Left the area very clean and took care of our home. I would not hesitate to have him help me with other projects.

The service tech who not only delivered our new dishwasher, but also installed it, was super friendly. He had to do extra work to install our dishwasher, as there was not a plug outlet by the dishwasher area, so he had to install one. He also had to add a mount to hold our new dishwasher in place. Never once did he complain or act put out. I would recommend this companion to everyone.

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy, and this is the company they sent to deliver and install the new dishwasher. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I saw it was just one person I thought it would take a while. He came in made sure everything was good, he took one look under the sink and knew our garbage disposal was getting the garbage into the dishwasher. We hadn’t used the garbage disposal for well over 3 years due to exactly what he said. He proceed to repair/unstick the garbage disposal (in 30 seconds) which had sieved up as it sat for those years. He asked where the breaker box is and went to work. I work from home and left him for under 10 minutes and I hear some bumping. It was him moving the old dishwasher down the stairs. It was so quick I couldn’t believe it because I never heard him bring the dolly in to move it. When he returned with the new dishwasher I cleaned the area where the dishwasher goes. Then I watched him thread the water tubes and electrical lines and clamp the water tube up across the top behind the sink, while he told me that would prevent any future problems with the garbage disposal. He twists on the electrical cap, and then completed pushing in, aligning and screwed it in place. Again not taking 10 minutes, he actually spent as much time showing my wife the different things and told us we could download the app for different wash cycles. Completely satisfied and I will use them again for other work in the near future.

I ordered an LG dishwasher from BestBuy and Billy from Certified Installs came to install it. He did a great job! He took a lot of time to make sure that it fit correctly and was level (my floor is not level!) and then took extra time answering my questions, making sure that the machine worked, and showing me how all the features worked. Billy did a great job and was really nice (and put up with my dogs barking!). I highly recommend him and certified installs!!!

Something Awesome

We just had a dishwasher installed! They came Saturday and let us know that they didn’t have the part to complete the install since our washer space was further from the sink. They were upfront about additional install cost and completed the work within the estimated price. They promptly rescheduled the install so that we could have it completed before the holiday weekend. The installer Russell was the upmost professional and super friendly. He called both times to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Install looks great and he cleaned up afterward! The process was easy to schedule and everyone I talked to was also helpful and friendly. They also send texts to confirm appointments when scheduling and the day of the appointment. Very convenient process.

I was impressed at the service. The scheduler called and let me know they had a cancelation and quickly moved my installation to the next day. The tech was FATASTIC. He knew his stuff. We had a small leak while we were waiting to get the new dishwasher installed. He went downstairs and looked to see if we had any leaks below the kitchen. Then he proceeded to do his work. Within 1 hour he had the new dishwasher installed and working. Took the time to have my wife adjust the racks heights, remove the drain, etc. So when he left she could do on her own. Cleaned up and made sure everything was connected including the internet connection before he left. We have his card and next time we need service we will give them a call

I am very impressed by Certified Installs. Over a a couple appointments, they installed a couple different appliances for us (microwave and a dishwasher). Communication was good before the appointment, and the person who coordinates the appointments over the phone is always very upbeat and professional. Where they really impressed me though, is with the dishwasher install. The initial install wasn't to my liking - it was tilted forward too much. So several weeks later, I finally called them back early on a Saturday morning before hours to ask if they would be willing to come out and try to re-adjust it. I got an immediate callback after they opened, and they wanted to schedule first thing Monday. I had been a little nervous that they would push back, but there was no hesitation on their side at all. In fact, it felt like it was their highest priority. Eddie came out this morning, and about 10 minutes later the dishwasher was adjusted and looked great! I would definitely recommend them, and they'll be my go-to for installations next time we upgrade or replace our appliances!

Billy and Gary came out to install my dishwasher, range, and microwave from Certified as third party installers for Best Buy. They worked quickly and were very professional. They gave me a clear explanation of how the newly installed units work and pointed out any special adjustments they had to make to get the units installed. Would definitely recommend them! The microwave unit I was sent by Best Buy had a large dent in it and they recommended that I get it replaced through them. But they made sure to take the unit back for return and contacted Best Buy right away so I was able to sort that out through them. Excellent service.

This company installed a slide in range and a microwave for me. They had to modify the countertop for the slide in range because I had a drop in range prior to this. They were fast and efficient and pleasant to be around. The appliances they installed for me was for a local retailer but it is my understanding they can install for anybody. I had my new Bosh dishwasher installed by Certified. They went above and beyond. The Dishwasher never came with an outlet. Certified has an extra one on hand and installed the outlet at no cost. After installing the Dishwasher professionally the Tech went over the Do’s and Don’t’s. I definitely recommend Certified Installs.

In the course of performing those two installs (brilliantly, I should add) he came across a valve problem that a plumber refused to fix the previous week because the valve had been painted by a previous owner. Billy fixed the valve and charged a very reasonable price. Billy was so knowledgeable about my dishwasher and disposal! I was initially scheduled for a 10 to 2 install on Wednesday. I called to let them know I might be home around 10:30 so she put me as rhe second visit at 12 to 12:30. When they did not arrive by 2, I called. They said my install time was 2 to 6 pm. She denied giving me a time of 12. So I had to schedule 3 weeks out since we would be on vacation.

