She made an effort to stay in touch and thrilled us with final delivery 2+ weeks ahead of schedule. Dennis (82nd Ave store) was a great salesperson helping us pick out a new washer and dryer, as well as freezer for our new home. He answered all our questions, making sure what we wanted was in stock (since the new home did not have washer dryer, we needed those right away), and confirming we were still in delivery range. Our delivery drivers, Bubba and Demarcus were professional and friendly. Hooked up everything for us and made sure everything was working before they left.

I bought from Standard TV and Appliance 11 years ago when the house we bought came with no appliances. Although we worked with a different representative (Gary Vale), the representative who helped us 11 years ago is still there (Matt Frye). This says A LOT about the type of company Standard TV and Appliance is if they are retaining their employees for such long periods of time. The representative we worked with this time has been there for even longer. We contacted Standard TV and Appliance because our dishwasher we purchased from them in 2011 finally died. I would say we got our money's worth because dishwasher technology today is a lifespan of up to 10 years, except for one brand on the market (Miele) that lasts up to 20 years, but getting repair assistance is challenging. I have been doing my research and we had Bosch 15 or so years ago and it never disappointed. Matt was fantastic 11 years ago, due to the excellent customer service and knowledge he provided us, which made us want to come back again to replace an appliance. Gary, who helped us this time also provided the same excellent customer service and knowledge we experienced the first time we purchased appliances. The company and the employees appear to be genuinely honest and content in their employment. They do not behave like pushy salesman and they provide you the best knowledge they are aware of so you as the consumer can make a well and informed decision with no pressure to buy at that very moment. They definitely don't try to update you unless you are looking for that. I'm glad we decided to come back because it was another pleasant experience. Please recognize these employees, who initially provided a pleasant new customer experience thereby resulting in returning customers 11 years later with the same consistent pleasant experience. After waiting for two months, our order of Hestan cooktop, downdraft and blower are finally here; unfortunately, the box has a hole, I hope nothing is damaged inside. Delivery duo: Bubba and Demarcus are very friendly and patient. Standard appliance is our go to place for appliances, our sales guy Bob Alexander is also knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

New refrigerator was delivered today and it looks amazing. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Bubba and Demarcus were very professional and friendly. They took my old refrigerator out and then brought in the new one in less than 10 minutes. I was amazed! They were very careful as they went along. They made sure it was positioned properly and evened out a slight wobble of the legs. They asked me to look everything over and to let them know if I had any questions or concerns. Bought new freezer and was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Today after being hung up on 2 and left voice messages and then calling main number that I may have it it 5 or 6 weeks. Nathan said they had over 100 in warehouse and no problem getting it. Now they are hoping no back order issue. I paid in full the day I bought, they got my money and srew you now. What a sham place. Used to be good place to shop but that has changed. The sale stuff have no idea if they can even get product out long give truthful delivery times. Buyer beware.
Update, after getting red face a couple times I now have the new freezer. And much happier with the company and salesmen.

Cody was so helpful. Space for a laundry set in my rental is limited in width and height. When he checked the specs on the set I called him about, he discovered that I had overlooked a detail about the dryer voltage: 110V. The space was already wired for 240V, and I wanted to use it. So he found a different set, better quality, that met the space conditions and all the other requirements I had. I'm mechanical- and electrical-impaired, so he patiently explained the details and sent photos to ensure I understood. Work with him, if you can.

Buy Local! Purchased a microwave in stock from the Beaverton store 3 months ago. Today, Alvin, the Online Sales Specialist, was AMAZING in finding options in stock for our new washer/dryer set that had size restrictions (4 other retailers had nothing available.) He also checked their outlet store! We'll stick with Standard for their quality selection, incredible service, and reasonable prices!

I contacted the Standard store on 82nd because Best Buy delayed my scheduled delivery of 11/4 for my Range, and the next available delivery was not until January 2023.

Paid to have washer hooked up wasn’t done they said old washer had water in it so left it in our front yard and said they would be back next day to pick up. Never returned called them said NO order was put in they will be here in a week to pick up. Left scratch and dent on bottom of new washer. 1,000 dollars might not mean much to them but it’s a lot for seniors on SSD.. Disappointed with Standard TV and appliance 😢

Thank You Joe Zuko... After 6 hours and going to 5 Big Box Stores looking for a Dryer (really I'm not exaggerating) I walked into Standard TV and Appliance, Joe told me what dryers they had in, stock and prices I bought one and was back out the door in 14 minutes, yes really, 14 minutes, and i paid i think 100.00 less then any other store i had been to. They also had a huge range of dryers and dryers IN STOCK, yes right their in the store ready to buy, no other store i went to had anything in stock wait their more they also had the really nice Heavy Duty SpeedQueen's and Heavy Duty Maytags IN STOCK, at a really good price. I ended up buying a less expensive model becouse I'm Poor, BUT it was nice to have the option.

