I had wonderful service from Fredrick's Appliance Center! Luke and Eric were awesome. They hooked me up with a large upright freezer. Chris and Alex delivered it and were very helpful and personable. They were on time, got it situated in the right place in my garage, took all the tape and things off, got it leveled and plugged in and adjusted to the right location. It was a pleasure to have my first new appliance be from Fredrick's Appliance Center!

Debbie was so friendly and helpful throughout the process of ordering our new fridge. She led us around the store, identified fridges that would fit our space and helped us quickly narrow down our choice. We were in a pickle as our fridge conked out during a heat wave. We have an infant (whose diet consists of refrigerated items- milk/puree) so needed a quick solution. Debbie made miracles happen and our fridge was delivered the next morning. Fredericks seems to have a warehouse with a lot of stock readily available to be delivered. Great experience! We will be ordering our next set of appliances from Debbie and her colleagues.

Recently we had an old oven go out on us. The entire team at Frederick's was incredibly helpful and our new oven was even delivered personally by Mr. Blakemore (President of Frederick's). Our sales person had notated that we were without an oven and Mr Blakemore didn't want our delivery delayed. Over the last 9 years we have purchased a Range, Dishwasher and Refrigerator here, and always have received wonderful service and excellent products. As an additional note, when our oven needed replacing it prompted a mini update to our kitchen... the wine/coffee bar in the attached picture used to be a built-in desk that was past its prime. Handy husband, extra wine fridge and leftover granite ... equals nice improvement

We have had a great experience with Frederick's. We went with them for all of our appliances in our last kitchen remodel and Ryan was great to work with. We recently had an issue with the dishwasher and had been dealing with the manufacturer's customer service for months which was extremely frustrating. Frederick's was able to take care of us and get us up and running again with a replacement quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Alex and Matt arrived at the early end of the scheduled time and they got right to work. They had to carry my old washer and dryer out and down the stairs, and the carry the new w/s up the stairs, but they make it look simple. Really professional care for floor and walls, absolutely perfect installation. Then they stuck around to explain all the operations and made sure I got all my questions answered. Total job done in under and hour! Awesome! I can def recommend Frederick's and their team!

We got refrigerator and washer/dryer from Frederick's appliance center, AI is very helpful to help us get all the models we want, and we are also lucky enough to get Alex and Chris to deliver them and help us install them. Alex and Chris are amazing and very professional, they help us carry all the appliances to upstairs very carefully, they did their best to make sure washer and dryer fit into our small laundry room, secured them and did a fully testing after installation. Great appliance and excellent customer service. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher and our installer, Erik, was outstanding. Very quick and efficient. There were a couple of issues encountered during install (lines not being long enough, mounting screws not long enough to secure it to our cabinets) and Erik had a solution for all of it, with a pleasant attitude and a focus on meeting all our needs. Mostly review of delivery - dryer wasn't setup correctly and for the first few times we used it the exhaust wasn't connected because the fastener they used wasn't staying on (super cheap option). Had to go out and purchase better one after repeatedly trying to different methods of keeping it on with the one they provided. Now I'm having issues with the washer they sold me. Last minute they told me they only had one in store that was for viewing despite me already paying and everything.

I highly recommend Frederick’s Appliance Center in Redmond, WA. We have had two great experiences with them. I have never been to the store. All my interactions have been over the phone. They provide excellent customer service. The first time I went through them was to order a washer and dryer. Our dryer stopped working and we were having a hard time finding a replacement set that was in stock. Not only did Fredericks have the matching set that we wanted in stock, but they were also able deliver it a couple of days later. Unfortunately, our washer stopped working about 9 months later. I was having trouble with the warranty support (the part to fix it was not available) and a really hard time getting a replacement quickly through the manufacturer. I called Fredericks as a last resort (this was not their responsibility) but I was frustrated because we did not have a working washer for over a month, and it was looking like it would be at least a couple more months before a resolution. Fredericks helped quickly resolve it. They will definitely be my go-to for future appliance needs.

