Good afternoon to you. My appointment was set for Monday 11/14 between 1200pm-500pm for my oven. Andy called and came late morning, same as when he came out first time to find out what the issue was. That was fantastic for me both times. Again, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable regarding replacing the faulty wire harness for my oven. He was more than receptive to all my little questions I had for him and was able to answer them all to put my mind at ease. Again, Tiger Mechanical has a winner in Andy. I will definitely contact Tiger Mechanical for any future appliance issues I may have and will also suggest Tiger to the warranty company covering the appliance. Have an amazing day. I had an old GE dual fuel stove. The orifice spuds on the stove top were installed for use with Natural Gas and I don't have natural gas. The propane conversion spuds are no longer available. Your technician walked me through the email address where propane orifice spuds were available and I was able to order them online from Reliable Parts Company. I had looked everywhere for conversion orifices and was unable to find them until your technician located them for me. Nice guy!!! Excellent customer service. Paul C.

The gentleman that came to service our refrigerator was extremely polite and helpful. It fixed the door problem quickly and efficiently. We had the people where we purchased the fridge, Spencer’s, out twice to fix the issue and they weren’t able to get the job done. Tiger’s employee solved it within 10 minutes. The technicians that came out to repair my refrigerator were friendly and professional. The only challenge was a scheduling delay for a return visit to install the correct part because a tech left. However, their staff communicated the issue and the first tech provided a temporary fix until the new parts (condenser fan and blade) could be ordered and installed so I always had a working refrigerator.

Can’t say enough about the promptness of the work with Jesse. He was Quick and efficient, not to mention professional. The one thing I would improve is for the company to send out receipts in a time melt manner. I am sure they are working on it, however it should have been emailed the day the work was complete.

I used Tiger Mechcanical at two different times, first to repair my Thermador stove/oven and again to replace the compressor in my upright freezer. Steve was my repairman both times. Was told that the “service call” was $130; WAS NOT TOLD that the service call did not include any labor! Apparently my GE dishwasher model is “different” than almost all other dishwashers: the repairman had the same problem I did in trying to get the middle drawer glides back on their track and ended up with “extra” glide bearings popped out and left in my dishwasher (which he knew about and basically said “good luck”; call us back if the drawer stops working in less than 6 months).

Update: Dave called me back to apologize for the way I was spoken to and the way the entire call was handled. He was honest, professional, and VERY informative. He has completely changed my perspective on this company and I would absolutely use them in the future. Ella is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Continually cut me off while I was trying to ask my question, terrible broken English, and when I asked to speak with someone else because we were having trouble communicating she said “call back if you want someone else.” Beyond rude and refused to answer my questions without a charge.

My Ice Maker quit working. The first company we used could not figure out what was wrong. Tiger Mechanical sent their Tech Dan who was very thorough and professional - explained what he was doing step by step - testing. He found the problem and it's now working great. I contacted Tiger Mechanical after I had contacted another company and never heard back from them. Tiger contacted me in a timely manner, an appointment was made. Dan from Tiger called me before he came to repair our refrigerator so I was able to secure our big dogs. He was kind, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained the issues clearly. We had to wait for parts but when they came in he came back and repaired the problem. It was such a nice experience due to the professionalism of Dan and the scheduling staff.

They repaired my LG dishwasher with a new soap dispenser. They were on time and done in about a half hour. Technician was very friendly a knowledgable. I you tubed how to do the repair and was going to do it myself but I'm glad I didn't. The technician had obviously done this before and after watching him I'm glad I didn't attempt it. I will definitely use them again and refer them whenever I can.

I have a dishwasher that just wasn't drying anymore. I have a master agreement with Electrolux and on my second attempt to get it fixed they sent Tiger Mechanical. The tech called tech support to no avail but didn't stop there. He ordered a new thermostat and returned the following Monday. It WORKED my dishwasher now dries perfectly. I appreciate the service tech didn't accept the response from tech support and went the extra "mile" which did the trick.

We had to wait for a week or so, we only had an ice machine issue, for a qualified and experienced technician that knew about older fridges but well worth the wait as they FIXED my moms old fridge so we can keep it working a few more years with the custom wood panels and didn't push anything on us PLUS gave great recommendations about self service we can do and great advice regarding other appliances! Will FOR SURE use again!!!

