Matt our installer was wonderful & did an AMAZING job! He installed our Frigidaire Professional Fridge & Freezer units with 79” Trim Kit in like an hour and a half. He even removed all of the protective plastic off the units & cleaned up! He was very experienced with installing these & knew exactly what to do. He even gave a quick overview of the units. Highly recommend Spencer’s for appliances and for installation! Exceeded our expectations!

I am so happy with the sales and service teams from Spencer’s TV & Appliance. The team was responsive to my needs including having to change the delivery date last minute. Also, the communication they gave me kept me up to the minute on the delivery during the day that my new oven arrived. They worked efficiently to install the new oven and took away the old one for a cost much less than the competitors! The installation team was very professional. The oven is beautiful and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company!!

Took care of business without having to walk into a store, all done through a few texts and a short phone call. A brand new Bosh dishwasher got installed 2 days later. The install guys were great. First time using Spencers, and I'm impressed. From purchase to installation, it was smooth and efficient. I'm very happy with the price too. I'd definitely recommend them.

After a delivery hitch a couple of weeks ago our beautiful new washer and dryer were delivered today! The guys needed to reverse the doors because of our home's configuration which our very friendly delivery guy did in a flash. Spencer's does an excellent job communicating date and time of delivery. For a small fee they hauled away the old machines and our new laundry room is ready for business

It started with Justin, the salesman. I picked two out, different sizes. The one I originally ordered would not have fit. I called Justin and he changed the order to the other one I picked out. He was very nice and patient with me. Joe, the delivery man and the 2 other guys were all very nice. They set it up and it was ready for use when they left. Needed new Washer and Dryer. Poor experience at Lowe's, so I went to Spenser's. I got sweet talked into a beautiful blue set. Had to wait 5 days for delivery. Salesman promised both would be installed. 2 Delivery men showed up on time, but argued with me constantly. They REFUSED to install just because I would NOT buy THEIR hoses and hook-up accessories. I already had purchased brand new accessories brand new in the package. Reported to the salesman that no installation was done and was spoken to rudely and requested to speak to the manager and was spoken to just as rudely. Never again Spencer's. Never again.

Spencer's TV and Appliance is a great place to buy appliances and top of the line mattresses. We've purchased several items from them including a KitchenAid refrigerator & Dishwasher. During our purchases there was no Hassel, the salesmen were upbeat, honest and very helpful. Upon installation, the noted items were installed in a quality manner with no problems at all. My wife and I are very satisfied and would recommend Spencer's to anyone that wishes to be a highly satisfied customer.

Spencer’s is a great company and my experience with their staff has never been a bad experience. However, that greatness is also represented in its partnerships. Once you leave Spencer’s and experience an issue with your appliance, you then have to deal with the warranty company they chose to partner with known as Centurion. Once your in their hands that great experience is out the window. If Spencer’s changed that partnership that took care of their customers like they did, they would be my top appliance company. I advise anyone who does purchase, to stay very close with their sales rep and make them promise you that they will continue to have your back after the purchase to make sure if anything happens they will aid in that process with you as well. Other than that Spencer’s is great.

I highly recommend Spencer's - this was my first appliance purchase with them and I will be a returning customer now as I need to replace a few more appliances. I had just installed a new porch light that didn't allow my security screen to fully open - I never thought it would be a major issue but it prevented them from taking out the old fridge and bringing in my new one. One of the delivery crew let me know and I said, "I need a fridge, I'll rip it off the wall myself!" Instead he carefully took it off and disconnected the wiring, then expertly reconnected everything and put the light back up. The rest of the crew took the stickers and such off my new fridge. I am just beyond impressed! I placed my order on Friday over the phone since I knew the exact fridge I wanted and it was delivered Tuesday. Seemed a bit long to be without a fridge but it speaks to their demand - and it was worth the wait. Maybe Lowe's would have been a day or 2 faster but Spencer's price was at least $300 less, plus I feel like the service was unmatched. Thanks Spencer's Sales and Install Crew - I'll be seeing you all again soon!! :)

This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have had. Needed new washer/dryer in a hurry. Got them next day after shopping online and speaking to salesman Shane Cabrera, who called me. Delivery guys were exceptional - friendly, helpful, going out of their way to please. Both Jesus and his partner could not have done a better job. Delivery and pick up fees reasonable, as were the prices of the merchandise and warranties. I will definitely return to Spencer's for all my major appliance purchases.