On the 2nd attempt at installing my new washer dryer stack, they sent tye A-team. Nyiven & Andrew were exceptional! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and 100% customer oriented they got the job done without any issues. The space for the unit is super tight and ut took some maneuvering but they managed it with ease. They removed and carted away the old, took the boxes and Styrofoam from the new, and left the house without a trace. I'm very grateful for their exceptions service.

Our old refrigerator died suddenly and could not be repaired, turns out LG fridges from several years ago had a compressor fatal flaw. Cory in Internet sales at Standard Appliance was able to find us an excellent replacement in stock at a competitive price for delivery the next day. There was also one on the showroom floor in the Beaverton store for us to go take a look at.
The Standard Appliance delivery guys Daemon and Salomon were extremely careful and exceeded all our expectations in terms of white glove delivery and setup of the fridge. Standard also has an excellent webpage that gives you updates on when the delivery is expected. Ours arrived right on time.
All in all it was a very positive experience.

My partner has purchased many appliances from Standard before. You can’t get this kind of service from the chain stores.

It was nice to go into a store and have someone welcome you in and ask if they could help you. I think we are all tired of the big box stores and the roaming aisles in search of someone to help you. Good luck (once you find someone) that they are actually knowledgeable to answer questions about what you are looking for.
We worked with Philip DeSemple who offered great customer service. He was patient as we asked a lot of questions and answered them all to our satisfaction. He actually took the time to ask us questions to find out how we use our appliances and the things that were most important to us. He showed us several options and comparisons so we could better understand what we were paying for and made it easier to make that buying decision. I did not feel pressured to make on demand decision and we actually left with a quote of several of the options we were thinking on.
In the end he actually saved us money based on taking that time to show us the different features of several appliances. We were pretty set on buying a double oven based on really wanting two cooking temp options (our only drawback to a double oven was not liking how low the bottom oven sits to the ground). After mentioning convection microwaves and all they can do it sent us down another path. We actually decided to go with the convection over the range microwave and single oven. Which cost less then the double oven we were looking at. We feel like we found an even better option for our needs with out any compromise.
Philip was responsive and kind about multiple quote changes until we finally got it down to just what we wanted.
Standards prices are on point or sometimes even a few bucks cheaper than the big box stores but better yet you get the added benefit of working with actual knowledgeable people (NO aisle scavenger hunts to find an associate that may or may not be able to answer your questions). A company that still seems to know what actual customer service is

Was able to order via text which was fantastic and surprising! They price matched too. Delivery was scheduled for less than 48 hours from purchase! Delivery guys Tyler and Marcus were really friendly and considerate of my walls/decor. They took my door off the hinges, pulled my old fridge out, set it in my garage and installed my new fridge perfectly, and made sure I was happy. They even hauled off the packaging which is not the case with AJ Madison delivery. I am really pleased and everyone involved deserves kudos from the management! You are what makes the experience! Lots of options and it was nice to compare side by side.
We went in looking for a fridge, dishwasher, and washer dryer. Ended up we purchased a fridge that took 3 weeks to get delivered even tho it was on the shop floor. There was a missing part and it boiled down to miss communication but nonetheless took 3 weeks and was very frustrating. They ended up gluing the part on and it broke a few months later. Doesn’t impact use of the fridge so I don’t really care but it wasn’t repaired correctly otherwise it wouldn’t have broken.
We would have purchase more items but they wouldn’t match Home Depot prices so we went elsewhere. I like supporting local businesses but I can’t afford to pay $200 more on a dishwasher.

Our dishwasher died, it was annoying. It was the middle of the day, I was in meetings, and I didn’t want to make the rounds at the big box stores. I also have been trying to shop local where I can.
I looked at Standard TVs prices and was super happy to see they were priced right in line with the big box stores. I then saw this little chat feature and thought let’s try it. This was quite literally the easiest appliance purchase of my life. I sent a few text messages, Gary was fantastic, there was zero pressure, and viola I had purchased a new dishwasher. They even had the dishwasher in stock ready for pickup… seriously blown away at the ease of the transaction, the fact that they took our broken one, and had the appliance in stock.