Beware of their extra charges. Paid $170 to remove old dishwasher and install new one. I was then told that because it wasn't right next to sink it would be an additional $170 an hr plus parts to run new lines. This is in an existing home and everything was there from the previous dw. Was charged $91.00 additional for lines and drains that were already there. I gave 3 stars because the guy was nice and did a good job but, it smells of a scam. If this would have been new construction, I would have understood.

Shane was very professional, and informed us exactly what he was doing every step of the way. The job he had to do was a little bit more difficult than Lowes led to believe but Shane worked with us and was able to install the dishwasher which is running great. if you use this company I highly recommend them asking for Shane if he’s available.

I could tell right away this guy knew what he was doing by the way he moved through the install - like it was choreographed. We can highly recommend Certified Installs. They have been great to work with on the installation of a new dishwasher. The installer, a young man named Braden, quickly removed the old unit, rerouted the water supply line to allow us to utilize a part of the cabinet under the sink that was unusable due to the previous installer taking the easy route in running the water line, and installed the new unit. That was not all. He took the time to run a short cycle so he could check for any potential leaks. There were none. He was conscious, courteous, and most helpful. We highly recommend Certified Installs.

We are working on remodeling our kitchen. We have an older home and have found some surprises when pulling out our old appliances. We had two separate installs. First our over the range microwave. The technician (Tanner S.) did a great job making it work and securing it since it is a lot smaller than the previous model. He also had the challenge of installing it over tile that apparently went clear up the wall! Yesterday we had the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator done. The fridge had an old copper water line. The poor tech searched everywhere to find the shut off valve but couldn't! End result is we think the old owners jimmy rigged something to make it work. The technician (Jared B.) ran a new line with 0 damage and you cant see the line anywhere! He took his time, covered our floors and made we sure we were OK with every step. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

On July 30th I had an installer from certified come to my home and install new appliances that I had purchased. I've have worked with certified install for many years on a professional basis, but never personal. I was a little nervous because I had put new flooring in my kitchen and wasn't sure I could get my old dishwasher out without damaging my floor. When the installer arrived at my home I told him of my concerns he said that he would check it out. After looking at the dishwasher he said that it wouldn't be a problem. He was able to install both my microwave and dishwasher in about an hour. He did a GREAT job and even went the extra mile and took my old appliances and the boxes that my new ones came in. Tanner had came to do a gas dryer install at our home. He was nice and overall did a decent job. However he dented our BRAND NEW DRYER that we never used. He suggested we take a blow dryer to it to try to pop the dent out. So we tried to do this with him there and it would not come out. Additionally I spent another 4 hours trying to do it on my own after he left. To no avail. He took a picture of it and assured us that someone would call us on Monday and would get it taken care of. He said they should be able to come out and use some tool with suction to pop the dent out. (the install was done on a Saturday) 10/6. I waited and never received a phone call. I called at the end of the week, giving them several days to call and left them a message asking for a call back and explaining my frustration with the damage. To this day I still have no received a call back and am upset every time I look at our brand new washer and dryer and see a dent in our dryer. I wouldn't have cared as much if they weren't brand new, but it is quite frustrating when the dent was caused even before it's first use. UPDATE:::: Shawn contacted me the day my review was posted and apologized that somehow my voicemail slipped through the cracks via email. He arranged for a tech to come and fix the dent. A tech came out and got the dent almost completely out. 90% better than what it was. I feel better knowing that they do actually care and tried to take care of me and make it right. I would use them again for any other services. They did offer to replace the top portion of the dryer that was dented since they could not take it out completely. I felt that was unreasonable for me to ask that they do that, but I was impressed that they offered. They did offer me a credit towards my install for the work they did and I felt that was reasonable and fair on both ends. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Superb Service! Brandon called when he was enroute. He was early in the time zone we were told to expect him. The dishwasher install was a challenge as he had to remove two boards and a small part of the flooring. Once the dishwasher was installed he noticed the connection to the disposal, which was under the sink, was looking a bit worn...he replaced it...he could have just walked away but he went to the extra effort to fix this. All in all he worked hard, and I mean hard, for about 2 hours. Certified Installs is most fortunate to have Brandon as part of their team!

He was very careful of our new flooring and the cabinetry, along with the already installed other new appliances. I do not write reviews, but after the service I experienced by Certified Installs I felt like I should. I'm very fussy when it comes to people doing work for me. I had a very positive experience with Certified Installs. Mona helped sort out a mix up with my appliance delivery very well, the company I bought my appliances from caused the mix up, and Mona sorted it out for me, she was polite and helpful. John my installer did a fantastic job! He was also very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful by answering all of my questions and by giving me extra tips, he comes across as he really enjoys his job with installations and working with clients. John installed 2 products for me, one of them was very challenging, I verified with him if he could do the install by himself, he said he could, he worked fast and efficiently. John cleaned up after himself and went beyond what I normally see from installers, he made sure I was happy and that everything was in good working order before he left. If I ever need more work done, I'll be requesting John from Certified Installs to do the job for me.