Good selection and pretty good prices. David helped us and he was friendly and helpful. The delivery was smooth and professional although the installer didn't clean up after he drilled holes into the cabinet for the microwave, so there was sawdust all over. Overall it was a good purchasing experience and we're happy with the appliances received, they were priced competitively compared to big box stores and the deliver and recycling/haul away fees for the used appliances were lower than big box stores.

I really appreciated the fact that I was updated several times the day before, and the day of letting me know exactly when they were going to be here. That is a great customer service feature and I would encourage you to continue doing it. The gentlemen that came to do the install and remove my old one were very nice, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Even while taking the washing machine up and down a very steep flight of stairs they were very cautious and professional. They were in and out of here in about 15 to 20 minutes. Justin talked with us on our exploratory trip and provided excellent information. We returned to make the purchases during their preferred customer event (great timing, coincidentally), once again working with Justin. My wife and I had done our research and knew the brand and model we wanted and we’d looked the washer and dryer over at Home Depot and agreed we liked them. The following Monday, I stopped into Spencer’s to confirm they had them and to get a quote. The salesperson gave me another quick tour of our models on the floor and then beat the best price we’d seen by a couple of hundred dollars when we calculated their low delivery fees into the total. “How soon can you deliver them?” He responded that the only day this week we couldn’t get them was the next day. Any day after that was good. We selected Saturday. On Friday, we got our first notice from their chat bot that we’d receive the units the next day. By 6:30 on Saturday, we’d already received another alert that the delivery would arrive between 7:00 and 9:00. Our driver called and said he’d be there in 30 minutes. He arrived by 7:30 and he was showing us how to use them by 8:00. The total time we spent with getting our new washer and dryer was less than two hours. They couldn’t have made the process any smoother and we are quite happy. Thank you, Spencer’s. You are the best.

We had researched Appliances & even visited a few Competitors in the area & settled on Spencer's. Our decision was based on Availability of items & delivery. Well the day of Delivery went okay but one of the item's was damaged. The Delivery guy "Brandon" ( awesome asset to Spencer's his loyalty to item & customer amazing) so he pointed it out right away & we had the right to refuse item or take as is. Well we refused the item, called Spencer's & they rescheduled a new Washer to be delivered the next day. Next day before the delivery guy Devyon attempted to bring the replacement washer into our home we noticed damage again. We refused the Washer again but Delivery guy not as friendly & frustrated that we refused the washer & noticed the damage. Needless to say another call to Spencer's to see what we could do. Spencer's made it right Day 3 & Brandon as our Delivery guy washer was in Great shape, & installed. Thank you to Brandon the Delivery guy for making this install great & his attention to items going into a Customers Home. We were told we were the " 1% " of customers that refused damaged items & not seek a discount. Well we like being " The 1% ". Thank you love the new Washer & Dryer & Spencer's for going out of your way for a timely delivery & making it right

The previous owner of my place converted the upstairs hall closet by installing the washer and dryer hookups in it. It is unique and I'm happy the laundry closet is on the same floor as the bedrooms. The challenge was locating a washer and dryer that would fit. It took two attempts, and this was my fault due to the measurements. Whoops! My salesperson, Rueben Rodriguez at Spencer's didn't even mention that it was my fault. I went back into the showroom and we selected a new unit. The new unit was on sale for Labor Day weekend so I received an excellent discount! Rueben was great throughout the process and I highly recommend him. Lead Times: Other retailers are quoting delivery times of 3-4 WEEKS for in-stock appliances. Spencer's delivery times were both 3-5 DAYS after my purchase was made. They are fast! Delivery & Installation: Most retailers contract 3rd party delivery companies. I was very impressed with the delivery personnel that Spencer's contracts. They were on time, informative, personable and installation was FAST. I am very HAPPY with my purchase! Ask for Rueben!!!

The experience of price, purchase transaction and super fast delivery process was 5+ Stars!! However, I was adamant and made a verbal request upon purchase AND with the deliverer on the morning of delivery, requesting a 10-15 minute notice because of 3 large dogs AND for me to remove items (did a thorough cleaning of Fridge the night before so that it would be a quick task), all said that was not a problem and told me that the automated system would text me when the delivery was on the way to my house. I was fine with that and said okay. That never happened and they just showed up and I was very upset and disappointed!! I don't like to waste anyone's time and I don't want to be put on the spot to try and get my large dogs outside (leaving the 3 men inside of my home w/o me being there) I was then asked if I had a large bucket for them to unhook the R/O system and I said that I would have to go find an empty one. Again, leaving 3 men inside of my home w/o me). They continued to leave my front door completely open even when I asked for it to remain closed after large items were in and out. We had flies and mosquitoes in the house all night. The only thing that I was told about the fridge was don't drink the water or use ice for the first 24hrs. Then they left. 24 hrs later we still can't get ice and the middle drawer is freezing everything and tutorials are all over the place. Frustrated and also the 'old school' call your Customer the next day or so (especially with a large purchase that was paid in full) to thank them for their purchase and to see how things went. So, Spencer's, this is why I left a lengthy review here for you to read. Have a great day 😀

