We bought a showcase washer and dryer from here about a month ago and it still works perfectly. Sure it has a couple scratches on it, but I would prefer to save a couple hundred for a few scratches and dents than pay full price if it works fine. They have tons of other appliances too like fridges, stoves and ovens, microwaves, etc. Delivery and installation was easy too. The guy they have is really nice and hooked up everything well. Edit: 10 months now and still works like a charm. No issues

So much inventory! Lots of choices for budgets and preferences. The staff was available to answer my questions, but gave me my space to poke at all the machines. Carl was super helpful in getting me outfitted with a really nice gas dryer and a matching washer (both were nearly flawless) and a sweet Samsung counter-depth fridge that only had sustained box damage, fridge was flawless. In the store it had no scratches the gentleman was kind and helped us out however I know he was new and the only one there but loaded the fridge incorrectly with the face towards our truckbed instead of away I had a family member pick it up or I would have known to tell them to fridge front should always be loaded away from things instead of toward the truckbed. I know it is a scratch and dent store but most people going in to look for the least amount of dents ( in our case no scratches on the floor). Plus the third party delivery guy they provide his number of never texted or called back and we have tried for four days. ( terrible service they need to find another person to deliver things) Otherwise we would have gladly paid him extra for it to arrive in the condition it was bought in. We reached out and left a voicemail at the store will update on experience although so far everyone we have spoke with has been great. Just a little more training is needed. And sad that we paid so much to have it loaded in properly and come more scratched. Update: they offered to help us buy a new front drawer piece at there cost which was kind. Just have them load it if they do with the face of the fridge facing out because it doesn’t matter as much if the back I scratched up. And hire your own delivery person or plan to wait weeks for them to answer or like us never answer

These guys are graat!. Had an issue with the dryer I bought - not even sure it was actually an issue after more investigation - still I took it back for an exchange no questions asked. Pricing is not as steep of a discount for scratch and dent as I expected but I bought this set around Labor Day and the prices at the big box stores were probably the cheapest you would see during the year.. Overall I saved about 300 bucks over full retail on the same washer and dryer set advertised elsewhere. But this is without a warranty beyond 30 days after purchase so kind of a wash (heh) if something actually breaks.

We were in need of a new gas dryer. There was plenty of inventory to choose from. The pricing was about $200-$300 savings for the same model depending on where you looked. Home Depot came closes to their pricing at about $200 more if I bought it there. Why would I pay more? Even if inflation wasn’t a factor it made no sense to pay full retail dollars. Appliances are well organized in the warehouse. Some appliances are obviously damaged but most look brand new. So happy to have found this place. I ended up with an LG dryer which was a standard size but they had plenty of larger capacity dryers as well. While I was there, they were unloading a bunch of appliances so there seemed to be plenty of inventory. The staff member who helped me was great (forgot his name). I highly recommend them!

Went in looking for a new refrigerator for our dying one. Talked to the employee who asked a couple questions about what we were looking for, and was quick to point out a few in our style. Very knowledgeable about his products and was able to answer all our questions. We were extremely satisfied with the deal we got on a slightly dented LG refrigerator that was otherwise like new. Delivery was very easy to setup, delivery men were professional and very careful with the new refrigerator as well as removing our old one. For our next home appliance, Thrive will be the first place we check.

I bought a washer and dryer tower. The person who helped was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a mix of some stuff that is pretty beat up with scratches and dents and then some other stuff that you can’t even tell what’s wrong with it. Ours had dents that were on the side of the unit and out of sight when installed. Great way to save a little money. They make sure that the appliances work and guarantee it. They offer warranties and I bought a two year warranty for cheap. I highly recommend this place if you are on a budget and are okay with appliances that are slightly imperfect.

We are new homeowners and are so happy to have found our appliance guys! We worked with Carl and Tyson and the customer service and straight talk were bar none. No pressure, honest opinions, and gave us all the time and information we needed. Their selection of *new* scratch and dent appliances is better than most retail stores. Our new house is older and can only fit smaller appliances - they even had a 5 cubic foot chest freezer and 30" wide fridge for about 30% less than we would've paid at RC Willey or Home Depot. The warehouse is clean, comfortable, and easy to access. They will also hold your appliance for as long as you need - we purchased last week, and they will hold for free until we move in a couple of months. *No other place we shopped will hold them this long.* I am looking forward to posting another review when we get our appliances delivered. These guys are the best!

They have a great selection of appliances and I was pretty satisfied with their prices. When I told them which set I wanted, they began pulling them out and when we noticed a much larger issue with the dryer that had escaped our attention earlier, the employee immediately began showing us other units that were the exact same model number, in even better condition AND a lower price. I’ve had my washer and dryer for around 3 months now and they work great! Oh, and I have a new baby so I do at least one load of laundry a day so it’s not like they don’t get any use.

Super easy shopping experience. Customer service was great, they even let you leave the item in store as long as you need. They do know of a third party who can facilitate delivery for you if needed. I bought a fridge (brand new) that had less than a dime sized dent on the side and I saved $1500.

Thrive Appliance has mildly affected scratch-and-dent appliances drastically marked down. I found a washer and dryer with minor external dents that have worked perfectly fine and at a substantial discount from retail price. They were helpful in me getting the needed parts to plumb and wire everything once I got them home. (I chose to do the setup myself after my brother and I transported it to my house ourselves.) Thrive is very responsive with questions and concerns. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Thrive Appliance is really hard to find and has little signage to help you. That is the only negative! Once found they have a good supply with minimal damage. The owner is extremely helpful and wants you to be happy. It has been awhile since I had a pleasant experience buying appliances. It is well worth the initial frustration of finding them! This place is GREAT. Someone answers the phone, they have the stuff onsite. After two weeks of Best Buy putting me through the wringer, constantly canceling my appointments and making me fight through automated robot phone stuff, I called thrive. Walked in there 20 minutes later and bought what I needed in ten minutes. Boom. My only complaint is they don’t have a high enough google ranking or I would have gone there first.

Thrive appliance was a great find for my wife and I. We had a malfunction in our top load washer and it NEEDED to be replaced. They were well advertised on Facebook marketplace and KSL classifieds with much better prices than alternative options. When we got to their warehouse we were pleased with their selection and opted for an LG wash tower after a lot of clarifications from the associate working there. I’m sad I can’t remember his name at the time of writing this, but he was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars to them is because of the difficulty we had finding the entrance and the installation did not go as smoothly as we had hoped.
