Jason is great to work with. He has able to answer all of our questions and get a great deal. We went to multiple appliance stores in Salt Lake county and Utah County and his was the best and most affordable. He was able to bring the washer and dryer on time and place we wanted. He also installed the washer and dryer in for us too. We will definitely go back for a refrigerator. It was great working him.

I had been looking for a fridge for a number of weeks. So many issues... high prices, back orders, high deliveries fees, etc. I stopped into The Appliance Outlet as a final effort to find a good deal. They made it super easy. I found the exact fridge I was looking at online at a $300 discount. Plus, Jason delivered it 5 hours later. SUPER IMPRESSED!

Our experience was great! It was fast, easy and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. The price we got on a brand new refrigerator was well below full price, even though it was in near perfect condition! (one small scratch on the side) And the 60 day guarantee gives us piece of mind and confidence in purchasing from them. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We had just bought our first home and needed some new appliances to match. We are so grateful that we found the appliance outlet. The staff was so friendly and up front about the prices of the items. The best part is they delivered it to my house and set it up, and for a reasonable delivery fee!!! 😱 They also offer Snap financing, which really helped us out as all of our additional cash flow had gone into our house, so have that financing option was a big stress reliever. My less favorites part of the experience was them taking my picture with the appliance lol but that’s my hang up not theirs. This place is a first stop must when shopping for appliances! I love the washer/dryer set and refrigerator we bought from here, so I promise you won’t be disappointed

We were very impressed with the Appliance Outlet! Went there to buy a free-standing stove, got a very nice one for a great price; it had a couple of dents which were not problematic. Jason is a good guy, knowledgeable about the products, and so is his wife Cindy ( I believe is her name) - they took good care of our needs. I want to buy a counter-depth fridge from them also! They have a lot of good inventory, changes frequently. I recommend this business highly!

I'm not one to normally write reviews but Jason is great. This place is has all the inventory out so you can see the exact product you're purchasing not like some online dealers that send you garbage. Very personable, feels like he actually enjoys helping people. Delivery/install was awesome, quick, professional, everything was tested, and house was put back together before they left. If you're in the market for any new appliances and don't want to pay an arm and a leg I highly recommend this place.

Came here looking for a high quality, slightly damaged, and affordable fridge and washer/dryer. The selection was pleasantly surprising, and Jason was very helpful. He advised me to wait a little while for a new shipment of washers and dryers so that I could have the pick of the pair I liked the most. These do a great job and were SUPER helpful. We needed a new dryer and shopped around . Ended up with a brand new dryer that was "out of the box" (so to speak ) for a fraction of cost new. Highly recommend Jason and Sandy.

I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was helpful, delivered it within the same week. Installed the refrigerator and took out my old one and gave me a number to call for someone who would recycle it for me. The prices were great, service excellent. I had a small space and the had to remove my door, the fridge doors to make it all work and then put everything back together again. I’d highly recommend them.

My daughter bought her appliances from here last year when they bought their home. July, I was coming home from one vacation and headed right out to another one when the really old washer went out. I contacted AO, they sent me pics, answered questions, I ran out and looked at it and they delivered it to Draper that same night and hooked it up!! Best price and best customer service anywhere. I didn't even bother shopping the big stores until I got home, then I realized after looking what a great deal I really got. THANK YOU!!

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. I highly recommend The Appliance Outlet. Professional. Honest. Great selection, upfront clarity in pricing, and about any scratch/dents etc with any appliance in the store. Truly pleased! Especially after using a cooler and a mini fridge for 3 months while dealing with a nightmare process from a manufacturer warranty. I only wish we would have found out about this outlet company sooner! We live in a rural area and it is impractical to go to multiple stores, or make multiple trips to verify what's available in store. But after our initial trip to the Redwood location, where the fridge we wanted has been sold out, they welcomed us to call and receive information on what was available, and even get pictures and prices of the models we were interested in. When what we wanted was not going to be available at the store closest to us for longer than we could waite, they gave us contact information to the other stores, and let them know what we were looking for. Again we received excellent assistance, information, pricing, and pictures of the actual unit/s we we're considering purchasing. They then held our preferred selection at the Ogden location to ensure that our long drive out there would not be a waste of time. When we got there, the helpful young lady running the store asked us a few questions and suggested a couple more options we hadn't previously considered. In the end we purchased a wonderful fridge that was a great fit for our budget and has all the features we truly wanted. Because of the teeny little dent in the side door we got it at an amazing price, and still have the manufacturer's warranty, and additional warranties through the store. Finally moving things from the mini fridge and cooler, I'm literally doing a happy dance that I have a fridge, didn't break the bank, and got it all done in time for Thanksgiving!

Great experience at The Appliance Outlet! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and left us to roam and look at the different fridges. When we decided on the one we wanted and asked if we could have it delivered, they said "Sure, does tonight or tomorrow work?" Flabbergasted does not cover it. Delivery was flawless, removed my doors and put them back, removed most of the plastic and made sure all of the handles were placed securely. Well done and thank you for the exceptional service!

This company is awesome. They sold me a new Samsung washer for a great price, and they even installed it the same day, and moved my old washer to my garage for pickup by a third party. Super hard-working family-run business. You should visit their store if you need an appliance!