A company/organization is only as “good” as the individuals working with and for it. Jose and Victor were courteous and perform their task wonderfully. In today’s economy so many service industries forget the customer is the reason they have a job; this was not the case. Also thanks Clifton their manager whom I’ve worked with for years! Nice job. I ordered my new washer and dryer online early Sunday morning, and by 9:15 on Monday they were installed, with the old ones removed. The personnel that worked with me on my order were excellent, and the delivery gentlemen were prompt, polite, and very efficient. I couldn't be happier with the entire Spencer experience. It started with a phone call to Logan where I inquired about the availability of an apparently hard to find LG convection/microwave oven. I'd searched several other retailers earlier in the day only to find the unit either not available or not available until late March or early April. Logan let me know not only did they have the unit, but it could be delivered the next day. Early next morning I received a text from Jenny giving me the delivery/installation time window. She kept in touch several times all through the process letting me know how the driver/installer, Jacob, and his partner were progressing. The installation itself was quick and professionally done. Jacob even reminded us that this unit was heavier than most microwaves and since it was installed in an RV, we'd want add some extra bracing under it when we were traveling-just in case. Logan, Jenny, Jacob and his partner was all friendly, knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend Spencer's to anyone.

We got a great deal on a washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. It was so much better than other stores, that we drove 100 miles to shop there. We even got a free washer pedestal that came with the unit. And when we didn't know if we had 3 or 4 prong outlets, they gave us both kits, no extra charge. Bring extra ratchet straps if transporting by yourself, which is an option for saving money.

My husband and I were very impressed with the sales staff at Spencer’s and it didn’t stop in the show room , the service detail went down to their delivery team as well. Recently we needed to purchase a utilitarian washer and dryer for a rental home we just rented and our sales associate (Natalie) was spot on, unlike other vendors we tried who knew nothing! Natalie knew her products up and down to the hoses and filters and gadgets galore. It was literally one stop shopping. However our experience with Spencer’s didn’t end at the point of sale - we received telephone calls and texts the days following every step of the way and upon our delivery day one of our machines didn’t work so our installation guy got one on the very next truck the following day and bang problem solved!. It’s nice to see there are still companies out there that service the public in a professional and fluid manner. Even when there’s a wrinkle they smooth it out like buttah! Spencer's is a 5-Star Appliance Solution. When I have an appliance need, I contact Spencer's. My latest appliance need was a Built-in Double Oven. It was installed today and the whole process from the original call to find the best replacement option, to delivery date updates, to actual delivery date scheduling, to installation was a 5-Star experience. The Sales Staff is knowledgeable, and they have instant access to warehouse availability info and estimated delivery time. Spencer's uses only highly qualified installation contractors who test the installations, take away the old appliance(s), and leave no cleanup issues.

Sales rep was great! Delivery was a bit tricky as I was told the delivery guys would be able to remove door etc. That was not the case. They didn't install the gas hookup correctly to the dryer and it was leaking. They had to come back out and correct it. One delivery guy was patient as the other was in a rush. Wow!! We have always gone with big name locations (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc) for appliances and the past couple of experiences with them purchasing appliances have been horrible. So we gave Spencer’s a shot and WOW!! Speechless! Amazing overall service!! Ordered a stove on a Monday and had it delivered by Friday of the same week, and on a holiday week!! The communication from the Spencer’s team is amazing and goes above and beyond from the get go! The sales personnel offered other options with great prices but didn’t push it or pressure me to get another product! The price and discounts they offer are great also and their products they sell are a great variety. Then came the delivery and the 3 delivery personnel were so professional, speedy, careful, and even went above and beyond to level the stove to make sure it matched the countertop level AND the backsplash!! I mean come on!! Seriously beyond happy with their services! Definitely recommend and will be going back for future appliances!

