiming the part was still on backorder, did nothing, claimed it would cost $600 to fix, and never returned. We've basically just had a towel under the fridge every day since. Several months went by and our freezer got worse. Now it was filled with frost. We were at the point where we were ready to just give up on fixing it and buy a new fridge. While searching for a place to buy fridges, we came across "Mr. Fridge" who claimed they specialized in repairing fridges. With low expectations, I figured I'd call. It was 1pm on a Sunday. They were at my place by 4pm that very day. The problem was solved within an hour and it cost me less than $300. Outstanding service. I wish I had called them a year ago. THANK YOU, MR. FRIDGE!

Like many others, my fridge died during the heatwave. No ice cream for me! Tried GE but they just told me I was out of warranty. Tried Appliance Ambulance and they told me I was in the wrong area. Tried Alex (Mr Fridge) and was able to arrange a time for him to check out the problem quite quickly. He defrosted some ice buildup, and found that the defroster was kaput. He ordered the part, kept in contact to get me to ok the cost of the part, then came back the next week once it had arrived to replace the part and fix another leak at the back of the Fridge. I've been WFH during the pandemic, and he let me get on with my work interrupted, despite being in close proximity. (Yep, this is a copy paste from my other yelp review. Just trying to help!)
