So grateful for this place. I've always been able to get the parts I need from here. I didn't really care for the graphic on the toilet bowl cleaner. Just seemed sort of odd. We've friend parts in our washer, dryer, and furnace and have been able to find all of them here.

My washer died mid cycle, I called to find a part that I didn't know even what it was. Jason answered and played the game of what part is it. He as very kind, understanding and patient. He said he would leave the part on the counter and that a YouTube video would tell me how to complete the fix. When I arrived the kid gave me the part and again recommended the YouTube video. I am pleased to say my washer is fixed and cleaned as an added bonus. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.I did not want to buy a new washer.. You guys killed it we will be back.

I keep going there with the hopes that they have the parts I want, and they keep delivering. I haven't stumped them yet. I am extremely impressed. I came in today with a laundry list of parts I wanted (pardon the pun) to rebuild a Speed Queen gas laundry dryer and Jason got me OEM kits for everything I wanted in like, one minute. He's a pro. I'm not going anywhere else for parts as long as this store is here.

We were excited to find the control arm we needed for our 10 year old washer at Appliance Parts Company today. It was 20% less than advertised online and no shipping charges! Over the phone, Kenny helped me determine that this was indeed the part that needed to be replaced, which was a great help. Purchased a dryer blower cage from a local vendor (let's call them Unreliable parts) and it did not fit the motor shaft(too tight). When I tried to return it they asked if I installed it, I told them I tried but it didn't fit, I was told they couldn't refund it since I had tried to install the part. They said it was the manufacturers incorrect part number listing was at fault and they could request a refund through the manufacturer. Pretty unhappy they had no other option. Called here and talked with Kenny and they had part in stock at a much lower price, that made my day and when I got there I told him I was donating the other part to him. He took it and gave me $20 credit on bill. Thank you Kenny! Sorry for late reply, this was about 4 years ago.

Arman helped me out big time. I brought in a bunch of dryer sensors and fuses and he tested them all out for me, and one was bad. He also recommended I check my heating element and took the time to show me what it would look like, and how to check. It turned out to be exactly my problem and it saved me hundreds in the cost of a repair man coming to my house. I was ready to spend hundreds on a new control unit, so glad Arman helped me out.

This company is the best! They took the time on the phone to help me locate the parts on my washing machine then when I arrived at the store before they opened they unlocked the doors early so I didn't have to wait in my car. When took my part in to buy a new one, they tested my old part to be sure it really was broken before we even talked about my purchase. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a VERY long time.

Will recommend!! Michael provided an overall amazing customer service experience. I first called to check the availability of the part and spoke to Michael on the phone. He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arrive at their store, I was greeted promptly by Michael, again. He quickly got me the part and compared to the old one. He noticed that the connector was slightly different on the new model and didn't hesitate calling the manufacture for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacture was little help, Michael provided me with his own solution and let me know other potential issues. Plus, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Thank you Appliance Parts Company and Michael for your amazing customer service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. The inventory on their website is not correct, so do call them. I was looking for a drain pump for my Dishwasher, and search on their website and got zero results. But when I called them the gentlemen who answer the phone was able to find the item. Price was about $5 more than what I could find online. But I would rather get it locally and compare the parts, since it was only a small price difference. Again the most important aspect is that the staff doesn't seems to be just sales people. They actually know about appliance repairs.

Thanks for your help today. I was able to purchase the thermal fuse I needed for my dryer.with the covid stuff going on call ahead. The lobby is closed. (Three weeks later) I am still having trouble with my dryer. I called thinking I needed to buy a $60 heating element. They guy I talked to asked me about the problem and told me to try a couple of things before I spent the money. Thank you for your honesty and help.

I was looking for the "dog ears" for my 15 year old washer because the agitator was not rotating anymore. Yay, they had the part. Todd was great and friendly, helped clarify installation and cleaning when reinstalling. Will definitely visit again. They have all sorts of appliance parts and products and accessories. Had something go wrong with our dryer and the front sales associate suggested a part that was usually the culprit for our problem. He was totally right, he even told us exactly how to find it on the dryer and change it out. Very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable staff and I would totally recommend them to anyone. More recently we had a problem with our glass top stove and again, different associate, diagnosed the problem and got us the part we needed, how to install it properly and it was fixed. Great appliance store.

I really like going here for appliance parts. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They have a fairly good selection of items, except for a few brands, like LG. I think the only slight con of this place is it's location. It's great if you go during the day, but if you go during morning or evening rush hour, it's a huge pain. Nonetheless, I really like this place.