The installation of our dishwasher went quickly. Even when an additional part was need for proper installation, the installer left to get the additional part needed. Our delivery for an in-stock freezer was scheduled for 1 week following the order date (this included the Thanksgiving holiday, so not bad!). We received order confirmation and auto updates on the upcoming delivery. The freezer was delivered on time, undamaged and put into place without incident. We tested the freezer by using an extension cord to another outlet and it was functioning. Our old freezer was hauled away for a minimal cost. The 2nd delivery drivers failed to secure the handle on the freezer half of the refrigerator and took apart my front screen door and never put it back together. I needed to replace the built-in microwave and the manufacturer had discontinued the model. I was unable to get a suitable replacement from any of the usual big box stores. I tried Spencer's and was able to get one ordered (including the needed trim kit). They warned me that delivery could take a while because of the slowdown and poor communication about delivery dates from the manufacturer. They kept the order open and proactively communicated with me. When they finally got both parts in, they set up a very quick installation appointment. Jake was here and gone quickly with a perfect installation. He checked to make sure everything worked and cleaned up when he was done. The experience couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Spencer's.

They have a finance program to help get you what you need or if you just need to build up your credit. I still haven't received our 1st bill but between the great and quick install job and our salesman Tim, it was a good experience. Not everyone could have done such a good job with us as we saw some of the other salespeople's style. Tim met our needs and matched our energy. Not pushy, talkative, or that hovering that you hate when shopping. Would definitely recommend. I had a great experience with Spencers. I had ordered a fridge for my new house and the one I wanted was not expected to come in for a month. But I liked that one so I decided it was worth the wait. The day before delivery was expected, I received the automated text message and email advising me that someone would be calling in the morning to let me know what time to expect them. The next morning I waited, cleaned out my old fridge so the delivery guys wouldn't have to wait around for me. By 10am, I still hadn't received the call, so I called them. Brian was very apologetic stating my fridge was still on backorder, due to all the shipping issues that we're all familiar with by now. He said I should have been told this, but he was unaware of it until just now. But, instead of just telling me I had to wait, or cancel my order, he went above and beyond and sent me a list if all the similar fridges they physically had in stock and said if I wanted to pick one out, my price would not change and he said he'd have it delivered first thing the next day! Over the past several months we were undergoing a kitchen remodel. My designer always uses Spencer's. I can tell you I was initially concerned because in the past I had heard mixed reviews. I couldn't have been more wrong! From my first contact until my last delivery a couple of weeks ago I have been nothing short of impressed with their exceptional customer service, pricing and quality of the appliances I ordered. I purchased higher end appliances including a Bertazonni induction range, Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher amongst other appliances. From the time I placed my order they were in frequent communication regarding delivery, all items were delivered ahead of schedule. After installation I had a few questions, they sent out technicians to ensure everything was installed and operating correctly. I had purchased an ice maker and decided it wasn't what we wanted so I worked with them to exchange it for beverage center. I have had contact with everyone from the delivery person to the GM and they all were amazing! I can't recommend this Spencers location enough! The next time I'm in the market for new appliances they will be my first and only call!

We've been a Spencer's customer for over 25 years and the most recent experience shows why we will come back again. Looking for a 75"-85" TV, we were helped by the store manager (Tim) who was really knowledgeable about the pros/cons of the brands we were considering. We settled on an 85" Samsung and he worked with us on the price & warranty given we are repeat customers. The bad news was the TV worked for 1 day then couldn't detect the internet. Samsung tech support was excellent (even on Sunday) but I decided to contact Spencer's to see about replacing it instead of a service call. I spoke with Tim and he didn't hesitate and scheduled the delivery of a new TV the next day. This is the type of service that keeps you coming back. He could have said, let Samsung fix it but knew that wasn't going to be satisfactory. The new TV was delivered and the crew set it up, tested it to make sure it worked properly and made sure all our questions were answered before they removed the original TV. The entire Spencer's team, from the manager to the delivery crew, were great to work with and really care about the customer. This is hard to find these days so if you want a good experience - shop at Spencer's.