Wish I could give more stars. Ordered a washer/dryer set from Best Buy (should be called Worst Buy) two weeks later day of install they cancel due to driver injury and wouldn’t get me a set for 3 more weeks out. Cancelled and called Cody at Standard TV, he was awesome and got me all set up with an even nicer set, all over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Today is Friday afternoon and expecting my new set Monday! Couldn’t be happier and kicking myself for not calling them first.

I had a great experience with my salesman Bill(William). He really was focused on finding what was best for us and not just the sale. We did have trouble with delivery though which is why I marked them down one star. We order was dishwasher, range, and fridge. They were out 5 times for delivery. One driver made up an excuse and left without noticing that we ordered a fridge that couldn't fit through our doors. We have an odd set up, but it had to come up through our garage and not our larger front door. We could have had everything earlier if he had just done some measurements. It was all made right and we got a better fridge for the same price.

I bought a fridge in April that had a faulty ice maker. After 3 service calls and a conversation with the customer sales manager, I was able to get my fridge replaced. Philip DeSemple took time with me and helped me pick out a new fridge. He was great!!!! He even made a phone call so I could get the new fridge in a couple of days instead of waiting weeks. He also gave me a deal on an extended warranty. It was a great customer service experience and reassured me why I chose to but from Standard TV and Appliance. The delivery people are also great! They work for the company. They delivered the new fridge and took out the old one without nicking my walls or doors. They also set everything up and made sure it was working properly before they left. Morrow was my delivery person. At first I was upset about my new fridge not working, but now I am very happy. I am in love with my new fridge. I would highly recommend buying from Standard TV and Appliance.

I ordered a new GE Washer in late June, but had to wait for the delivery until 9/01/2021 due to the pandemic causing supply/component shortages. Could not be easier: our 13 year old dryer quit (not entirely unexpectedly) and thus began the frantic search for a quick replacement. So many appliances have long lead times and we needed something ASAP. In addition, we had constraints on what would work in the space.
The Standard TV and Appliance website was easy to maneuver despite the wide selection. The best part was being able to chat by way of text with a sales rep who was familiar with the products. When my refrigerator died, I needed to get a. replacement fast. I called 2 of the major boxstores after reviewing their websites. Neither had stock available for same day deliver OR pickup. One of them had a sale model available for deliver April 29!
I called Standard and got connected by chat with Linda in Sales. She found what I needed at a great price, warranty included, and got it delivered to me by noon. Excellent service start to finish! The delivery men were prompt and courteous, including taking away my old appliance.
A new dishwasher is next and I won't bother with the box stores. Standard knows how to solve problems!

Standard TV and Appliance is a God Tier company! We needed to buy a refrigerator and get it delivered quickly. We live out in the sticks with a long, narrow and steep driveway. Before I went to Standard TV and Appliance, I bought a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy, the delivery company could not complete the delivery because of the drive way. So I talked to Lowe’s and bought the same refrigerator, and two days later they too could not deliver it. Neither company attempted the driveway, or took my suggestion use a smaller truck. So as at last I contacted Standard TV and Appliance and explained the situation and sent pictures of the driveway and told them about using a smaller truck. The actually rented a smaller truck just to deliver this to us. That’s pretty exceptional in my opinion. When they arrived, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They wore masks the whole time, were friendly and explained everything clearly. The refrigerator was completely set up, including the water line, before they left and it’s perfect. On top of all that, one of my favorite parts about this transaction was how easy it is to contact and talk the staff there. I can use text messages for the whole transaction and even make the purchase via text. This was such an above and beyond experience, I can not imagine going anywhere else ever again. 10/10 Highly recommend Chris Light and the entire Standard TV and Appliance team for their commitment to excellence. They actually do deliver!