These guys were so incredible! Ask for Brandon D. He treated my home like his. He made sure to give me a 30 minutes heads up before he arrived. He took picture ahead of time and told me about a couple scratches on my counter. Daniel came to install a cooktop when he discovered that our granite needed to be cut to accommodate the new stove. He helped us schedule a granite cutter and even offered to go home to bring extra tools for us. He had to uninstall, install, uninstall and install just so we wouldn't be without a cooktop while we waited for the granite to be cut. I can't believe how many times he had to lift that heavy thing! He was a fantastic worker and I hope he gets a little raise! :) We were very happy with their service and will definitely call them again.

Just wanted to thank you all there at Certified Installs for your great help. Because we got three different dishwashers installed at our home, (two were faulty) we had the pleasure of working with four different technicians. All of them were awesome! Each was very concerned about our situation and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Mike the Harley Guy did the first installation. He did a great job and was really fun to talk too. He tested the machine but apparently the water pump went bad after he left. We did a whole cycle the next night with no water. (First faulty one). Then another young man came to see if he could find the problem. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he was really nice as well. Checked out everything and kindly told me I was going to need a new one and that you guys would take care of everything for me. Grayson did the second installation and took the time to build me a new frame so that the dishwasher looked perfect when it was installed. He felt so bad when he found that the electrical control board was bad. So that one didn't work either, but the frame was still there for Shawn to use when he came Friday night and put in the third one. He was awesome as well and we all laughed about our so called family curse when it comes to appliances. I think we have a believer in Shawn now. Getting faulty appliances and equipment seems to be something we deal with a lot! Hearing the words, "We have never had that happen before", is just comical at our house and at our place of business. We hear it all the time. Glad to report that the last dishwasher Shawn installed late Friday night is working!!! Yay! Got up this morning to clean dishes. I purchased a dishwasher from RC Willey in Aug 2018. Certified Installs Utah called me to fit me in on their schedule immediately. Chris and Brandon showed up within the 3 hour window and called when they were 5-10 minutes away. They were friendly, clean, professional, and did an awesome job. My install was tricky and they had to really work to get the old hoses out of the cabinet and cut a new bigger hole for the new hoses so they would not be kinked. I could tell that they had a lot of expertise and knew all the tricks. When they were all done, they cleaned up and tested everything. I had a leaking valve under my sink where the water line was, and Chris made sure it was fixed and would have replaced it if necessary, but he didn't want to charge me anything extra to replace it when the packing nut just needed adjusting. I would totally call them for any other installs I have in the future. Great guys!

Wish we had found these people YEARS ago. We've always had whatever box store we bought from arrange the installation. But then our wonderful, beautiful, expensive new dishwasher was put in sloppily. It worked, but it looked terrible...nothing lined up...and the top rack rolled out whether you wanted it to or not. They offered to send the same installer out again to fix it. No thanks. Instead, we called Certified. Brandon, a highly experienced tech, not only redid the install so the dishwasher looks and performs flawlessly...he also found a water hose that the original installer had overtightened, which would have led to a leak. More expensive than the big-box install... but way, way worth it.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Greyson of Certified Installs. He came to install a new microwave and dishwasher we had purchased for our new home. The existing microwave was not ideally installed to fit the custom cabinets it was in. Greyson was able to modify the cabinet, beautifully I may add, to safely hold our new microwave. He went out of his way to inspect the other appliances we had purchased to make sure they were operating properly. He found that our new oven was not mounted to the wall and took care of it. He noticed a new kitchen faucet that had not been installed yet and offered to take care of that as well. It saved me the hassle of having another person over to do it. I asked him if he would mind checking my washer and dryer connections and found that one of the lines didn’t have a gasket which could have caused a lot of damage. We built a new house and ordered a Water Softener from a store that referred us to Certified Installs for the installation. In the meantime, the store also delivered a Washer and Dryer, but their delivery staff were unable to install them. We were stuck between the store delivery/installer and the builder and neither one of them were helping us. I called Certified Installs and they helped us out by scheduling Brandon and Braeden to install the Washer and Dryer right away - it was even the morning of the 4th of July holiday. They did a fantastic job! A week later, Brandon and Chris came back for the Water Softener install. Once again, they did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the work.

I rarely give 5 stars, but ”Greym” of certified installs Utah went above and beyond!!! Our house is 1957 and has NOT yet been remodeled. The last dishwasher kept coming out of the brackets connecting it to the counter, even after SEVERAL repair men came to “fix” a part and would reinstall. They all swore it would hold... I never believed them and it never held long. Because of the houses age, I ignored when the repair left it looking lopsided. GREYM took the time and effort to make it look amazing! He also used side brackets so it would actually hold! We have small children and dogs and am sooo grateful for the extra care given! Thank you!