My husband and I did the research on the model fridge we wanted. I called up this store and asked if they had it, and they did. We came in and looked at the model. It was actually a more up to date model than what we were expecting. They were upfront with us, they had stickers on the model showing all the dings and dents, and marked down its price accordingly. The model was running $2500 at big box stores. We got it brand new, for $1700. They delivered to our house as scheduled, and came prepared. They measured our front door before unloading the fridge to make sure it could fit through it. When it couldn’t, they brought it in through the back door for us. This was all during COVID, and they kept their masks on when we asked them too without complaints. We’ve had our new fridge for over two weeks now. It works perfect and has no issues besides the dents, which don’t bother me. We are very happy with our purchase, which still comes with a warranty. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jason is a stud he provided my fiancé and I with a lot of information with different appliances until we were able to make the right selection for us. At first I was a little skeptical buying from an outlet store however the quality and savings and excellent customer service provided by Jason gave us peace of mind and reassurance we were making the right decision. Jason and sandy came to our new place and installed our new washer and dryer and did it so good and efficiently, much better then what I could have done. I can't believe how awesome this appliance store was. The owner Jason is amazing and really works hard to get you the best deal possible. You can tell he cares about his business and more importantly his customers. We had been trapped in an appliance back order fiasco with Home Depot and GE for 2 months and still no end in sight. It was a blame game between Home Depot and General Electric not being able to follow through with their promise and ability to supply the appliances we had purchased a month before for a black Friday package deal. Home Depot's manager wouldn't even honor the price we originally purchased them for. They all outright lied to us several times promising delivery dates and stock of appliances and falling through multiple times. This was putting a huge wrench in a kitchen remodel project we have been working on the past couple months and were trying to finish up. That's where The Appliance Outlet came in to save the day. We went to the store and Jason had all the appliances we needed/wanted in stock and delivered them the very next day himself!!! Even though these appliances are open box or some are scratch and dent, a large majority of the kitchen appliances were in excellent condition. He even threw in a free microwave to the package of appliances we bought and beat the Black Friday price of home depot. I'll never buy appliances again from Home Depot or any other store that doesn't directly stock the appliances in a local warehouse or relies on the vendors to manage the stock of the appliances they offer to sale. I highly recommend going with The Appliance Outlet. It was so much easier and hassle free. I Just want to say again how awesome Jason and his company is and I hope you'll consider giving them a chance next time you're in need of household appliances.

I was immediately assisted with finding what I needed and they delivered to my home after their business hours. They even came prepared with tools to remove the front door to get the refrigerator in. Our second freezer died when we were out of town. Things were thawed and we needed a freezer badly. Because of Covid there were no freezers to be had anywhere. I finally found this store and the owner was so helpful. He sent me photos and I purchased a slightly damaged freezer over the phone. (I never buy sight unseen, but I was desperate). I needed something cold and something fast. He personally delivered it to me that evening at 7 p.m. and he still had another delivery to go. He is a hard working guy, I was very impressed with his level of service. Prices are good too. He even chilled the freezer down before delivering it and I was able to load my food and save most of it.

What a wonderful experience! The owner literally delivered our fridge for us and drove out of his way to make sure we got it the day we closed on our home. He also held it for us a lot longer than planned because of our closing date changing on our home. Our home also didn’t have the right hook up for the ice maker and he went out of his way to get one connected for us. Excellent service and do not waste your time and try saving money by not having them deliver- it was the best decision we ever made in having them deliver and install it for us. We are beyond satisfied with the quality of the product and the costumer service !!!

Saved about $200 on washer dryer combo, compared to home depot. Had some dents in it. Installation $80. They did not level out the washer, and did not provide the tool to do so. Was able to shim it high enough and hand turn the foot. Luckily only one was off. Very friendly however. UPDATE: Had an issue with the drum banging on the door area, called about getting it fixed. Some confusion with the warranty, its not through Samsung but a 3rd party. Appliance Outlet came out though and fixed the dent by the door and gave us the warranty cards. They had a quick response and answered all our questions. They ask that you call about any issues, so that is really great. We still have the one year warranty, so that's great.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Jason (owner) is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and did NOT pressure us to buy at all. We had been shopping for a new fridge for months and finally locked our eyes on a Cafe. At first we were scared it would be way out of our price range, but after seeing the price and dragging our mouths on the floor from disbelief, we knew we found the one—a way good deal and a beautiful fridge later, we went home happy as ever. My recommendation is to just STOP shopping elsewhere and make your way to the appliance outlet!

This is the best place to get your appliances. The owners are awesome, hard working, with great personalities, but more importantly they give awesome deals. We saved around $2,000 on a fridge and a dishwasher. The only downside is that there might be a dent or two, but come on, who cares! $$$ am I right?

I’ve NEVER had customer service so EXCEPTIONAL! We went all the way from Rock Springs Wyoming to buy a gas stove. Walked out with a washer & dryer and a dishwasher all at unbeatable packaged deal! When we got the stove back to WY there was a malfunction with the oven. The doors were locked shut and they weren’t at the store. He helped us get the oven fixed and it was just simply a disconnected wire! Thank you Jason & family for not only exceptional customer service in the store but after we left as well! I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set on 01/16/23. After going to several other appliance stores that didn't bother to give me the time of day. Jason greeted me right as I walked in the door. I was in and out with a brand new washer and dryer set in 30 minutes. Update: my dryer stopped working so I called Samsung to fix it since it's still under warranty. It took Samsung almost 3 weeks to send a tech out who only took the top off and said he wouldn't fix it due to slight damage from delivery. I called Jason who managed to not only come out and diagnose the problem, but fix it in about 15 minutes of arriving. Thank you so much Jason!
