Desperately needed a new gas dryer so my friend recommended B&B Appliances. After hours of looking online, I decided B&B would be my first stop and so glad it was! Rhonda was amazing and so helpful - she acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the store and showed me around. Fantastic customer service and very personable! After seeing the great selection and prices, I decided to get a set and am so excited to have them delivered and installed this week 😆 Thanks so much for all of your help, Rhonda! I will be back soon for a new dishwasher.

B &B Appliances is a lifesaver. Very helpful with reasonable prices. Needed a dryer quickly. Within two days Travis and Jay delivered it, removed old one and made sure new one was installed & working. They were very friendly and were all done in 10 minutes. Great job!

Great neighborhood appliance store. Nice selection and helpful employees - especially Rhonda - she took a lot of time to show us the stainless steel counter depth refrigerators that could possibly fit in our kitchen. Prices are lower than Big box store prices and the great thing delivery is free along with hauling out the dead appliance. I so wanted to buy at B and B but due do the space we had none of the choices would fit. Regardless I would shop B and B for appliances in the future. It's my first choice and have bought from them in the past.

This is where I buy my appliances. When I needed a washer and dryer, on the advice of a friend who buys the appliances for his rentals at B & B, I bought from them. Fast forward to yesterday, I went back for a refrigerator when my existing old girl started making Wookie noises. In the (hopefully distant) future, I’ve got my eye on a stove replacement for the ancient model that was in my house when I bought it. The pricing is more than fair. They offered a 1-year warranty on the scratch-and-dent model I bought, plus an extended warranty at a fair price. I have a very good appliance repair tech (incidentally also recommended B & B Appliances to me) who advised I purchase an extended warranty on the refrigerator. On account of, it is the only appliance that runs constantly although not built to last these days. The cost for delivery, installation and haul-away is very reasonable. B&B Appliances is my source for major appliances.

Our family has purchased 2 washers and 1 dryer over the last 15 years. They were all reconditioned and each lasted us several years. When one of our washers broke a belt it was a year or two past the warranty but they still fixed it for us and it lasted about 7 more years until yesterday. So we bought another washer from them. Hi y'all, I needed a fidgermater FAST. Mine is dying and is gasping its lasts breaths after 12 years of faithful service. It's a GE side-by-side, just a note. I googled the big boxes and made some in store surveys and was not pleased with the results I found. I voiced used appliances in Phoenix. B&B was the first one that came up. I called. Rhonda answered. She's my new superhero. It's actually a family-owned business since the 60s I think and she was wonderful and she was not on commission cuz she it's a family-owned business and she was patient with me and I was having on and I nailed one down and I got the money for it and she said everything up she was so patient it was done boom once it was done once the money was there it was done boom so my hats off to Rhonda and B&B and I would go there again and I would recommend it to anybody that needs any kind of appliance go see Rhonda at B&B. She's off Wednesdays. Don't go Wednesday you have to meet Rhonda she has an amazing personality. I was just telling God when I talked to her on the phone and that was the place I needed to go to. Cheers y'all. Did I mention Rhonda was amazing?

Can't beat the price, I came in looking for a washer dryer combo, which they had tons of in stock. I got a sweet deal on a set. They also have amazing reconditioned appliances, and I ended up replacing my fridge too because the price was right. Delivery was awesome, the driver carried everything inside and hooked it up for me. As well as moving my old fridge to the garage for me. I will be back to check here first for any future needs, I recommend you do the same.

Very easy to do business with. Bought a out of box new GE washer from Eric on a Friday installed and ready to go by Joe by early Monday afternoon. Both sales and installation very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought online sight unseen didn't want to hassle with the big box stores, their prices competitive and they offer new and reconditioned appliances.