We were not expecting our washer/dryer delivery for another week+, but were ecstatic to learn it could deliver early, just two days after we had ordered. We had a wonderful experience with purchasing our new Bosch dishwasher from Frederick's Appliance Center! The whole process - from sales to delivery - was fast and easy. Michael Factora, in sales, was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions in helping us with selection. Mitchell Swafford-Cobb arrived wearing a mask (due to COVID-19 precautions) within the first 30 minutes of our 3 hour delivery window. He installed our dishwasher, tested it, gave us a little tutorial on how to use it and hauled away our old LG in under an hour! Not knowing appliances have become hard to acquire at this time, they had one of the models we were considering and promised a next day delivery. Frederick’s appliance is awesome! I ordered a dishwasher in January from Albert Lee and it was supposed be delivered end of March. The day before Albert Lee was supposed to deliver & install, I got an email saying it wouldn’t arrive until July! I called Frederick’s appliance and they had the exact Bosch panel ready dishwasher that I needed in stock and delivered it the next day. They were such lifesavers. Would highly recommend!

Emailed Fredericks to see if they had a certain deep freezer. I got a response from Luke within one minute. Very impressed so I called and Luke told me they had two left. I asked to hold it and went down and immediately purchased the deep freeze from a salesman named Greg. Because of my customer service from Luke I ended up purchasing a Wolf Range, a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer and a Zephyr Hood. Greg was very helpful. Frederick's customer service is excellent! I bought a Bosch dishwasher recently. Unfortunately it leaked after sometime use. The Bosch manufacture customer support was scheduled like 1 month after(shame on you Bosch). Ryan sent someone to check the dishwasher 1 day after I called him. And replaced the broken dishwasher with a new better model. Great job, Ryan and Frederick! You are now my first choice of buying appliance.

These guys did a solid for us! We purchased an open box washer/dryer in June of 2020. We had issues with the first washer and they agreed to replace it. The second washer kept breaking and we had it serviced through the manufacturer's warranty at least 3 separate times all without success. We kept getting the runaround from the manufacturer and their designated appliance repair company. After repeated attempts to get the manufacturer to replace the unit under warranty, because it never worked, we called Fredericks and spoke with Alex and Ryan and they knew the issues we had been having and agreed to take back the washer/dryer and replace them with brand new ones (different manufacturer). We really appreciate all they did for us and would recommend Fredericks for your next appliance purchase.

He was more well-versed about dishwashers than sales reps at other dealers we had visited. He explained how they operate in general and specifically by brand and model. On our second trip to the store we ordered a Bosch that perfectly has fitted our needs. Gregg was able to arrange its installation the day after we purchased it. Michell, the technician who delivered and installed it was likewise very knowledgeable and efficient, getting it installed in a most professional and time-efficient manner. Our experience started out well. Our salesperson Alex was personable and knowledgeable. We left feeling satisfied. We received our range, microwave, and dishwasher without issues. The delivery people were capable and careful. However, I am unhappy about the delivery of our refrigerator and the response to it. The delivery people were not as capable as the ones before. The door on the freezer was dented (a new one has been ordered), the side was scratched (I've been offered a $200 compensation for a new $2800 refrigerator), and the ice maker does not work (a service call has been made for that). I feel our salesperson worked to resolve my issue in a way that would make me feel more satisfied, but he could only do as much as he was authorized to do. I am disappointed that even though the scratches won't show on the refrigerator, I know they are there and I did not purchase a scratched appliance. I purchased four brand new ones.

We have been using Fredricks for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Charlie, their installation specialist, has always been great to work with and professional in his care of your home. We always go to Fredricks for our appliance upgrades and replacements knowing we will be taken care of and be given a competitive offering. When we recently had our fridge go out and lead times for a replacement were 6-8 weeks, they offered us a floor unit and delivered it the next day. You will not get this level of support and service at a big box store. Once you try their services you will understand what I’m talking about.

