I liked being moved up into a cancellation slot; I liked the fact that they had diagnostic tools to take out the guesswork. And all services & parts are guaranteed for a year, so that’s good, too. They’re friendly as well, with extra special kudos for the kind young lay who manages the phones!

Jason was very respectful and professional. I was just given a washer and dryer from previous renters as they were moving out of state and had some available where they were moving to. I was told they worked perfectly fine. My first load in the washer stunk up my house and wouldn't drain the dirty water. He came out and got straight to work. He worked on clearing out most of what was clogging the pump. He had it just about finished but had to take it apart a bit more to make sure everything was cleared and worked properly. Before doing anything further he gave me the options on proceeding on clearing the current pump or replacing it with a warranty pump. I chose to just clear the current pump with no warranty as it was the cheaper option for me at the moment. Im very happy with his work and so glad to have a working washer that doesn't stink up the house and drains!! Highly recommend!

All Pro came when they said they would. They even called and offered to come out a day earlier than expected. When the tech arrived he was courteous and explained the issues our stove was having. They were able to bring a part over the same day and get the burner back up and running.

Very happy and satisfied with this company ! We had a heating element go out in our oven , they had to order the part for us. We had to put down half of the the total bill ($360). The part came in very fast (when expected). The service guy installed the element , come to find out , it actually wasn't just the element but the control panel was shot. The cost to replace the control panel was about the cost of a new range , so we decided on buying something new. He took back the part , didn't have to pay the other half of the original ($360), and the next day contacted the companies office and they also refunded the majority of the first payment (only had to pay their $75 for showing up that first day) ! ! I was totally surprised and shocked ! I expected to pay the whole $360 quoted price. (It was suprising to find a good and very fair company in the times we live) ! ! All Pro Appliance A+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called because my disposal was buzzing and my dryer was taking to long to dry, they had someone out the same day. Tech was very respectful even put on shoe covers before entering my home. Found out my dryer exhaust vent was clogged and they could get it cleaned out for me. All together I paid about $400.00 pretty good to get everything working again. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend to anyone.

The servicemen came out and got my fireplace working. They actually were able to come 2 days earlier than scheduled. They were friendly and helpful. They fixed the problem and also vacuumed out my refrigerator coils. I thought the cost of the fridge was a little high for the amount of work involved, but overall was satisfied. I have used your company several times and feel that I received prompt action and good service.

I put a request in for companies to contact me about fixing an ice maker. Maybe because it was the week before Christmas, but only All Pro called back and did so immediately. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next day on a Saturday. When the job wasn't completed we were put on the schedule for the following day which was Christmas Eve. They have been very good at getting in touch when the schedule opens up and moving the appointment forward. We are thankful for the prompt service and are happy to have this resolved before the holidays.

Arrived within time frame they told me. They realized they needed a dolly after arriving so they had to wait for someone else to bring that, but other than that, they figured out what was wrong and it took 20 minutes to install the new part. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Our refridgerator went out over the weekend and while most companies were telling us that they were three to five days out, All Pro fit us in that morning. The technician, Steven, was friendly and professional and wore a mask. He promptly diagnosed the issue with the fridge and replaced a part on our washer and even looked at the dryer.

I didn't know who to call for a weekend emergency fridge repair, so searched Google. I called a few that did not answer or were not available, and finally found All Pro Appliance. They came within a few hours, and most importantly, the tech was outstanding. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and fixed our fridge perfectly. We had other repair companies give a bid but All Pro Appliance was honest and was also the only company that fixed the problem without adding in extra unneeded repairs. It was 1/3 the cost. Thank you. I think because I'm a widow they was trying to take advantage but not All Pro Appliance.

I love this place it is a great place to get help and service from it is also a great place to work a great environment to learn new things and to meet some amazing people they are caring kind and all around some amazing awesome people sometimes the customer service could be a little better but nothing to really complain about their prices are fair considering it's mostly labor if you ever have any questions all you have to do is call and one of the ladies at the desk are glad to help out in any way. I look forward to hopefully getting the opportunity to work for this amazing company again. if you're going to pick any appliance company to take care of you this is the one that I would highly suggest. They do everything from microwaves two washers dryers and ranges Electric and Gas. They are quick to fit you in their busy schedule and provide same day service 99% of the time and will work around your schedule to the best of their ability which is amazing. The technician that comes out to your house is highly trained and capable of fixing any problem that you might have they will also free of charge inspect any other appliances while they are on site and at a low cost can get your dryer vents cleaned which firefighters highly suggest you do at least once a year to bring down the risk of a home fire which could be Insurance nightmare to most. They're number 1 in my book!!! ;)

Leak in washer could not be fixed on first visit by Mason..second visit with John could not find the leak , he told me to take a video when the washer leaked which I did and he came out for third visit again could not find where the leak was coming from so told me he would come out with another technician.. the leak which was coming from the bleach dispenser. Jon was very professional on all visits even though my frustration was showing .

The boys that came did a great job at installing the appliances properly. However, they did not clean up after themselves. All the packaging was left inside the house and not taken care of. It just seemed a little weird that clean up wouldn’t be included in the hearty price we paid for simple installs.