Great experience all around. We bought a dishwasher and a refrigerator and couldn't be happier. The salesman was very nice, and the fast service was wonderful. I rarely write reviews but these guys have just been amazing. True customer service does still exist and they exceed expectation! Been working through a broken refrigerator with them and they have been very understanding (out of all the appliances in a typical home, having the fridge go out has got to be the most stressful), helpful, prompt, and honest. After they left and the initial correction didn't seem to be working, I gave them a call after a few hours and they were able to make a special stop back with us, the same day, to take a second look and get us up and running. Will absolutely be saving their information and using them for all appliance needs from here on out!

This was our first visit to B&B's new showroom, in Surprise. The showroom was bright/clean & had numerous appliances to choose from. Our salesperson (James Osmato) was excellent to deal with, explained the products well, etc. Pricing was competive.. We purchased a new washer to replace a broken one. It will be delivered next Wed & they are taking the old washer with them. Simple, efficient & easy process to purchase an appliance. Beat the Big Box stores - no contest. Check it out!

This place has been around for many years, and has always been excellent in sales, service and parts. They'll save you a bunch of money. Thanks Mike for your help in choosing a new washer and dryer today and getting it delivered in two days from now. Home Depot couldn't deliver for 2 1/2 weeks, they won't haul away my old ones, and was 400 more.

A few weeks ago I bought a beautiful fridge from B&B. Rhonda the owner's daughter helped me. But this wasn't my first trip. What I like about this place is that everyone I've ever dealt with has been honest and helpful. I like the fact that because they deal with all ages and types of appliances, they know everything about them from the inside out. What's going to last and what that appliance can do for me. Yes, you give up the ambience of the big stores but I saved nearly $1,000 on my fridge. Also I've had delivery guys where it took two of them probably a half an hour, 45 minutes to get a fridge or something in my house. Their one guy Travis was amazing! By himself- no big deal. He disassembled put it back together beautifully! His work was excellent and probably off the truck and everything done in less than 15 minutes. They're worth the shopping trip.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of buying a used refrigerator from this company. We had a great experience with the sales people involved and were thrilled with the fridge. Unfortunately it wasn’t getting quite as cold as I desired so I contacted the store. They had a repairman out within a day who diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the correct part. In the meantime he was able to up the functionality of the existing part which made the fridge more than cold enough. When the part arrived within a short time a separate repairman responded and did the work in a very timely fashion. Ultimately the fridge was restored to a working order far beyond my expectations. The salesman and repairmen were all exceptional both in customer service and effectiveness. We’ve been frequenting this store for over twenty years and have never had a bad experience. Excellent business!!!

Now even though they did not have the item I was looking for at the time. I still think this is a great place. Staff was very professional, nice and very helpful, despite not having small dorm room refrigerators. Everything else was far priced. This is my kind of place doing things like businesses us to do. Opening at 7:30 am, greeting customers and offering assistance but not pushy or overbearing. A repair and service center right there for you to get things done with. This is a great little appliance store, both new and refurbished.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by by James. I told him I needed the best but cheapest washer/dryer set he had in stock. 10 minutes later I walked out confident in my purchase with a delivery setup a few days later. My set was delivered and installed today by a kind a patient delivery driver that accommodated my scheduling needs and didn’t let my cat get loose. Variety of options and brands at a phenomenal price! And to top it off their customer service is amazing, James answered all my questions thoroughly and ensured I was well taken care of. I stopped by after being told I would have to wait 15-30 days for a dishwasher and stove at Lowe’s and Home Depot. I stopped by to B&B’s and they had everything I needed in stock and ready to be delivered in less than 4 days!! Another great reason to support local businesses, I would 10/10 recommend going here.

I called B & B Appliances looking for a used electric range. I had sold my home and 3 days before the walk through the oven door fell off. My home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. They said it wasn’t normal wear and tear but that someone must have jumped up and down on the open oven door. Preposterous! I’m a senior citizen. I looked online at Home Depot and Lowe’s and couldn’t find any that could be delivered in time. I googled used appliances and B & B Appliances came up. I called and spoke with James . He was very helpful and when I went to the store he took care of me personally. He had a beautiful used range at a great price and made sure delivery would happen prior to my closing. I would definitely shop there again and have recommended them to my friends.

