Eddie N, our technician, was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair in a way that made it easy for us to understand the complexity. He worked diligently and took the entire washer, every hose, bolt, electrical connector, etc…out and put that giant puzzle back together perfectly with no leaks! Patrick showed up on time, a very pleasant person and got right to work. Once he figured out the issue he let me know the cost and was able to make the repair right away. Cost was very reasonable, actually less than what I was expecting. As all dryers are, ours had a bit of lint built up inside and Patrick cleaned that out before he finished up as well as he cleaned the work area well. He made sure it was working properly and showed me what the broken part was. (The heating element) Thank you to all who made this happen especially right after the holidays! In this most recent case, a technician (Joe) was scheduled to visit my house within 24 hours of my initial call. He arrived at the scheduled time, with an advance phone call to let me know he was on his way. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately, parts were ordered (the fridge is 30 years old), and the repair completed a few days later. Communications were excellent throughout the process.

When I filled out the info on the unit online I included the model number, how old the unit was and a detailed description as to what was not working. When the repairman arrived he immediately was familiar with the unit and told me that if the switch mechanism was the problem, and it was, then he couldn't repair it as the parts were no longer available for a unit this old. With the description of what I gave them it seems to me that they should have known this was the case and I should have been told that the unit was too old to be repaired. Perhaps the repair person was not made aware of all the details but I think he should have been.

I called for a simple diagnostic issue with the microwave I was having. Unlike the other company I called who simply said it would be a $79 trip charge to look at this issue and didn't ask any questions, this representative took the time to talk it over and was patient and helpful. After a few minutes it was mutually determined that I was better off replacing the unit. They even gave me suggestions on installers and the best places to purchase the replacement. If I do need their services going forward I will use them 100%.

We have used this business last year for maintaining our GE refrigerator. They check the temp, clean the coils and make sure everything is running smoothly. Today Patrick came and replaced our ice machine/bucket on our older GE. Just to let you know Patrick the service person is great. We had him come out last year and was glad he was still available. He gave us good advice on GE referigerators, since we are looking to buy a newer GE model with a water filter which this old one doesn't have. The best part of doing business with Accredited Appliance they keep you informed when the tech will arrive and let you know if they are going to be delayed and show you the picture of the tech. This was the 3rd appliance company we dealt with using our home warranty and it was going on 3 months of issues of no freezer. Finally warranty company let us use our own and they were the only ones who answered the phone! They came within 2 days, ordered the part and 3 days later I have a freezer. The issue was the paperwork was incomplete when sending to warranty company, but the paperwork Accredited Appliance gave me was approved in 1 hr. Very professional and very good at their job. After calling around for price quotes around the valley, I went with Accredited Appliance and was very pleased with the services provided. Cody gave me the lowest service call price and mentioned that the amount would go towards any repair costs. Drew came out and knew what was wrong with our GE Monogram immediately and had it repaired in under an hour. The pricing for the repair was a tad surprising but that is just the way thing$ are right now. ***UPDATE: I was completely caught off guard Sunday when I received a call from the owner himself (while he was vacationing up north). He personally apologized and told me that he was going to refund my wife and I for the inconvenience of misdiagnosing the dryer. I understand mistakes happen, but rarely do you ever see companies own them and give back to their customers where it is due. I have now chosen to update this review to 5 stars and I will 100% giving this company a second chance due to the impressive amount of integrity they stand by. -- I’m leaving two stars because Spencer was a really nice guy and the experience was pretty good until the end. My wife called and we were charged $90 for Spencer to come repair our 4 year old dryer. He tested everything for continuity only to tell us everything was good even though it still wouldn’t heat. He guessed it was the control board and told us we are better off buying a new dryer since the part is on back order and it cost $400-500. I eventually asked for a call back when I found the part much cheaper online and they never returned my call. $30 later and a YouTube video and I changed the thermal fuse myself and our dryer is fixed. I’m just mad I can’t return a $200 control board I don’t need or get my $90 back since Spencer didn’t help very much.

The leak in the washing machine didn't occur while he was here. After working the controls of the microwave, it started to work. He offered us credit for the service call if he comes back within 30 days. Now we don't trust either appliance. The washer is only 13 years old, but the microwave is 27.

Accredited Appliance of Arizona responded to my request for a service call by scheduling an appointment for later the same day. The repair person, Greg, first called me approximately 15 minutes before he came out to repair my oven. He checked out my unit throughly and let me know that the heating element needed to be replaced, but that the rest of the unit was in good working order. He gave me a quote for the cost of the repair, let me know that the part needed was available in town and gave me an estimated time for the next service call. Accredited Appliance was able to come out a day earlier than Greg estimated, and Greg repaired the oven within the 20 minutes of estimated time he had told me it would take. Greg wore a mask the entire time he was on my property. He was polite, courteous, professional and time efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

The refrigerator game on and he watched the amperage. The ice maker also was not working so he removed it and checked it out. He barely talked to me at all and chose to show mainly my boyfriend what was wrong with the washer, as well as refusing to answer my questions. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I have zero interest, knowledge or participation on appliances in my own home. Plus, as stated prior MY name was on the initial service call anyway. Excellent, I got an appointment in about 40 hours- GE Service (manufacturer) was going to be 7 days, they asked some minor questions over the phone, Upon arrival, on time, Tech said he had diagnosed the problem, purchased the part needed before arrival, sure enough he was right, he installed the part within 15 min., and was gone- not cheap but the refrigerator and freezer are now cooling- hope to have ice tonight. They were actually 'pretty good'. We lost contact for a couple of frustrating weeks while we waited on a back ordered part for our ice-maker, due to covid. I get that - after I called in, they did keep me posted until the part came in. They did come out and put it in, it works fine. My issue is this... They charged the normal $90 'come out to the house fee', fine. Then they charged it again at like $45, there is some logic there. Ehhh, OK, fine. I declined the minor annoyance with the oven heating up very slowly, and chose to fix the ice-maker. about $300 for a two year old "nicer" Whirlpool Fridge, LOL So out they come to put it in, and out of the fee's, they applied the smaller $45 portion. Not the $90, didn't split it, just the much smaller amount. Seems kind of petty, nickle & dime, etc. Ehhh

The first technician, Frank, diagnosed the problem right away. A previous company had checked my freezer a few days beforehand and claimed a different diagnosis. The problem took awhile to be resolved because the parts for my freezer took awhile to be delivered to the company. Their second technician, Michael, came to recheck the gasket. He never tried to pressure us into buying the parts our washer needed especially when we realized the cost of the parts was more than the washer. Unfortunately my problem couldn't be fixed any other way than to unplug the refrigerator and defrost the frozen water line.