Update: management reached out and resolved the issue, I think upon seeing my previous review. But kudos to them for acting. Customer service and response time are lacking. They did some repair to my dishwasher. After the tech left, I noticed something wrong with the door. I called back, but was informed that since my warranty had just ended, they wouldn't be able to fix it under the warranty. Since it may have been caused by the initial repair, I asked for a courtesy repair to which they agreed. I didn't hear from them for a month, at which point I called to get an update on the appointment. The rep said there was nothing noted in my account, hinting that I was not being truthful, and denied the request. I then followed up with an email listing the call records for every call I made to them asking them to investigate on their end. It has been 2 weeks and no reply. My experience is that they are pretty good about doing the initial repair, but reluctant to follow up if the job isn't done properly.

I have used Tiger Mechanical on two service issues with out Sub Zero refrigerator at our home on Sedona. They made it easy to make an appointment and stayed in contact verifying information as to when the tech would be arriving. The tech was prompt, right on time. He was through in his evaluation of the issue, plus my concerns with the timing to get the parts and return to complete the repair. I had contacted three other appliance repair companies, each one told me that the repair was too complicated for then to handle. My repair was two new compressors for the Sub Zero refrigerator. The total service was handle professionally, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

Our washer started to act up and would not work properly, fortunately it was still covered by extended warranty. Tiger Mechanical where the company sent out by the manufacturer. The service was incredible and above any I have received in the past. We were contacted promptly and scheduled for an appointment which was kept & the tech was on time even called when en-route to let us know his status. He was extremely friendly & courteous. He made sure to use proper PPE and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable having him in our home. Alasandro quickly trouble shot our machine finding 2 problems for which he needed parts. He ordered the parts while continuing to check the machine. He was able to ensure we could still use certain cycles while waiting for the parts. They had the parts in a few days rescheduled and promptly came back and completed all repairs. The same tech did all the work quickly & very efficiently. He also took time to give us some tips for maintaining our machine. We highly recommend this company for any repairs, it's nice to know there are still repairmen you can trust.

Our service person was great. He showed up on time - was neat and very knowledgeable about our appliance. Before this particular service call we had a manufacturers specific service person to look at this issue and he just said he could not improve the situation - but out Tiger technician tried a number of fixes - one which seemed to help for a short time. We realize that trying to chase down a noise can be difficult - especially in a sealed system like a freezer - but we really liked their willingness try and to make a genuine effort. If I need service again I plan on specifying that I want it to be done by someone from Tiger Mechanical. Great work ethic and they understand the meaning of service.

We had purchased a brand new dishwasher within a month we were getting an error on the appliance. Called our warranty co the they put in a request for someone to come out. Tiger came out the same day and discovered the issue and ordered the part and had that sooner than they thought. The appointment for the repair was scheduled right away as well. In the meantime I contacted the co I purchased the dishwasher from. They are going to replace it. I contacted Tiger and they were awesome. I was concerned that they would be irritated. Tiger mechanical was easy to book with. Before the scheduled visit, they called just to check if a few-days-earlier reschedule would suit me. It's nice to know they are very attentive and adaptive to their schedules. Tom and his associate came and did a fine diagnostic job. He was very knowledgeable and prepared. The dryer was shot, but he could fix it. He provided an estimate. The needed parts were already in stock so a next day appointment was available to fix the dryer. Tom and his associate arrived on time the next day and fixed the dryer in less than 60 minutes. The best news was the dryer component that didn't need to be fixed after all which knocked my bill down significantly. Tom even left me some adhesive that he got in preparation of the fix but didn't end up needing on account of his keen eye and steady hand. My dryer works like new and Tiger Mechanical fixed it quickly and well under my budget.

Needed LG fridge service under Lowe's 5-yr extended warranty. Asked to schedule w/Tiger after seeing excellent online customer feedback. We were lucky enough to get Dan, who has to be one of their best technicians. Dan was very polite, professional, efficient, and clean (he even requested a napkin to lay his laptop on, so as not to contaminate the countertop!). He got down to business, diagnosed the problem correctly (the common linear compressor issue we saw with a similar 3 year-old LG fridge 2 years prior), and requested the parts. 3 weeks later he was back with the parts, installed cleanly and effeiecntly (he even vacuumed the coils), updated the firmware, and the fridge was running like new. Being an engineer myself, I could easily tell he had a strong background in electromechanics and thermodynamics beyond the typical technician, and enjoyed a couple of deep discussions! We found Dan to be honest and clear, and felt very lucky we ended up having him. We called Tiger and asked that he be permanently coupled to our account. What a pleasure to have a trustworthy person take care of you without you lifting a finger! Many thanks Dan!!