I have bought 3 appliances from B&B, and have been happy with my experience and with the quality of the appliance each time. I purchased a refurbished refrigerator 5 years ago that is still in perfect condition, a refurbished gas stove 4 years ago that still works flawlessly, and a washing machine days ago. Their prices can't be beat, and the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. I worked with James most recently, and he asked questions and helped me determine what my best options were, provided pros/Cons at various price points, and never made me feel rushed. I bought my Speed Queen washer a few years ago from B&B. I was so impressed by their customer service that when I needed a new dishwasher, I knew there was no other place I would go. Jeff was the sales associate who helped in selecting my new dishwasher. Everything went smoothly from the time I walked in the door to even when the transaction was completed. Today my dishwasher was delivered and through not fault of Mark, it wasn't going to be an easy install. Mark went above and beyond to make sure the new dishwasher fit properly, was working correctly and everything was cleaned up before he left. There is no pressure, they are willing to answer your questions, inform you of the delivery process,. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Photos and delivery review coming soon. 🤙🏽 2 star drop 😕 Stars back- service complete Update: washer and dryer install were prompt and on time. Refrigerator had issues with the water line. I had to call a plumber. The water line had to be connected to the valve first then the fridge since the line connection wouldn’t turn (fixed end). That was an inconvenience since the B&B installer said I needed to buy new adapters and other pieces and gave me the sizes and after a Saturday full of multiple trips to hardware store and trial/error nothing worked. Washer started with lots of clicking with lid lock around the 4th or 5th load. Looked up the issue and found it sometimes works itself out. After 2ish weeks it persisted and recently had an error and locked the lid. Service is included so I called and the scheduler said it was fairly booked and had to wait until following week. Service was scheduled for today (6/2) and after rearranging my schedule I am told he never scheduled me. Disappointing and now waiting until Friday. I recommend getting the name of who you spoke with and calling a few times leading up to that appt just so you don’t slip through the cracks.

Covid related: They wore masks the entire time, even the deliveryman. Kenny was very respectful about taking out my old washer and installing my new one in a mask. I have been shopping at B&B for awhile now. I prefer to purchase the used appliances as it's more environmentally friendly than getting a new one. Their used appliances are always in great condition. They are very knowledgeable on all the brands and take their time discussing options. The price can't be beat either.

Kyle is the best! I had a problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator that never made any ice. I called whirlpool because it was under warranty. However, they were rude and very unhelpful. I told Kyle about the situation and he called his manager and whirlpool for my behalf. Whirlpool was still unhelpful but Kyle still took care of the issue. You can really trust that B & B appliances take care of their customers!! and want you to be satisfied with the appliances you buy.

Bought 3 appliances new. Went back since we bought a used fridge 7 years ago and still works. No problems. 2 of the 3 have not been used yet so i cant comment on them. Prices are a little high but they will work with you as much as they can. Its privately owned so i like to shop there.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end of our purchase experience. James our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He went on and beyond to have our appliances deliver and installed the same day! These guys have been in the valley for over 40 years and no wonder why.! It’s because of their customer service, friendly installation and of course prices and warranty. If you are looking for new or use appliances you must stop here first, then go shopping around and you will end up coming back to them, that’s how good these guys are. I guarantee it.

In the past, I have sold B&B some of my appliances and they came out, picked them up and gave me a great price. Today I came in looking for a used washing machine. Jeff was nice and very knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he got me a great washer at a great price. A refurbished one with a 6 month warranty! I can't wait until they deliver it to me and set it up next week. Even though my laundry room is on my home's second floor, Jeff told me it was no problem. A great business that has many solid years of serving customer.

We have used B&B several times for new and used appliances, and also their service department. Pricing and service is right on. And I specially want to compliment one of their Installers who goes by the name Enrique. He’s a very competent and nice guy who recently installed a fridge and dishwasher for us. There were several Issues that arose with the installations, not of his own doing, and Enrique was able to use his smarts and work ethic to overcome them. The other installers and repair people have always been very courteous.