I've bought four items from Standard on four occasions: a refrigerator, a microwave, a laundry drier, and a laundry washer. In all cases, the sales and delivery/set-up were exemplary. The oldest of the items--the fridge--is 16 years old and going strong, and when I buy a new one, I'm almost certainly going to buy through standard.
One thing I want to add in is that I've moved out to a rural area, and their delivery service has remained outstanding. They worked with my scheduling particularities, and the people who did the deliveries of the last two items were awesome in the face of a challenging installation. Not only is my house down a long dirt road, but it's on a slope, so getting down to the laundry room means going down a bunch of stairs.
The delivery guys did it with a smile in no time flat, did a great job, and did it all with masks on for everyone's COVID protection. Such a great job that I'd like to call them out by name! On the last round, for the washer, it was Kyle and Bryce, and one of them had been on the two-man team for the drier as well. I think it was Kyle, but I'm not 100% sure, since I just have the names, and I don't know who came with him on his first visit, but that guy was great, too.
Last, but not least, I want to call out their manager for being adjustable: remember that dirt road? When I got the confirmation that the item was going to be on its way, I checked to verify what size truck it was going to be on, because anything over 20 feet was going to be difficult to maneuver, and it turned out that it was supposed to be on a 30 foot truck. Their shorter truck was out for repairs, but the manager--whose name I don't recall--understood that having to wait another week for a delivery of such an essential item wasn't going to work (driving 15 miles each way to hang out in a laundromat during a pandemic), and was able to get a rental together in order to deliver in a way that was on-time, as expected, without destroying my dirt road.

I contacted Whirlpool about an issue with my electric range that is under warranty and they told me they would have Standard TV and Appliance do the service for me and that they’d call me within a few days. After initially getting diagnosed as a compressor failure, their tech Constantine came and found a blockage in a drain pipe in the back of the fridge unit. I had a refrigerator fail on a Thursday and needed a replacement in Hood River Valley. There isn't much available stock anywhere, especially HR Valley. Standard helped me find a solid replacement, that they had in stock. I had the replacement delivered the following Tuesday and old unit hauled away. I can't stress enough, if you need an appliance, go with someone who has it IN STOCK. I've done the "we've got it" story with major national retailers, pay for a unit, only to be told after paying its going to be 2 months til I see unit. Go with someone you can trust. With the move toward electronic components, the day is long gone when most of us could do simple repairs on our major appliances. Andrew was here twice, first to diagnose the problem and then return today with the replacement component. Had he been able to pick up the part on his first trip, he would have done so. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered.

We first visited Standard TV and Appliance in November of 2017 to purchase a new Refrigerator, Stove, and Washer/Dryer. We were so pleased with the deal that we got and we were really happy with Moises, our sales associate. Moises was very knowledgeable of the products we were shopping for, and was willing to answer all of our questions and explain all of the different options. This is such a huge contrast to going to big box stores where the associates don't seem to have the knowledge base for the products. We have been very happy with those appliances since the were installed in December.
Today, our dishwasher went out - no surprise to us - and we didn't even consider shopping anywhere but Standard TV and Appliance on SE 82nd. As soon as we walked in the door we asked for Moises and were totally ok with waiting a few minutes. And - once again, he gave us excellent service. He showed us the multiple options they had available, explained the differences in each, and worked through getting us the best deal possible.
As far as we are concerned there is no reason to go anywhere but Standard TV and Appliance.

Will price match just about anything. Their warehouse is also close to the showroom so you don't have to go far if your picking things up yourself. Only problem I had was they tried pushing all the accessories on my even though my new washer/dryer I purchased came with all the necessary hoses/splitters/fittings to be installed. We bought a washer and dryer from Standard recently. But the set was way too big for our space. Instead of taking the units right back, the delivery guys left them here, saying we could try to make adjustments to the area to fit them in. Not.
The next day we called Standard and explained the situation and said the units had to be returned, we needed a smaller set. Our salesperson was Travis Howell, and he was very understanding an accommodating. We went back and selected a different set, and an exchange was arranged.
The most amazing thing is that Travis seemed unflappable. No big deal. That was quite a relief! We ended up saving some money by getting a smaller set, no bells and whistles. But we love our Speed Queen set! We highly recommend this store, and if you go there, try to get Travis as your salesperson!!

With our range he was super straight forward and helpful in pointing out why it wasn't working, what to do to prevent it in the future and some other helpful tips in maintaining it. Steve Johnson came when our refrigerator suddenly sounded really loud. Purchased in 2016 the condenser was completely iced over and the "thermistor" needed to be moved. Our dishwasher locked us out and we were unable to wash the dishes. The process of getting a repair person to come out was difficult. I would recommend using the online request and be patient. However when Andrew arrived within the time set and proceeded to fix the problem I was very pleased. Unhappily there are too many electronic functions on our machine and after 6 years evidently it developed a stuck key. As soon as the problem was found, Andrew returned the dishwasher to a working machine. We also covered the keys that caused the problem with the lights still showing.

