This was my third big item purchase at Con's home store. My #1 reason was the item and my #2 reason was William Ballesteros, the salesman. His dedication to making me feel comfortable while making my choice was spot on. I can certainly see why Con's or any big box store would employ guys and gals like William. From day one last year when I made a big ticket item purchase, I knew this was my guy. He's a young, energetic, really knows his stuff, no pressure salesman. I like that in a salesman. Hi Yesterday i went to buy a recliner, i was looking for 40 min before any body that works there actually acknowledge me, once they did the sell was good, Sue was friendly and Nice, the delivery fee used to be free Now they charge, i txt another Conns in Mesa, they told me if i actually go to them they would take that fee away….. but its actually a drive to head that way…… they could off just taken the delivery fee off where i was Rite!!!

I was not greeted when I came in the store. I spent about 15min looking at washer and dryer sets and no one came to assist in the sale. After about 10more minutes I was finally greeted by Dennis. He was a great salesman. He answered all of my questions about the washer and dryer sets. He was informative on the products as well as warranty and interest free payments. I was approved for a line of credit with Synchrony and given 2yrs no interest. The service was excellent and I will most definitely be back.

At first parking lot was empty but found out one employee drives ,the others carpool or do whatever not surprised with gas prices , once inside looked around. William greeted me and walked me threw financing and lo and behold got me a 85 inch Samsung service was wonderful.. Go see him he’ll take care of you.

I would give it a 4.5 but it won't let me. It is a very nice store. Lots of stuff for your home. The manager, she was great. Very helpful and nice. Prices are as expected, a bit more for stuff but very nice furniture and appliances. A good place to check out if you are in need of doing something to your new home or just to change up what you have now.

Another advantage over Home depot, Lowe’s and Sears they seem to enjoy what they do, happy to hep and you don’t have to search all over the store to get prompt assistance. We bought a washer / dryer apartment style unit. It worked until the 1st payment was made. Just had the service man was just here and found the dryer drum was coming apart from the heat shield. Which caused the shield to rub on the heating element. Causing the breaker to Trip and burn up the heating element. The heating element needs to be ordered and shipped overnight then might have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for repair. I called the store and told them the problem and was told well you're stuck until the part is replaced. Guess what our 2nd payment is due Thursday. I'll return the great service. Well I don't believe it but it's true the squeakiest wheel gets the most attention. Conn's Just delivered a new washer/dryer. To my surprise. Thank you Conn's for being so helpful with the defective unit. Sorry for my Ranting.

Very helpful staff. We were helped by William, he was very knowledgeable about the products and also with the buying process. Good products, I bought a 65" tv and a king size mattress. It's a very good price as long as you pay it off in 12 months otherwise the interest is very high. The whole process was very easy and we were in and out in less than an hour.

They had what i wanted and due to the incredible customer service by Romeo at the Dunlap and i17 store he went above and beyond so I could receive the product i was looking for. I was approved for $6000 and , so, I purchased several items. I didn't have to put any money down and my payments don't start for 45 days..All in all I am very pleased with service and my products. The service was fine. The laptop I needed I was in stock there and there was good communication between the Stapley location and this location to hold the laptop for me. I’m giving it 4-stars because several employees weren’t wearing their face mask completely or at all (even when they were less than 6 feet apart). I have made about six major purchases from Conn's. I keep returning because I am always treated well. I have never had a problem with anything that I have purchased. Armando, the manager, knows my name when I enter the store. I always get great service from the salesperson. Edward Luna was my salesperson today. He also knows my name because he has helped me before. He always helps me get the best value and he explains the entire transaction so that I understand the whole process. The personal service and the great service keeps me returning.