I am quite impressed with Rhonda's ability to go the extra mile to send me photos of appliances before purchasing. She's highly efficient at responding to all forms of communication. I'll ALWAYS be going straight to her for all of my appliance needs which is honestly quite often, because at first I was working with Kyle, but my request for photos prior to completing a purchase seemed to be too much, Kyle's response to my request was that all current/future order will be done through Rhonda, not taking into account the future business I would be doing with B&B. Wish Rhonda worked on commissions so she could get an extra bonus for every one of my future purchases because she's gone ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I am happy with the appliances before purchasing. Rhonda has truly been a fantastic contact and I look forward to working with her.

Was recommended this place as I was looking for some new appliances. Walked in and they had some really cool antique stove tops they on display. Place seemed clean and organized. Jeff asked me what I was looking for, listened to my attempt to talk about things I didn't know too much about and showed me around. Hooked me up with a refurbished laundry center to replace mine that was going to cost a ton to fix according to an estimate. Since I was getting a decent deal I also got a nice looking dishwasher to replace mine that barely worked. Friendly and no sales non-sense, exactly what you want.

I needed a refrigerator desperately and I did research online and found B & B appliance so I gave them a call and talked with sales person Dean Friend. I told him the amount I had to spend and he assure me he was able to help me. I visited the store and he proceeded to show me a couple of choices he was very patience while I made my decision I didn't feel rush and no pushy sales tactics. I ended up purchasing a very nice looking refrigerator and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery person to his time to set it up and take my old refrigerator. LOVE THIS PLACE !! We recently made a purchase of a GE single door (top and bottom) refrigerator for mom. We needed something quickly due to her current freezer was a icy war one inside. Sister recd this referral from someone who works at Lowe's (oops). I immediately went in and I was greeted by Rhonda. They have a sea of refrigerators mainly reconditioned and some new ones as well. They carry well known brands and that's what we were looking at. Rhonda was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in us getting the perfect refrigerator for mom. And best of all "No ONE' there is pushy or a sale. The next day I brought my sister with me and we made a purchase. We bought a white reconditioned GE refrigerator; mom loves it mostly because she does not hear the growling of the old refrigerator. Rhonda was nice enough to retouch the fridge before delivery. Fridge was delivered in 2 days to mom's place. The delivery price was very reasonable 45 dollars and can you believe this .....they hauled away the old fridge for FREE !!! We had just moved to Glendale and needed a washer/dryer badly. As soon as we walked into B&B, we were greeted by a friendly employee named Jeff. He explained to us the layout of the store, and then gave us time to look at the appliances on our own. When we had narrowed our selection down to two options, Jeff came over and gave us more details about each of our choices. He was honest in explaining the pros/cons, and didn't try to push us into choosing one set over another. He also took the time to explain the warranty details, as well as delivery and set-up. We ended up choosing a Maytag Bravos set. Check-out was a breeze, as was scheduling delivery. The other employees were even nice enough to come over and introduce themselves while we were filling out paperwork. They told us about the history of the store, and shared some suggestions on things for us to check out in the area (we had just moved from the Midwest). When the washer and dryer were delivered (just two days later), the serviceman was friendly and he had everything installed in no time. He made sure everything worked before he left, and even showed us the different wash/dry options. We've had the washer and dryer for two weeks, and have had no complaints. We bought a stove from Spencer's and the delivered us the wrong one. Had them pick it back up and they said it would be 3 months before we could get the right one. I called B and B and they had one in stock and did a rush to get it to us. Rusty not only delivered it but he got it all set up and leveled for us. I have mixed feelings about B&B Appliances. Our property management sent them out to look at our dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The ice maker container was cracked and the fridge (side by side) was leaking water into the overflow drain and dripping to the bottom of the freezer then and out of the door. My husband tried to explain to the tech that he had flushed the drain with hot water a few times before and the tech was very condescending, almost rude. The tech explained that ”fridges don’t work that way” then I see him doing the same thing? Whatever. He agreed to order the ice container.....so we moved onto the micro. I told him that it would take up to 10 min most times to heat something like a can of soup or reheat a meal, sometimes stopping completely and giving an ’F-7’ code. He put in a tepid glass of water and said ”it heats just fine, there is no code microwaves don’t give a code, I’ve never seen it before” again very condescending! Moved onto the dishwasher, sometimes my dishes smell and some of the dish racks prongs we're broken off. I told him we cleaned out the D/W numerous times, ran cleaning agents but the dishes still smelled really bad, so much so that I had to start adding bleach to the cycle. He hem-hawed around and came to the conclusion that the smell may be from the dish racks......? The property management replaced the dishwasher and micro. They sent Enrique from B&B out to install the dishwasher. He was extremely friendly, personable and so professional, an absolutely fantastic tech! Then the first tech they sent out returned to install the ice container. I don’t know if it’s just his personality; but he was extremely rude! Zero customer service skills. I welcomed him in, asked how his day was....no response. I asked if he wanted a bottle of water, no response. It was the most uncomfortable experience, I just wanted this man out of my home. Horrible tech!