We are extremely happy with the selection, delivery service, and prices offered by Frederick's. After our old washer died suddenly, we found a washer model that we liked and that was highly reviewed by several reputable sources (the LG wm3900hwa). Frederick's was the only outlet we could find that had it in stock and they delivered the washer in less than a week after we placed our order. I was very impressed with Eduardo and Chris who delivered and installed the washer. They removed our old washer and were very careful in navigating the new washer through our narrow backdoor basement entrance without scratching or denting the new washer. Moreover, they installed the new washer in a few short minutes, making sure that there were no leaks in the connections and they ran a couple test cycles to ensure that the washer was working properly. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Frederick's will be our "go to" for any future appliance purchases!

All of my requirements were considered in making the selection of manufacturer and model. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Pricing was competitive. Delivery service was outstanding. Excellent, locally owned appliance store with top notch customer service, their own delivery team and compassionate follow through: After 22 years and small things starting to wear out on our Sub Zero fridge, it was time for a new one. The Fredericks sales, management and delivery team made his happen for us seamlessly. We love our upgrade! In the meantime, our washing machine, which we purchased at another local appliance store (not Fredricks), broke down for the second time with a year left under our extended warranty. We followed protocol again and had their repair service come, diagnose and order parts. Repairman left with no repair date promised, and a possible two or more week wait. We had Charlie T. out to install a dishwasher two weeks ago and I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed we were with his service. Typically when we have someone over to work on the house, we'd like them to do their job and leave as soon as possible. That was not the case with Charlie, he was so personable and professional, we enjoyed his visit. Regarding the dishwasher installation, he had to work with a difficult flooring issue since the previous dishwasher had leaked, causing the floor to buckle. Sometimes things just go wrong, it's how people respond that makes the difference. The Washer and Dryer that we purchased were not available at the scheduled install time. We were willing to take a different color as a substitute. When the installers arrived. Bryan and and Salvador they determined that these systems would not install the way we wanted them to. The reason that I am rating Federicks 5 stars is that they made the whole experience right. I didn't have to complain they just did the right thing. The installers recommended a different brand. A quick search indicated that these were were a superior models. Federicks provided them at the same price as our previous brand. They quickly drove back to the store and installed them and we have been happy ever since.

After moving to the area and not knowing any company, I spent almost a month searching out places to purchase our new appliances. I focused on price, quality (brands) warranty service, and reputation. The best part about Fredericks is the team in helping figure out what you need and how to put it together - they'll let you combine purchases from the outlet center with units from the main floor to maximize the deal, and their selection (and knowledge), is pretty exceptional. They even helped with financing. I have to admit, one gentleman was a bit gruff, but my sales people at both the outlet center and the main showroom were exceptional, patient and not at all pushy. When it came to delivery, we looked at the schedule and it was hard to make it work, so they delivered for me same day. We need a few more pieces for our house and guest house, and don't plan to look elsewhere.

Frederick’s Appliance Center is a hidden gem in the appliance sales business or maybe I just lucked out in making contact with Greg Hanson, a salesman for Frederick’s. Our old Kenmore stove purchased in 2006 had a dead burner and or a dead switch. Greg Hanson knew the details of our old stove. My wife and I wanted a replacement stove similar to the old Kenmore. It had to be white in color. It had to fit in the same place as the old stove. It had to be made in the USA. We wanted simple controls but self cleaning. We wanted a glass top and enclosed oven elements. Actually, that’s a pretty tall order to meet all those requirements. Greg Hanson offered us a GE stove which met all the requirements. It turned out the stove offered was even on sale. With all this covid-19 impact, the stove won’t be shipped from the GE factory for a couple of weeks. That’s OK. We are all in this mess together. I am delighted in the smoothness of this stove purchase and the skill and knowledge of Greg Hanson. We have a new “go to” appliance dealer-Frederick’s Appliance Center.

Had a new GE electric range delivered by Bryan and Sal. On time. I was really impressed with the care and professionalism they displayed and their friendly attitude. They took the old range out and installed the the new one with no wasted effort. All the packaging and protective material was removed. They installed the power cord; levelled it, and put in the anti-tip device. They even explained that I had to take the oven up to 500 degrees for 30 minutes. These two men are a real credit to Frederick's. The only negative is that my wife was puzzled how the plastic package containing the literature was torn. Everything was there....my guess is removing the tape tore it. I also found out that GE doesnt provide the full User Guide. That has to be downloaded from the GE site.