My wife and I purchased a high end Kitchen appliance package (Refrigerator, oven and microwave unit, dishwasher, and gas cooktop) a couple of years ago. They give you a day for the service, and then Jenny sent us a 2-hour window that morning. They have an app that tells you what number in line you are, and it updates to tell you what job they are on. Our installers were here in the middle of our 2-hour window, Carlos quickly removed the old dishwasher and told us a problem he saw with our disposal connection and fixed it as part of the installation. It would have been nice to have learned of the changes in advanced. They knew the old refrigerator and they should have known that I would have to do some changes. During this pandemic I found that I could not get the refrigerator I wanted without waiting two months for delivery, after checking several sites local and online. Jim Beck at Spencer's TV and Appliance pointed me to one that although not the brand I was looking for, met my criteria and was available. The price was much lower too. Surprisingly, they were able to deliver it the next morning. What a blessing, because that next morning my refrigerator had stopped working for good. By them getting it out that morning saved me hundreds of dollars in lost food. As for specifics with delivery: they kept me well informed of the delivery even sending me a text that the delivery crew was at my door. They did a great job of hauling off my old huge 29 cu-ft fridge and getting the new one in. I am very pleased with the service.

I have recently purchased both a TV and a refrigerator from Spencer's, and the service has been excellent! The delivery team setup the TV and offered to dispose of the box and packing materials. When the refrigerator was delivered they assembled everything and removed all of the shipping protectors - much more than the home improvement store that delivered my last refrigerator. There were issues getting the refrigerator, but that was a problem with the supply of appliances in general. Spencer's did a great job of keeping me updated when they had information (ordered the 'fridge in April, was delivered in September).

My 25 year old dishwasher's timer could not be repaired, so I went to Spencer's to buy a new one. I had done my homework online and decided to buy the same mfg I had had for 20+ years (Bosch). My salesman was wonderful and very helpful. When the product arrived (after great communication from the store), the installer had an issue due to the width of the tile on the floor below the original. The new model would not fit due to mfg design (no feet to raise or lower the unit). Spencer's immediately found a replacement ADA version (with feet) and installed it the next day. The only area of improvement I could suggest is to make certain the delivery application is tied to a working location setting. The delivery guys, who were very cordial and polite, ran late because of traffic and a bad navigation suggestion on their phones. That’s fine. Real world. It happens. However, the application indicated they were in Fountain Hills as they were pulling into my drive in Cave Creek! I might have left for an errand thinking they were still an hour away. It also made me think they weren’t timing their notifications according to actual location. It so happens they just needed to make sure the application was tied to a phone on which location was active. Otherwise, the new dishwasher is dreamy, beautifully installed, the old hunk of junk is finally, blissfully, gratefully gone, and I’m back to a happy place. All around outstanding experience. We got a great deal on a washer and dryer. We knew what we wanted and worked with Kurt by phone to complete the order. Delivery was prompt, with frequent alerts regarding our delivery time. Delivery personnel were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Spencers has been our source for appliances and TV's for the past 10 years, and we plan to continue shopping there in the future.

Jenny called me and gave me all the up to date information regarding delivery and installation and the truck arrived on time and the installer removed the old microwave and installed the new one like clockwork. Purchased washer and dryer. My son was connecting for me. Didn’t realize that the dryer did not include the electrical cord to plug it in. Who does that? Are you forced to buy the attachments? even though power cord should be included to run! I was astonished! The delivery services were very professional. Automated system and driver both advised their approximate delivery time and was very prompt. The delivery drivers were excellent team and driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would give a five star to delivery drivers but the store did not advise about the power cord that had to be purchased for the electric dryer, reason for 4 star.

Spencer's is excellent. The installation process was very quick and great services. The installation team called and said they would arrive in approximately 15 mins. They were on time. They removed the old over the stove microware and installed a new one. They cleaned the area they worked on and removed the old microware. I have used Spencer's many times over the yearschand. No problems with merchandise. Sales staff usually good. Delivery time good. Delivery personnel always friendly and accomodating. Always be prepared for installation fees on CERTAIN products. Not all.

This was a great experience. Our fridge broke and we were concerned we would not be able to get a replacement soon because of shortages. Luckily I decided to go to Spencer’s where, together with the excellent service of Joel Z, I did the entire transaction over the phone. Now, not even a week later, I have my brand new fridge up and running and never lifted a finger. The old one was even hauled away. This was the best experience ever! My cooktop went out. (Purchased from Spencers in 2009 with a 6 year warranty). So we called Spencers to see what was available. With supply and demand our online specialist Jesse went above and beyond! He took the time to explore our options. We were able to get a great cooktop delivered the next day! Avery and Fabian communicated my time frame for delivery as well as a 15 minute lead time before the installation! Fabian and Avery were super friendly and courteous! They ensured our new induction cooktop worked as well as went over the manual. It’s this type of experience as to why I’m a Spencers customer!!!