I bought a set of a washer and dryer here , used, almost two years ago. I was very pleased as I was on limited funds and got a set for just over $500 and they still work perfect. For a small additional fee, the set was delivered and professionally installed. They even gave me a brand new air hose for the dryer. B&B was the first place we went to find a washer and dryer. I had wanted a high efficiency washer but had read some bad reviews regarding to the clothes not getting clean, long washing times, extra rinses, etc. I didn't care -- they looked cool! And how bad can they be? We found the pair I wanted and Kyle came to assist. He was pretty blunt about the problems with the HE washers and showed us the Speed Queens, which I thought were over-priced for how simple they looked. My husband, however, was hooked at the mechanical part of the presentation. Then we saw the comparison presentation between the HE and Speed Queen washers and that made sense to me. We told Kyle we would likely buy the Speed Queen but wanted to look at reviews online. We left with every intention of looking at some other places, but instead stopped for lunch and looked up the reviews online. Almost all the reviews were excellent so we called Kyle back to see what kind of deal we could get on a dryer. We got a simple but nice Hotpoint. We spent more than we intended to, and the appliances aren't all "bells and whistles" like I thought I wanted. But they work great, and we have the piece of mind of having a washer that will last a very long time. It should also be mentioned that the delivery was free (because we bought a Speed Queen) and there were no extra charges. I had found what I thought I wanted online at Sears and although they offered free delivery, they had additional charges for connectors, etc., that added about $120 to the price. I would assume that most of the other larger appliance stores would also have extra charges - so that was an added bonus with going with B&B. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Kyle!