I wanted to write and thank Standard TV and Appliance and more importantly, 2 of their employees, Kelly Coffman, Customer Relations Supervisor and Jen Sadovnik, Sales Associate at the Main/Hollywood location. My husband and I were one of the many customers to have one of the Samsung top loader washing machines that had been recalled. We purchased our washing machine at the Beaverton Standard store about 14 months ago with an extended warranty and we have been extremely pleased with it. One of the main reasons we went to Standard is to support a local store as opposed to the big box stores and this decision proved itself worthy.
When the Samsung washer was recalled in late September, Samsung refused to make any deal with their customers. Long story short, finally they offered rebates (not refunds) for the faulty washers. We were offered $350+ less than what we originally paid. Fortunately, Kelly worked with us to get us another $100 off a washer that was on sale for BlackFriday. I called and got the salesperson, Jen and she explained the differences in all the washers and we made our choice. Jen’s knowledge, assistance, and patience was so appreciated after all the terrible customer service we had received from Samsung. The same is true for Kelly. We were given direct numbers and hours they worked. Our new washer was delivered about 2 weeks ago and we are very happy with it. We now will wait in the Samsung vortex to receive our rebate. Yes, we had to purchase a new washer first – have proof and send it to them and wait 4-6 weeks to receive our rebate. Samsung hasn’t treated their customers well at all. Thankfully buying through Standard we were listened to and they were sympathetic to our needs. Thank you so much. The sting is still there having to give up a washer we loved and to be out some money, but at least we know Standard listened and navigated us through this crazy experience. Today I had the pleasure of having Phil as my technician to see what was wrong with our refrigerator. He was able to switch his schedule around and come out first thing this morning after a mishap with scheduling yesterday. He was quick to diagnose and we talked about options. Ultimately chose not to fix it as the fridge was worth less than new piece. Very thankful for his input and insight into what to look for in a new or used fridge.
I do have to say that trying to call dispatch yesterday to figure out communication error took half an hour of waiting and then being forced to reschedule for 2 days later at a time that would have not worked again. Trying to get a hold of someone via phone, when I scheduled original work online, was super frustrating and not worth the wait. I instead just called Phil directly and he answered and took the reigns on how to figure the scheduling problem.

Our 2-year old front load washing machine broke just as our daughter arrived for a long stay. That would have been fine but she has a newborn infant and they go through clothes FAST. I called Standard on 82nd late on a Friday and talked with Paul Copeland. They didn't have the model I wanted but he said that he'd call me right back with a similar model and price. He did so, right away. The washer was delivered and installed on Sunday morning. (This was over the Christmas holidays so Standard was busy) I liked the process so much that I called Paul a few days later and bought a Blu-Ray player from him/Standard. Went in an picked it up, no issues.
The prior washer was 26 months old. Warranty ended at 2 years, of course. Neither Sears nor Whirlpool offered us any help with such an expensive item dying so soon. Our last washer lasted nearly 20 years. We take care of things. So we switched companies and will never buy an appliance from Sears again nor would we consider Whirlpool. Our new washer is Korean, sad to say. So much for "Buy American".

Today I had a service call for my Asko dishwasher and my fridge. The tech was Tim Reese and what a great guy he is. Phil from Standard TV was tasked with fixing our finicky refrigerator ice maker. Since the ice maker is in the lower drawer of the unit, it took some disassembly and a long reach to check the dispenser. Phil aced it - temporarily fixed the ice maker, ordered a replacement unit and put all the pieces and parts back together. He was back two days later to install the replacement - so all in all, great service, knowledgeable staff, easy scheduling.