We had our Samsung dryer repaired. It was squeaking really loud!! So, we got an online coupon and called. They had to get a part but, got it fixed. They had a warranty and so we were very happy. Four months later it started squeaking again! They wanted to charge us a $100 service call to fix the same problem we had the warranty for! I was livid and was going to call someone else! I kept thinking how unfair that was and called and talked to a manager/owner Alyssa and she got them over next day, made sure they had the part on the truck! No service call fee! She said it was a mistake that they said there would be a service fee for a warranted part. Very caring lady. I am glad I called and spoke with her and got my dryer fixed with them.

We had a really great experience using Tiger Mechanical. Tom came out to my business, quoted me a great price on fixing our freezer. He explained in detail everything he needed to do and why. I called them a couple days later to proceed with getting it fixed, they ordered the parts and we're out to fix it within 2 days. Unfortunately a previous "handyman" had totally ruined the wiring in the freezer but Tom was able to get the wiring issue fixed and the freezer working that same day. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

My LG refrigerator stopped cooling for the 2nd time in less than a year. When you call LG they find a repair person because it was still under warranty. The first time they sent A & E Electric. I won’t go into my frustrations with them here but it took 43 long days without a fridge. They don’t carry parts and you have to wait for parts to be ordered This time LG sent Steve, from Tiger Mechanical. We were the last call of the day and he didn’t get here until 3:30 I liked Steve from the time he called to say he was on his way. He was cheerful even at the end of a long day. He replaced the compressor and other parts that he carried with him. I can only say he was professional, friendly , knowledgeable and extremely patient He was determined to fix it this time so we wouldn’t need another service call. My LG fridge will be out of warranty in a few months. You can be sure I will call Tiger Mechanical and ask for Steve -even if I have to pay.

I purchased a GE Dishwasher and within a month discovered the soap dispenser would not dispense. GE sent a service man to fix it and that rep said to just throw the soap in the bottom of the dishwasher. This did not work so I called GE again and they sent the same repair man to me but this time the repair man refused to even make another service visit, he was rude and obnoxious and refused to come again. Spencer's found Tiger Mechanical and they sent a good repair man over. He assessed to problem, ordered a new soap dispenser fix it right. I recently moved into my new home and was thrilled the kitchen was equipped with a Bertazonni oven range. Some of the range flames were uneven enough for me to suspect service would be a good idea. Most service companies I googled repaired standard appliances. Tiger specifically listed Bertazonni in their list of manufacturers and reviews in general were good. I called, was able to have an appointment within several days and the tech arrived on time, calling thoughtfully in advance to let me know his ETA. Service was done expertly and in addition, he took time to explain all the operational details of the oven, which was especially appreciated as the prior owners had not left a manual. Will definitely call them again if needed.

I had a very positive experience with Tiger Mechanical. My fridge went out, so I googled appliance repair and was lucky enough to find this company. Barbara was very helpful and friendly on the phone. She sent a technician, Tom, to my house the very same day. Tom was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. My glass stove top cracked so I called the Frigidaire/Electrolux customer service and ordered the part. Meanwhile, I already contacted Tiger Mechanical to do the install once the part came. Well, all three times Electrolux shipped the glass top, it arrived damaged. Tiger kept in touch with me the whole time. I finally asked for a refund from the Mfg. And asked Tiger Mechanical to order the part for me. In two days I had my new stove top!!!! The installer so so knowledgeable and very professional. Seriously wish I had just ordered it from them in the first place instead of having a broken stove for 45 days! I highly recommend them and will call them the next time I have an appliance issue!

These guys did GREAT. The house was about to be sold and the fridge broke at the last minute which could have caused the sale of the house to fall thru. The service tech, Steve, used his 12 years of experence to get the builtin fridge unmounted and got it pulled out by himself, found and fixed the issue and got everything back into place. Tiger Mechanical was great! Nate was the tech who came to fix my KitchenAid and Whirlpool refrigerators the very next morning after my call. Nate called me to let me know he was on his way so I knew when to expect him, which was right on time. He was dressed in a sharp uniform and very friendly. Nate immediately found the issues with both refrigerators. He was able to fix one right on the spot and the other one he had to order a part. I got a phone call the next morning telling me the part was in and they set up an appointment for Nate to come back that afternoon to install. We needed a repair for our LG Refrigerator. A couple of months ago we had a DIFFERENT service company come out for a repair and they were awful! This time we used TIGER MECHANICAL and the service was incredibly fantastic! Eddie was our Technician. Let me try to explain Eddie to you in the clearest way possible. He was the best technician we ever had here or at any house anywhere in the United States in the last 40 years! Eddie was On Time. Eddie was courteous. Eddie was professional, and he was fun to talk to. Eddie was very informative with the questions I had for him. Eddie solved the problem and also made sure everything on our LG was in spec. Eddie even noticed that our LG refrigerator was never even set up on the feet and it was still on the wheels all this time (three years). We are very pleased with Tiger Mechanical, and especially Eddie! We hope we never see both of you again, but if we do we know will be in good hands.