This place deserves 10 stars. They beat Home Depot by at least $900. Bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher for $1,094.09. That included everything delivery, hookup and haul off of the used appliances. Home Depot was over $2000.00 for the same stuff, they even charge for the electric cord for the refrigerator. At B &B ask for Jeff. They all smile here and treat you like family. The best!! At Home Depot they don't know how to smile. I felt like I was invisible. On Cactus and Cave Creek. We went to B&B and had a look .They were helpful and friendly and helped us select a fridge that would fit his needs. Check out and delivery was set and we were done in 15 minutes . Joe the delivery guy called the morning of delivery and gave us out window. At the appointed time we hear the truck come around the corner .He was friendly and efficient .He let us know what would need to move to get the old fridge out and the new one in. My father who is old school stoic said it was great to see someone who is good at their job and efficient. I have to say after doing business consulting for over 15 years I was totally impressed with the way the sales lady Rhonda treated my wife and I. My wife is very analytical and very hard to deal with because she has a low tolerance for B.S. I have never seen her so happy with the purchase we made. We are going to refer all of our friends to this business for a few of reasons. 1 - As soon as we came in the store we were greeted and offered help. 2 - The appliances were name brands and they had any color we wanted. 3 - Lastly the prices were extremely competitive. My wife can squeeze the poo poo out of a Buffalo Nickel when she shops and after going on the internet with her looking for better deals we were amazed at the price. They were actually$500.00 to a $1,000.00 less than most of the places we looked at. I can't help but wonder where these bad reviews came from unless it was one of their competitors because we were able to buy and not be sold, we got the price we wanted, and we were treated very respectfully through the whole purchase. Thank you so much for making our buying experience wonderful. The service is awesome as well. I guess the world is full of very unhappy people but we are not one of them thanks to this company. On top of it still price matched the best deal out there and no surprise charges that you may find at other stores; such as parts required to hook-up your new appliances. I'm updating my review i wish I Could give 10 stars! Last week we took my 15 year old Sears Kenmore dryer in to be fixed it was making a lot of noise and not heating properly. I realize that most people at this point would just get a new dryer but with the amount of stuff that has been breaking in this 20 year old house and a wedding coming up in our family this was just not the time. My dishwasher has been broken for a few months and I checked with them to see if they had any new white dishwashers They said yes. So I took mine to the dump leaving an empty hole and no possibility of running water and when into look what they had they found me a deal on a great dishwasher in their warehouse. Exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford again over a $100 cheaper than Lowes. The sales rep Kyle really worked with me and spent time looking and then when I realized I had no dishwasher and no way to run water the owner got me a plug for my Waterline so I could use my sink until the dishwasher gets installed. Just got the old dryer hooked up quiet and hot! 3 months ago they fixed our washer literally $100.00 in repairs for both machines , keeping our stuff out of the land fils and keeping from going broke !Going above and beyond this company is my go to from now on. Thank you thank you B &B . Below original review This is the second time B&B has come through for me. My 1st experience at being be was over 20 years ago when I purchased my 1st home and was on a tight budget I bought a used refrigerator for a very reasonable price and it got me through the entire 7 years I lived there with no problems. Upon moving into my new home 15 years ago I purchased a new refrigerator from Sears After a worthy rhyme however a died on Monday. I ran to Lowe's home depot and Costco to check their inventory. To my dismay they had no white French door refrigerators in stock . I do not wanna change the color of all my appliances at this time and I'm actually a fan of the white. Remembering my good experience 20 years ago I took a chance between clients yesterday and ran up to their store. They not only had a few options in the store but the owner was nice enough to check his warehouse because my budget was definitely a factor. After going over my options we decided the one that they had in the store which was new out of the Box and reasonably priced and a very good deal we decided to take that 1.. It's several hundred dollars less than what would be to order in the store which would take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered from lowes or home depot. I was working with the owner and he knew I was without of refrigerator and got me the 1st delivery the very next morning. I know where I will be going when my washer and dryer and stove and dishwasher need to be replaced. There's a lot to be said for the small business has been in The Valley for over 35 years he hasn't been here this long because of lack of customer service. I'm so grateful!!

From my first call to set up my appointment with B & B Appliances Owner, Mike was upbeat and ready to answer my questions and eager to make my needs met with an ice marker that was not behaving properly. My repair representative Jessie arrived in full PPE ready to take on my troubled ice maker. He apologized for not having the part needed to complete the work on the first appointment. I shared no worries as to how in the world could they have all the parts to service everyone that sometimes parts need to be ordered. Within a week's time, Jessie was back being consistent back in full PPE and removed the troubled ice marker installing a new unit. Jessie waited on site making sure the unit started to perform before heading out. My husband and I were in the market for a larger refrigerator preferably one with the freezer on the bottom. Shortly after we arrived at B&B we were attended by a salesman who quickly showed us to a refrigerator that more than suited our needs. He also indicated other refrigerators that might interest us. The refrigerator we purchased was several hundred dollars less expensive than identical products that we saw at other stores, the only difference being minor cosmetic damage on the rear of the refrigerator that is not visible once the unit is in place. The salesman also arranged to have the refrigerator delivered to our home at a time convenient to our work schedules. In all the total time spent purchasing our refrigerator was fifteen minutes. We were even more impressed by the work of the delivery person, Adam. He arrived on time, giving us additional notice so that we could prepare our dogs. He them took extra time to move the refrigerator into our home. This was not a easy undertaking due to the limited space to maneuver in our kitchen. Eventually Adam had to remove all the doors to get the refrigerator into our kitchen but he did so without complaint or damage to either our home of the refrigerator. We couldn't be more pleased with either the product or the service provided by the people at B&B. This will always be our first place to look when shopping for appliances.