At first, I was a little hesitant to get financed here as I have had bad experiences at competitors in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the inventory of better quality but the prices were more than fair and the service was exceptional! Jose was super knowledgeable and he seemed to have our needs and budget in mind. This was my first time ever being at any Conns Location. I was helped out by Mitchell Martini. He was extremely helpful. They were not pushy for me to buy and he gave me the time to shop around while he was checking my approval. I felt bad since he walked the entire store just to catch up to me multiple times. We would have been able to finalize my deal on the same day but there was a problem with their credit department which was out of their control. I just came back the next day to find everything ready for me to sign and i walked out with my items. Come to find out that they had actually kept working my deal even after i left. I strongly recommend going to Conn's if you're in need of furniture and can't afford to pay the prices right up front. I also recommend seeking out Edward as your salesman because he is FANTASTIC!!! My only complaint is with their promo about free next day delivery. We purchased our items today (6/9/2018) and were told that our furniture would be delivered the next day (6/10/2018). Later on in the transaction, we found that there would be a $50 charge for delivery because I live on the third floor of my apartment building. A few hours after the transaction took place, I received a call saying that the furniture won't be delivered until Monday (6/11/2018). I get it; things happen, but it shouldn't be advertised for free next day delivery if that isn't necessarily the case. Maybe I missed the fine print.. Other than that, the store is fantastic and the people there are awesome!!!

Customer service was polite, slow to come to me even after sales people were alerted of my arrival. They do not carry full size mattresses even though they sell full size beds. The quality looks cheap, the furniture selection was ghetto bling style or fake wood generic. Just a horrible selection of product. No small dining room sets, only 3 desks no real work at home solutions. Just a bad experience over all. I will probably never return. Computer pricing was about 50%higher than anywhere else I've seen.

I wasn't to happy with them because I was told before I even went here that I would be approved to be able to get Furniture and I sent there with all my proper paperwork in place and even told them upfront that my credit wasn't great at all and I could even afford to pay my bedroom set off in 90 day's same as cash still nothing so once I get my stimulus payment's I will go elsewhere to buy my bedroom furniture and then I will also get a living room suite afterwards because I had zero furniture at the time I moved into my apartment. I ended up purchasing because Mitchell went the extra mile! Then came the purchasing part. Conns needs to figure out their point of sales system. There seems to be way too many steps, too many different systems to go through, and way too many loss prevention fail-safes that get in the way more than hinder possible loss. Sadly, the finishing of the sale is always rough whenever I make purchases through them. Nonetheless, Mitchell helped maintain my confidence in the sale and kept me as a customer.

Jose was great but Conn’s lies about this entire process. We were preapproved and came in to “ pick up “ two televisions and accessories. They told us we needed 5% down and his ID and our insurance. My husband came down to Phoenix from cottonwood. Well over 100 miles and he was told that he could just sign the papers , pay the down and leave. When he got there it was an entirely different thing. He left our house in Cottonwood at 4:30 pm and got there about 5:45. It is now 9:30 and he just left the location and won’t be home until 10:30. The amount changed several times. They couldn’t use his strip on his Drivers license so they had to fax it twice. The rebuked his 5% down offer and required 20% down even though he had been preapproved. He luckily had it or the entire trip would have been for nothing. They ran his credit again without authorization and approved him for less the second time even though they said they didn’t. Then he just told me they added $200 of insurance on his contract without his permission and after we had already provided our insurance binder. Now they are saying it will be taken off but I don’t believe them. The guy Jose helping him kept apologizing and trying to help. But the Conn’s managers are crooked. They lie to get you into the store and then change the entire process to get your items. We got a really good deal so we are staying with it and the payment is low. But their service is seriously lacking. For someone coming in over 100 miles away to spend $2000 on merchandise you would think they would be bending over backward to make the process less than 4 hours long ! It’s ridiculous and I am pretty sure they broke some laws.

He let me test out each bed multiple times because he knew it was a big decision to make (you’ll have your bed for about 10 years. Important deal). He was patient amd answered all my questions. He was friendly, funny and really helpful. He was also great to my kids and had them laughing which is a huge deal to this mom. Yes I have been here and made a contract nice unit got it home unboxed it to find it had a cracked screen seventy five inch screen They replace television the same day will be doing business with them again on that fact alone. Next time i think we will go for washing machine front loader with pedestal they have items in every department with every budget