They were very candid regarding my appliance repair and did not try to up-sell or push to do a repair on an appliance that is "beyond economical repair" and at the end of it's lifespan. I thought that I was performing the maintenance properly; however, Tom showed me that the condenser unit was clogged with lint. Update: We ended up buying a new refrigerator because the parts Tiger Mechanical replaced did not fix the issue. The owner, Beth, was very gracious. She loaned me a refrigerator for several days which I never expected. She also refunded a fair portion of my money. She was very easy to work with even though I was extremely frustrated. The tech, Dan, remained professional even though I'm sure he was frustrated having to return to my home several times. He seems to be a real good person who really felt bad that he wasn't able to fix the issue the first time. Giving 4 stars for their review. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to take several days off to be home for the multiple repair visits and that I was promised a return phone call from one of the ladies in the office who didn't call back. Best advice I can give anyone reading this, ask before work is done if the issue could be something more than what they're fixing. If it is ask about the refund policy and whether or not labor will be charged again if they don't fix your issue the first time. Updating my review: They replaced the same part that they replaced the first time and a week later the fridge is still not working. The tech apologized stating that he was misled by the equipment telling him the problem was something it wasn't. We finally gave up and will be buying a new fridge. I spoke to the office who told me they would refund me for the parts and part of the labor. When asked how much she stated they have to wait for the parts to come back and process the paperwork but she would give me a call tomorrow to let me know much. . I am working on trust and believe that this will be done. Side notes: It has not all been bad. Barb, the owner, provided me a loaner fridge for several days while I was waiting for my repairs. She didnt have to do it but she knew I was frustrated and wanted to help. Dan, the technician, has been patient but I'm sure he is very frustrated having to come to my home several times for the same issue. He seems like a nice guy and I feel bad that he has come to my home several times without being paid. I will update the rating of this review once I see the money refunded back to my bank account. Updating my review: 7 days later my refrigerator is doing the same thing that was supposedly fixed. $700 in parts and labor to replace parts that apparently weren't broken. I called and was told I have to wait until Monday... isn't that typical, take my money immediately but wait until we're ready to come fix your problem. This is unacceptable. This should have been fixed the first time; they made an error and now they need to step up and fix it. I can't wait for them to come out and tell me I owe for another part because they fixed something that wasn't broken. Tiger Mechanical - fix the issue and do right by your customer and I'll change my review. The tech Dan was awesome. Extremely polite, answered all my questions, showed me what he was doing explaining every step, took the time to show me how the defective parts caused my fridge to quit working. They are a little pricey but they claim to give you a 1 year warranty on labor and a five year warrantyon parts. I'll pay more for a little security for a fridge that has been a nightmare. Only negative, I never received a copy of my receipt in email.

The top rack on our dishwasher kept coming off it’s track. This happened twice in less than a year. On his third visit, Shaun, replaced both tracks and it has been working fine. Tiger was helping with a Bosch recall, but the technician was very professional. He even helped level the dishwasher properly, which the people that tiled the floor did not do correctly. It would have led to prelims, so I am glad he let me know. The only negative is they only provide a 4 hour window for the technician during weekdays, the first appointment I was scheduled for the end of his 4 hour window, or 1PM, which meant I would have lost almost 6 hours of my work. I cancelled when I learned this and set a date when I would be at the beginning of his 4 hour window.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable and does an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He explains everything clearly and lets you know upfront what he is going to do. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very accommodating of your schedule. Tom even came in on a Sunday to get the job done as he was going to be traveling the following week. On the scheduling side, Barb does an excellent job of setting up appointments and keeping you in the loop for any last minute changes. I would definitely recommend Tiger Mechanical for any refrigerator or HVAC problems.

Tiger came out when no other Miele service company would and I had called 4 others that Miele recommended. Apparently when you live in the west valley you cant have high end appliances serviced. Tiger was able to square away a challenging repair. Longest part of repair was the wait for new parts to come from Germany.