I have now bought, on two separate occasions, a washer and dryer and a refrigerator. I have been pleased with both purchases. The sales people were both very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. When the appliances were delivered, they were delivered by Adam. Adam was very friendly, and I found him to be very good looking...I love bald men! Adam went above and beyond on both installs, but it was the second time, when he delivered the frig, that he deserves extra praise and in my opinion, I financial bonus!!! He was attacked by wasps, stung and chased, and ended up having to remove my door, the dryer he had previously installed and the frig doors to bring it in a different door! Thank you Adam for going above and beyond and not giving up! I recommend, whole heartedly, that should you need an appliance, use B & B! You will not be sorry!

Bought a computer digital control Amana top load washer in 1/18 new from Home Depot. It broke down 11/18 and was a nightmare. James at B&B Appliances was my angel on earth when he had the perfect previous generation fully reconditioned non computer non-digital controlled Maytag top-loading washer for me at a much better price than the new Amana. The washing machine looks brand new, has a powerful motor and pump, and I was impressed with a six month warranty. I love my new/old machine and would highly recommend James, who offered great customer service, and B&B Appliances for all of your home appliances. Go there first before you consider buying new. **Update: the owner, Mike, called me today. Totally stand up guy...owned the mistakes and offered to make it better this Friday. He also informed me that the property management company was actually the dishonest party. He offered to forward proof to me. I will update again after I receive and after Friday.** This company sent a tech into my rental home and stole our dishwasher. They replaced it with a filthy, nonfunctioning older unit. I called the company immediately after the tech left and let them know that he needed to bring back our old unit. The lady on the phone said she couldn't because he had other clients already lined up! Really? You can't bring back my dishwasher that you stole? They were only supposed to replace the top drawer, not replace the unit. The tech never let me test the dishwasher. He had me sign a paper that he wouldn't let me have a copy of. I am having to go through certified mail and can't get a reply from them. Horrible company. Horrible ethics. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Don't trust them.

We went in to purchase a fridge, and walked out with a fridge, range and microwave for what we would have paid for just the one at other retail stores. Scratch and dent really does save you big bucks. The sales experience, and rep were great. Unfortunately, after having the fridge for a few days, we noticed what may be a bad evaporator fan. It started making noise, and never stopped. It's loud, and more noticeable when I open the freezer. I have a call in to get it checked out, and thankfully it's under warranty, but to buy a new product and start off with a service call isn't great. I will re-evaluate this review once it is operating like it should, and provide an update hopefully soon. UPDATE: Down to 2 stars - spoke with person (Jeff I think) yesterday about service call. He said they would call me before 5:30 PM to give me a heads up about my appointment. No call, but at 7:45 I get a call that they will be there between 8-10 AM today. I'm not even able to get home by 8:00 AM, so not they have to reschedule, either today or tomorrow. I'm starting to regret this purchase. Final Update: Service manager called and said they would fix the part making the noise. Took time but in the end they made it right.

