Quick and excellent service. Saved a bundle by buying the part (the timing motor on a Kenmore dryer) and fixing it myself. I called before I left home, and they put the part aside for me, so I was in the shop for barely 5 minutes. Thanks so much!

To respond to Mr. Benson's claims against us, he failed to mention that that pump he tried to return had water in it, marks on the electrical terminals that only comes from installing, black rubber marks that came from him attaching the hoses. One part he wanted to return was not in the original package and had a screw in it (that doesn't come with the part). We carefully check every return so that the next customer is guaranteed a NEW and UNUSED part. I have installed parts, I was a repair tech for many years. I own my own appliance installation company and have been in this field for over 30 years. He also failed to mention how he went into a fit of swearing at us, flipping us off, and driving up and down the street several times blaring his horn and screaming out his window.

Last time I looked online for a part, and then called Twin City and found the part was $2 more but I could have it today, and bought it at Twin City. This time I called the price was good, and in stock. I bought it now my stove works again. Both times they provided excellent service and had the parts in stock.

I just want to start out by saying that I don't give a flying fig about "customer service." I don't need people to treat me like a queen, bend over backwards, or spend all day helping me purchase something that I can find and order myself. I needed an oven part. Trible's had it. I wanted to give them my money in exchange for the part. I wasn't able to do that without first battling the dragon-lady they have guarding their goods. Am I an oven expert? Surely not. But come on, no need to spit fire. Some advice if you need to shop here: wait until someone else is available. The dragon working at the counter seems to find pleasure in being unnecessarily agro. The other gentleman was very kind and I am still leaving a decent review because he had to deal with both a yelling woman (dragon-lady) and a teary-eyed woman (me), the yin and yang of terrible behavior, in order to make this sale happen. Thank you for your help, kind sir. I'm very glad I will be able to cook dinner tonight because of you!

Great service and knowledge. Prices are comparable to big internet warehouses, definitely worth talking to one of their counter people and paying the extra buck and having the confidence that you getting what you need the first time