I was told to contact their LG approved appliance repair company in the East Valley. After 8 service repair visits, the issue with the washing machine was never repaired. She listened to me when I described the issue with the machine. She was required to order parts through LG; which took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. My Maytag washer stopped working after 18 months, thankfully I had an extended protection plan from Lowes. Tiger Mechanical was dispatched by Lowes and Tiger Mechanical was out at my place within 24 hours, they even showed up on July 4th! Dan was the Tech, he called and sent a text prior to showing up. When he arrived he was very polite and courteous and seemed concerned about the washer. He listened to what I noticed with the washer as well as the steps I tried to test/resolve the issue. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad water intake valve. Unfortunately he had to order the part which usually takes a full week, but he called his manager to see if the part could be expedited, which it was! a day and a half later Dan has the part and repaired my washer! Just had technician Dan solve an issue with our washer. Water had been pouring out from an unknown location. After working, taking apart the top, and portions of the front, he discovered the culprit. A small bottle cap from the detergent container had fallen into the tray holding detergent and worked its way along the fill tube, causing the blockage. Problem solved - he then showed us a couple of features about the machine for which we were unaware. Now all is GREAT. Expensive, but got the job done. They wanted $109 to look at my clothes dryer AND $69 to look at the dishwasher. They were 10' away from each other and being looked at during the same scheduled time frame. The dryer ended up needing 3 trips because the squeak came back twice, but I was not charged extra for this. I'd have given 5-stars but I am shocked at how expensive the labor is. Maybe it's because this is my first new style washer/dryer. In years past I'd just go get a junker for $200 st Spencer's and be fine for years.

We had a Bosch dishwasher repaired a couple of weeks ago by Tiger Mechanical. It had not been used in some time and was not draining...it was actually kind of gross inside. I feared the worst, but Tiger sent Tom and after giving me best-case and worse-case scenarios, he quickly diagnosed the problem. After a relatively simple fix - viola! - the dishwasher is now working beautifully again. He even gave me tips on how to make it work more effectively by leaving a bit of food on the dishes (so there is something for the soap to stick to) as well as what kind of dishwasher detergent works best for it. He was very straightforward, professional, and was very experienced with the machine. I can't tell you how happy I was that we scheduled the appt. with Tiger Mechanical. I definitely recommend them and would use them again for any appliance repairs in the future.

Tom finally figured out why my Wolf vent hood would not work--after 3 years in a newly built custom house, I find out the builder installed the duct work incorrectly. Despite multiple complaints to the builder about the carbon monoxide detector going off when I used multiple burners and the grill on by Pro Range--the builder insisted the duct work was fine. The builder had me change carbon monoxide detectors and file complaints with Wolf. Wolf had Tiger come to Tucson to evaluate my vent Hood and Pro Range. Tom went on the roof and scoped the duct! Tiger Mechanical was professional and knowledgeable!

Tom fixed 2 problems after they were (expensively) misdiagnosed and worked on by another local appliance service company who deals with Viking products. one company had no idea where to look to find the solution last time, but billed me for overtime (to take his next customer's 15 minute phone call, and to put the fridge back together twice for forgetting to reinstall some of the parts he removed). then he wanted to charge an additional $600 for new parts that had absolutely nothing to do with my refrigerator problem. Tom instantly showed me why my fridge wasn't working - and the price for the PROPER repair turned out to be a ton less money. on another occasion, a different company installed new refrigerator door hinges crooked, causing a seal problem. i mention other businesses' bad work in this review to contrast just how competent Tiger Mechanical Services are - Tom arrived quickly and expertly fixed what the others did wrong. plus Tiger charges per job, with no overtime and solid warranties, which really benefits the customer. Well, our issue with our oven was, that it would not ignite when I turned it on, thus not heating up. Had my husband trying his hand at it too so wasn’t just me. When the tech came out, of course it lighted right up and heated. Go figure. The tech was very personable, professional and got here within the timeline promised but it did end up costing us the $100 dollar for the service call. We were told about this up front so It is what it is and I have nothing to fault the tech or company for. He did say he would not charge another $100 if it happened again in a reasonable amount of a time lapse which is fair. Bottom line I would call them again. Many of the companies are charging an up front service charge these days......

Thermador freezer went out unexpectedly. Thermador only recommended four service companies in the area, including Tiger Mechanical. Other three firms were telling me one to two weeks just to come out to diagnose. Tiger Mechanical understood that not having a freezer for that long is a big deal. They were able to come out, diagnose, drop ship the replacement part and get it running in a couple of days, which was critical since my renters were arriving and I was leaving town. They were upfront on pricing process and the charges were in line with the estimate. They clearly knew their stuff and gave helpful suggestions to keep it running in the future.

I have a 30 year old Thermador oven that needed repair and many parts are no longer available. You may ask why I don't just buy a new oven. I would love to but no one's makes this size double oven anymore and it is a built in. To buy a new one would require remodeling my entire kitchen!!!!