I am a single mother with a newborn and while out-of-town visiting family, was informed by my tenant that the refrigerator in the guest house was not working. Thank you so much Jeff, Rusty and Dean!!! I’m not sure if B&B is a Christian organization, but it sure feels like it! Recently, I began having some medical issues, hypoglycemic seizures. Prior to understanding this, I was planning on getting a replacement dishwasher, so I had called Jeff for a quote and was pleased with the pricing, so I figured I would keep the quote and call back when my taxes came in to order it. In the interim, I was diagnosed with hypoglycemic seizures and interestingly enough, that night my refrigerator stopped working. I’m also a single mom, so of all of the times that we needed access to fresh food, it was then! I called Jeff and asked him what he could do for me. I also needed a range top microwave, so I asked what all 3 would run and if they could install thinking that I might get a discount purchasing all 3 items. The price that he quoted me was about half the price of a new fridge, for all 3 items, installed! I was having so many medical problems that I had to trust Jeff because in my need to get to the ER, there was no way that I could get to his facility to even see what I was purchasing over the phone, I just had to trust it would all work out okay. They gave me a two hour window, but of course I needed to head to the ER, so I couldn’t even be home and didn’t have the physical ability to complete unloading the fridge. Rusty said he’d take good care of me, I left a key under the mat and hoped for the best. As I was making my rounds, I kept thinking that I would probably get back to some much older items that might need some paint or might have some dents, and was thinking to myself that with a little paint, I could make anything look better, but the main thing was that I’d have working appliances, especially a working refrigerator! When I came home from that long day, I walked in my home and my mouth fell open in amazement, I was absolutely brought to tears of joy! The appliances looked like something you’d see in a rich person’s house!!! They were brand new and so beautiful!!! I’ve never had such nice appliances, even the few new ones that I’ve had in the very distant past! Long story short, you can’t afford not to do business with this amazing good old fashioned, local, good old fashioned USA small business! Believe me when I say, you can trust and thank God for B&B!!! B & B Appliances is a dealership one can absolutely trust. I have a refurbished refrigerator from B & B that has been doing its job for close to ten years. Recently, after foolishly purchasing one of those HE Whirlpool washers from Home Depot (no shade against Home Depot, btw), and having it repaired a WEEK LATER, I said, "The heck with this," and started looking for an industrial strength Speed Queen washer. B & B sells them, and even has an in-house comparison demonstration set up. When I said, "Mama wants," salesman Kyle B. hooked me up (he's aces!) and it was delivered two days later. One thing folks should know: My receipt states "No refunds" - replacements or repairs only." Not that it mattered in this case because I really wanted that Speed Queen, but personally I think customers should be informed there are no refunds BEFORE signing one's name on the bottom line.

Okay, I'm going to give you the good and the bad, but ended up with an overall good impression of this experience, even though I had a bit of a calamity. Salesperson, Dean, was very professional, friendly and sold me a used refrigerator and got my delivery scheduled for late Thursday. Delivery guy brought my refrigerator, proactively changed the door handle for my kitchen setup. He helped me move the food from my old failing fridge (only freezer worked correctly) to the new "used" refrigerator. They toted off my old one (never do this...get money back from APS or SRP and have them haul it away). By morning, it seemed like the refrigerator was not getting cold. I called but they told me to wait 24 hours. When I got home in evening, it was obvious there was a real problem and the food in freezer was thawing. I called Saturday morning and was told I either had to take a white refrigerator (didn't match kitchen) or wait till Monday. And it would be another 24 hours for it to cool down. So I opted for Monday service call and rushed out and bought dry ice to keep everything cold (at MY EXPENSE). Dry ice is not cheap. They did get a very polite and capable serviceman to come out bright and early Monday morning and he determined there was a defective fan motor which he quickly replaced. In the end, they stood by their product, but I'm taking a star off for not adequately checking their products before sending them out the door. Lesson Learned: Have appliances delivered on or before Wednesday. Keep your old refrigerator and have SRP or APS pick it up...you get a $30-50 rebate for it.

I needed a washer and dryer on the cheap but I decided to pay a little more than other places because this place offers 6 month warranty on used items. The washer I bought did have a defect and they were quick to come out, diagnose, and get me a different used washer of my choosing. I would recommend this place and I will go back if I need other appliances.

Got it home and plugged it in to find out it doesn't work and lost $100 in spoiled food the next day when the old fridge finally went out. Waiting for them to come and fix the issue but why would you sale a used appliance not knowing if it works to me? Are they not checked before sending it off too the customer? Update: fridge fixed in less than 5min. Was a stuck fan. Wish I knew it could be something so simple to save a guy a trip.