Our Whirlpool front loading washer had started squeaking in the spin cycle so I called Standard and asked them to come out and look at it because we were about a month away from our 5 year service agreement lapsing. The service tech looked at it and determined that many of the moving parts, bearings and tub were worn out and needed replacement. He said the front loaders do tend to wear out quicker due to gravity effect and heavy use. Standard contacted me shortly thereafter and said they were authorized to replace the unit with a new one. I experienced a problem with my Bosch dishwasher. I thought it was the pump, but it turned out to be a motherboard problem, a part that was recalled for replacement by Bosch. Standard has sent out repairmen dutifully and replaced almost every part. Finally Tim came out, took pictures of our mangled icemaker, contacted Electrolux and we are getting a brand new fridge. It started with your sales person, Teresa Dettrich. She listened to my dilemma. I needed a fast solution for an obsoleted dual fuel downdraft range/oven that needed to be installed in a unique environment in a remote area of Oregon in time for an anticipated large group coming for Thanksgiving dinner! She did extensive research on a workable replacement, negotiated the availability and arranged for an installation with the week. The warehouse crew was wonderful in retooling the appliance from natural gas to propane. The installation team from A-1 Installations was very professional in arranging pick-up from your warehouse and delivery to the rural area of Goble. The installers, led by Ronnie, faced some additional challenges in repositioning the down draft, rewiring the 220 outlet and cutting out a small section of the copper-topped island...all done with a can-do attitude and in a timely fashion.
Standard is fortunate to have such caring and talented people, and we were so pleased we called Teresa back to arrange for a replacement for our microwave! She upgraded us to a convection microwave unit that we will pick up Wednesday at your Beaverton store!
As a postscript. The pick-up was wonderfully efficient and speedy. A brief stop at customer service was followed by a helpful loading of the new micro-wave into the car. And off we went. Turn around time-under 10 minutes.

2nd UPDATE
The manager called on Monday and set a delivery for Tuesday (still not our anniversary, but better than 3/1. Then another call came and a cancellation gave us the chance for 2/22 delivery. JOSH of the delivery team saved the experience with his professionalism and care. The surprise had been ruined and a bad taste exists, but the kitchen came. I doubt I will return to Standard, and since it was "resolved" the company site has removed my review, but it does not change what happened or how we were treated. It will remain to be seen if the service/installation fee is removed as we have been told. I simply have a tough time trusting what is said.
***UPDATE***
This year, my wife went to Standard to surprise me with a new kitchen. (Yeah, I am a work-from-home husband who LOVES to cook.) She went several weeks in advance to be SURE that this would be delivered on 2/22/16. The first salesman she dealt, PAULEY IANNOTTI with was super and VERY helpful. She had to return to finalize things and that is when she was handed over to JEFF WEBBER. Where to start. First, she just asked casually about a television. Now, we are pretty much TV'd up. But she was curious for MUCH later in the future. Imagine her surprise when a 65" TV had been added to her order! She had to put a stop to that and tell JEFF WEBBER over and over "WE DO NOT WANT OR NEED A NEW TV."
After getting that straight, she ensured and then called on numerous occasions to ensure this anniversary present would arrive on time. We went out on the Saturday evening and missed a call from JEFF stating that the delivery was all set for MARCH 1st! Umm...no.
My wife went in Sunday morning STILL trying to keep this a secret and was told there was nothing they could do for it, yes they saw the NUMEROUS notes about ensuring a February 22nd, delivery date. When she came to find me in a nearby store where I was getting some shoes, she was crying. I went to the store and was not shy about how wrong this was and how this was ALL their fault. What I got were rolled eyes and "We understand." Really, you have reduced my wife to tears by destroying her surprise which she had managed to keep all this time (she does NOT keep secrets well). I had to wonder how much they would understand if I made their wives cry. Or how understanding their wives would be if she had gotten them a car for this special anniversary and then their gift is a no show on their anniversary because of the poor excuse for a salesman, JEFF WEBBER, and his absolute DISREGARD for other people.
Standard TV & Appliance has now lost a customer as I sit here on a day that I cleared on my calendar at my wife's request because they will NOT be delivering today after the two drones behind the desk including HOLLYWOOD STORE MANAGER, RICHARD HOWARD, assured me that this "would be taken care of right away" which I am now sure was said to get me out of the store so that none of the other customers would be witness to how little this company cares for customers who have dropped several THOUSAND DOLLARS in their business. I must now clear part of my schedule tomorrow for delivery after I was called by the actual manager to be told that I would not be seeing delivery today. She actually thinks that the $300 delivery fee that is being waved will cover my entire day in the studio where I do voice work narrating audio books for Best-selling authors. That barely covers a couple of hours work, much less the 12+.
The company should fire JEFF WEBBER today, and perhaps review RICHARD HOWARD's status as a manager.
I went in searching for a washer/dryer as well as a refrigerator. Dave came up and checked with us shortly after we arrived and then answered a LOT of questions. This was going to be for my first house and I wanted it to be nice. He was excellent, always giving us multiple options instead of just driving us to the big ticket items. He always told us about any options we might be interested in, but if we declined, he did not try to slip them back in over and over like I have found in other places.
